We have been over the moon with N (our son started September 2025 in the Castle) - and we were nervous after a bad start at another setting! The team have been amazing. It is clear that Shulamay is doing a fantastic job as the manager as everything seems to run like clockwork whilst there still being a truly "family" feel - which must be so hard to achieve with the chaos of drop offs and pick up! Comms is one of the top things on my list & it clearly is for N too - we always know what our little one has been up to but above & beyond this we know the inner workings of nap time, aspects of play he is gravitating towards, how his communication is developing etc. He is a little boy who is known & part of a team - as opposed to a child numbered in a nursery. When I pick him up/ drop him off I am greeted with a joyous team who are always full of energy and lovely stories of his day - & my little one is always full of smiles to see them. Eva, Sam & Rachel have been particularly fantastic!

Such a lovely nursery, our baby settled very quickly and clearly enjoys going. She does lots of great activities and is clearly learning alot. We'd love a bit more outdoor space, but they make up for this by taking them out around town. We're really happy we picked this nursery.

I've been so happy with our experience at N Family so far. The team are so warm and friendly, I knew we were onto a winner during my walk round at the nursery when the assistant manager knew every single child by name. It made me feel like my son would be cared for as an individual, not just a number. I feel like he is in such good hands, my requests are listened to, and communication is great. The activities they do each day are so varied, and they spend lots of time outside, which was important to us. He is a very tactile baby and he's always getting lots of cuddles and attention, which puts my mind at ease. The menu is so varied and I love that every meal is prepared fresh in the kitchen by the chef. The kids eat better than we do! Communication is great, the app makes everything so easy and I love the daily photo updates. I would definitely recommend this nursery!

We've been at N Godalming for 2.5 years with both of our boys. The nursery has found it's feet since opening in 2023 and we're really happy with the caring, cheerful team and clean facilities. The boys always enjoy their days and have always felt very settled at N.

Our daughter has been attending N Family in Godalming since she was 10 months old (now 25 months), and it has been absolutely fantastic from the start. We have felt so confident and reassured with every room and key worker she's been with, and she seems to absolutely love her days there. The number of activities, crafts, learning, outdoor time and fun they have is fantastic - and the fact we get to see pictures via the app each day makes it even better! We have felt a genuine care and warmth from every team member towards our daughter from everyone who works there, and the management and reception team are super friendly and professional. I also want to mention the amazing food they get each week - with lovely fresh, healthy and varied ingredients - she eats better than I do! As others have mentioned, the outside space isn't the largest but it is well utilised and has lots of activities that keep them entertained. We very much recommend this nursery.

Our son has been attending N Family Godalming for two happy years. We always receive a warm welcome in Reception, and the building is kept sparkling clean and inviting. A coffee and fresh croissant for parents at drop off is a welcome bonus, and our son loves the yummy, fresh meals. We must make a special mention for the Receptionist, who is always happy to help, and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are bright and full of fun things to do and stimulating activities. The outside play space is limited, but every bit of it is used to its maximum potential, to create areas for varied activities. The level of care and support that our son has received from his Key Worker, and the other team members in the Tower, is second to none; the pre-school preparation is exemplary. We have received insightful pointers from our Key Worker, helping us to choose the right school, and with the Team's gentle guidance, our son is excited, happy and ready for Reception. We wholeheartedly recommend.

Our daughter attends N Family in Godalming and we are really happy with the quality of care. Our daughter started at 8 months (now 18 months old) and is happy and excited to attend nursery.The staff have made a lot of effort to get to know our daughter well and tailor their care to her needs. The room is well laid out with good facilities (she sleeps well in the sleeping area which is part of the room). Every day we see photos of the different activities she takes part in and we appreciate the effort the staff make to keep the activities varied. The outdoor space isn't huge but has a lot of toys (water/sand play etc) so still provides a good second space that I know our daughter enjoys playing in. The staff teach Makaton and it's really lovely when our daughter comes home having learnt something new

We have been so impressed with the incredible care, warmth, and professionalism all the staff have shown since our son started his journey at N Family Club. We receive detailed daily updates about all his activities via the secure app, and can see from the photos that he is having a lovely day. The children are outside in rain or shine which was really important to us, and they are exposed to lots of different kinds of play and learning through the various activities that the educators carefully plan. Every member of the team has been so welcoming and accommodating-not just to our son, but to us as parents too. It's clear that they all take great pride in what they do, and it shines through in through in the way they care for the children. We feel so lucky that he gets to spend his days with such wonderful people. Thank you again to all the staff at N Family Club for creating such a nurturing, positive and happy environment.

It's a super nursery, my kids are very happy there and the staff are great. Like a family outside our direct family. Everyone is so friendly and the kids learn in a safe and inviting environment. Very happy parents we are.

This exceptional nursery surpasses expectations with its tailored facilities for young children. Our child seamlessly adapted to the nurturing environment. The caregivers consistently provide professional care and insightful feedback during pickups, while the mobile app offers regular updates. Daily real-world activities foster new skills in the little ones. The administrative team warmly welcomes parents and keeps them informed about family activities. Notably, the food is superb, with our child enjoying it so much that they often comment on its deliciousness.

Our two children are very happy at N Family Club Godalming. The staff are brilliant and the variety of activities and learning opportunities offered is great. The level of care provided is of a high standard and consistent. We would happily recommend!

The whole team at N Family Club in Godalming is absolutely fantastic. Our daughter loves going to nursery and looks forward to Monday mornings! We thought she would have a tough time settling in and were apprehensive but the whole team made it a very easy and comfortable experience and she settled in much more quickly than expected. No phone call was too much trouble and they were so patient with us and our daughter. Our daughter loves her key worker and has built an amazing relationship with all the team in the fortress. Three staff members in particular have been fantastic! It’s always a pleasure seeing staff at the front of house and they are always so friendly and welcoming. We can’t thank you enough for looking after our daughter so well.

Wonderful nursery. This was our first experience of nursery and we were a little unsure of what to expect when we sent our son, age 2. The team has so much passion, experience and energy, our son is clearly very happy there. A slick operation, and an innovative approach to childcare, the nursery is truly geared up to dual working parents - everything has been well thought through to help you. The team have been amazing at quickly identifying our son needed some extra support, and are guiding our family on how best to go about this. Highly recommend.

N have been nothing short of wonderful. The communication is great, the staff are all genuinely happy, my son is so happy going in (and they were so patient in getting him there). All the staff know him so well and the warmth they have is unbelievable. N have been consistent, kind and I can’t recommend them enough. They really are a family club, you get breakfast and coffee and looking after, as well as five star care for your little person.

N Family Club is superb in all departments. Very happy with the level of care our daughter has. I would highly recommend for other parents with child care requirements. Easily the best in the area in my view.

Being an early childhood educator myself, I was very anxious and fussy on where to send our 1-year-old. N Family in Godalming were fantastic from the very beginning. The staff seem very happy which makes an easy drop off knowing they actually want to be there. The environment is excellent especially the tiny child-size kitchen for baking and art days. We are greeted every day with smiles and a personal wave and hello (and the smell of delicious food). I’m so happy we enrolled at this nursery. They really do go above and beyond in making sure your child has a wonderful, safe, and adventurous time during the most important time of their lives. Thank you N family!

Wonderful nursery. My daughter loves it. And we love it. Slick operation that looks after their staff - so they in turn really look after the children. Fresh way of running a nursery, and it works! Great healthy food, lovely games and learning through play, yoga and dance, and outside as much as possible. The staff are so friendly and helpful - we feel safe and happy our daughter is looked after really well.

My son has settled really well at the nursery. All the staff are wonderful, so kind and caring. The toys and activities they do are great. Baby yoga and Spanish is a fun bonus. Small garden but my son loves it and they take them out most days. Would highly recommend it.

We opted to move our child to the N Family after a mixed experience at a previous childcare provider. We have been blown away by the care, engagement and all-round experience that each and every team member seem to consistently bring day in and day out. From walking through the doors each day to be greeted by a warm and energising welcome from reception and passing the variety of team members along the way to our child’s room, not one member seems to shirk from making a positive impact which shapes the experience we have as parents to know our child is in the best care possible. The educators that work with our child are first class and go the extra mile in all aspects. We can already see how much our child seems to be learning. Fundamentally this N Family team are printing the blueprint of what childcare should look like for children and parents. Thank you.

We have had a really positive first few weeks with our daughter at N Family Club. Staff are very welcoming, even staff I know don't work in our daughter's room. The communication is fantastic and the use of the app is brilliant, both things we have found lacking at our previous nursery. Whenever I drop off or pick up, I am made to feel like we are the only people there and that our daughter is priority.
