Welcome to N Family Club – Godalming. Just a short walk from the station, the Godalming nursery is filled with character while equally purpose-built to support every element of N's early years curriculum. The large playrooms are filled with natural light. There’s a dedicated art and cooking room, the perfect space for children to unleash their creativity. Outside, the garden comes complete with a messy play area, mud kitchen and sandpit. Regular Forest School-inspired sessions also form an important part of N's core programme.

Supported by early years experts, and taking influence from a variety of learning philosophies including Reggio Emilia, Bruner, Forest School and Montessori, N Family Club have developed their own unique curriculum. N want to ignite a lifelong love of learning in every child, and strive to ensure that children are prepared for life in an ever-changing world. It includes subjects such as yoga, Spanish, cookery, science, art, and global citizenship.

As well as being the foundation of your child’s education, nurseries are a new community of friends and – for many families – a new balancing act between work and parenting. At N, the nursery experience has been designed with the whole family in mind. As well as the best seasonal parties and a programme of parenting talks with leading experts, you will also have access to The Family Hub: an online platform packed with advice for the early years.

I’m so impressed with the team at the nursery.
Communication is wonderful.
The chef and the menu is unbelievable!
The staff are so lovely and intelligent and caring. The added bonus of fresh coffee and snacks is a lovely touch for parents.

We have had a fantastic experience at N Family Club Godalming so far. Our son settled in immediately and adores his teachers. They plan many fun and enriching activities, which our son clearly loves, and we enjoy hearing about in the daily updates we receive through the app. Our son is a busy little
guy, and are delighted with how much stimulation he is getting at N. The extras are particular favourites, especially doodle dancing! The quality of the kid's food is excellent, and it is a nice bonus to get a coffee and a pastry in the mornings from the parent area too! I would also like to call out the amazing room leader from our son's room, who is kind, thoughtful and impressively on the ball! All in all a fabulous experience; head and shoulders above the previous nursery our son attended.

Excellent nursery. Switched on staff, friendly, lovely atmosphere, great activities and facilities and a very happy child at the end of the day. Also very good communication with parents. We’re really glad to send our daughter here knowing that she’s so well looked after. Quite jealous of the food she
gets too, although absolutely baffled why we can’t get her to eat the same at home!

Our daughter (who’s almost 2 years old) just started at N Family. She is absolutely loving it. We get really detailed, thoughtful feedback on how her day has been every day on pick-up. The staff there are really welcoming, and brilliant with the children. Our daughter has an incredible amount of varied,
delicious food each day. And there are lots of photos of her sent each week, which is a really nice touch! The activities are really varied (with our daughter being particularly fond of yoga and dance!). The nursery is also spotless. We would highly recommend N Family!

This is an incredible nursery. The staff are kind and care so much about the children. The food is amazing and the setting and resources are so well thought out. Our daughter is very happy there and would recommend it to anyone.

Lovely nursery with great spaces and staff. Feel very well cared for and my daughter clearly loves it there. The rooms are designed to be fun but calm spaces with muted colours and no fluorescent plastic toys. Pastries and coffee for parents is a great bonus too.

Can't speak highly enough of our experience since our son (2 years) moved to N one month ago! He has loved it from day one and the passion, care and interest of the staff has been abundantly clear from the start. A lovely environment with great facilities, clear structure to the children's day, a wide
variety of activities and regular, detailed updates at pickup and throughout the day on the app. Experience has been day and night compared to our first 12 months in nurseries elsewhere. All of the staff are wonderful but special mention to 3 of the staff.

Our son has been with N Family, Godalming for one month. He was previously at another nursery for one year.
He is excited to go into nursery every single day! From the personal welcome at the door when you arrive to the wonderful staff in the room, it’s clear to see the ethos of the company and passion
of the staff which is exactly the environment anyone wants their child to be in when not at home. The food is incredible!! The activities are amazing, toys are varied, and it’s so nice to hear every day at pick up what they have been doing for the day and that there is a focus on development. You really feel that all the staff in the whole nursery really care about your child.
We couldn’t be happier with the nursery and would recommend any of our friends and family for their children to attend.

Shulamay Davis

Job Title: Nursery Manager Joined: 2025

Shulamay started her Early Years journey 14 years ago and during this time gained her levels 3,4,5, and 6. Shulamay also has a teaching qualification and trained teachers in the early years and primary sector.


She is very passionate about holistic education and particularly mental wellbeing, and has qualifications in mindfulness and yoga for children.
