Sunbeams Nursery

All I can say is thank you guys! For the support given to my son throughout his time at Sunbeams, you’ve honestly made his time there 1 in a million, the care, love, affection and guidance and every more you’ve given him really has made him who he is now so thank you! Couldn’t recommend you guys enough always go the extra mile! Massive shout out to three lovely ladies for the work you’ve done with my son - keep smashing it guys!

We could not be happier with our experience of this nursery. Our daughter loves going to nursery; she has grown in confidence and is more than ready to start school in September. She’s been well supported by not only her key workers but all the staff. Every morning we are greeted with a big welcoming smile from the staff, and I never worry about her being happy and looked after, even on days she might be a little off. The communication from the staff is brilliant and always positive; they are flexible and understanding too. My favourite thing about the nursery is the amount of effort that goes into making sure the children have different experiences, for example, exploring different cultures, trips to the park, road safety, visiting the library, swimming and football; they are always doing something new and exciting.

My four-year-old son has joined Sunbeam just for a couple of days to prepare him a bit more for reception in September. He gets the same amount of attention and support as a full-time kids. He loves the outside area and all the vehicles you have. Thanks.

My son has been going to Sunbeams Nursery for three years! He absolutely loves it, and the day-to-day activities they do are great. The staff are fab but professional! We’ve never had any problems, and I would highly recommend it!

Absolutely fantastic nursery. My daughter attended here from two years old, and after having such a bad experience at her previous nursery, I was nervous for her to start, but within a few weeks of her being there, she was so settled and thriving so much! The staff were very reassuring and helped her flourish and grow! I honestly couldn’t recommend the nursery enough, staff and management are a fabulous team!

My daughter absolutely loves it here; she used to dislike leaving me in the morning but now walks straight in and comes home talking about her day with a huge smile on her face. She has progressed so well since starting nursery in all areas and is becoming very independent. I am very thankful to all the staff for all their hard work and support.

We are so pleased that we found Sunbeams for our 2-year-old twins. Being lockdown babies, they were a bit nervous about new situations and people, so we were a bit unsure as to how they were going to take to be in a childcare setting. However, the lovely, friendly staff at Sunbeams have helped them to settle in really well, and we have seen our twins thrive and learn so much in the past few weeks. Our twins love going to nursery, and we feel really reassured that they are safe and happy at Sunbeams.

Such a lovely nursery. The staff are so kind and helpful. I am so happy with the support and care my son is receiving at the nursery. I am happy with his development; so far, so good. He is showing a lot more confidence.

My child attended Sunbeams Nursery in Shipley from 11 months until she started school at age 4. I can't rate the nursery highly enough. I always felt my child was safe, happy, and nurtured by staff, delighting in her achievements. Staff are nurturing and go over and above. Lots of fun activities throughout the year and regular visits to the park and library. Lovely setting with a lot of thought and care put into the play areas and rooms.

My child started at Sunbeams last August when he was 11 months, and due to the lockdown, he was very attached to myself, so I was very nervous about choosing the right nursery for him. When we went to go look around Sunbeams, I could instantly tell how well the children were cared for. Also, the baby room is also the whole of the top floor comprising of a physical room, a calm room and an activity room, which I also loved. He did a couple of settling-in visits, and by the end of his first week, there were no tears. He attends mornings only, and while I'm at work, I will often get 2-3 updates/observations via the app updating me about all the exciting things he has been learning that day. You also get a sheet at the end of each session, which states how many nappy changes, how much he has eaten and what he's been doing that morning. He is about to start in the toddler room soon, and I can't thank the staff enough in the baby room for all they have done for him.

Fantastic nursery! My son started when he was 10 months and has come along leaps and bounds over the last year and a half. He loves going to the nursery and has a great bond with all staff members. His development and confidence have also come along, which nursery has a huge part towards. Would highly recommend - all staff are friendly, and it feels like one big family.

Management and staff always go above and beyond, and we have 100% trust in their structure and ethics.

My little girl has been going here since March, and she has come on leaps and bounds with her manners, sharing, eating and her talking. She's constantly singing her nursery songs and is so excited to go to nursery now. They have an amazing team who are so caring and always has smiles on their faces. I 10000% recommended Sunbeams Nursery!

Both my children have attended this nursery. My youngest has just left to attend school, and I couldn't be more grateful for the hard work, love and care all the staff have given my children over the past five years. They always welcome you with a smile and are such warm and friendly people.

Sunbeams is a brilliant nursery. The amazing staff go above and beyond for the children and parents. My daughter fully enjoyed her time there, and now my nephew is also enjoying his time here. Sunbeams is a great place for children to grow, learn and have lots of fun.
