Quays Park Nursery

Brilliant nursery with brilliant staff. The nursery rooms are big, with diverse activities for the children. The staff take the time to provide detailed reports and observations. My eldest has really developed her confidence in interacting with her peers since starting at Quays Park. Would recommend as a nursery/preschool.

Admittedly I was very nervous starting nursery and weary of how my son would be cared for due to severe separation anxiety by him. I can honestly say it's the best decision ever made to choose this nursery. The staff have been wonderful! Fully supportive, caring and understanding. Providing regular updates, photos and feedback. My son is now thriving and actually enjoys attending nursery. This has made work life easier to manage knowing he's cared for in such a friendly environment. I couldn't thank the staff enough!

Absolutely amazing! My little boy has developed in all areas incredibly since starting in February 2023. His key worker as well as all other staff know him very well, including his interests and skills. They work with both me and my little boy to develop knowledge using these. Thank you so much! We really appreciate everything you do. (Could change the door system though.)

Quays Park Nursery are amazing! Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and caring and they clearly love what they do. Since starting at Quays Park our little boy has become more confident and we have noticed how much he is developing - thank you!

I also really like how much time they spend outdoors - they are out in the garden at least twice every day, plus they take them on walks in the local area and to the local park.

My child has now been going to this nursery since they opened in October. I can honestly say she has loved every minute. The staff here are second to none, I can not speak highly enough, very welcoming, kind, thoughtful, enthusiastic, they listen to what we have been doing at home with our child and extend this whilst she is at nursery to help bring on her development. We are constantly updated on her throughout the day. The facilities are brilliant, there is a wide selection of resources, they plan lots of activities that our child loves. I have already recommend this nursery to a few friends and will continue to do so in the future.

The staff at the nursery have been nothing but supportive, welcoming and friendly. We get updates through photos and observations through the nursery app as to what my child has been doing. My child has settled in really well and always looks forward to going to Quays Park.

To be honest, as a grandfather I don't have a lot of experience of nurseries, but I can only speak as I find. First and foremost, all staff I've come into contact with have been attentive, friendly and approachable. Always have plenty of stories of their daily activities. The location at Quays Park is a great location close to Junction 19 with plenty of easy parking. The facility is modern, clean and full of all the facilities you would expect in a nursery. Security to the nursery is first class with all the latest radio frequency identification door security. In my humble opinion, the combination of the above makes for a well-run nursery.

Outstanding nursery - very clean, and staff are very supportive. Would recommend it to friends and family who have children as they are very well looked after. Brilliant outdoor area for the children and is very secure.

My little girl started at Quays Park as they opened in October. The staff were absolutely brilliant and settled her in straight away. She was only 9 months when she started and she has always arrived at the nursery beaming to see everyone! We get such good handovers every time we arrive to collect her alongside being updated throughout the day on the nursery app. There is a vast range of resources on offer and the room is welcoming and homely. The staff observe my child and plan activities to extend her learning. I was able to do my own parent observation showing my little girl's interests at home and they extended this by planning activities around this interest! As new staff have started, they have all been amazing, and make me feel so confident to leave her for each session. As a mum, it was daunting going back to work and having to take her to nursery but Quays Park have made this so easy. I see how much she gets out of her sessions at nursery! Thank you so much!

My son had a short stay at the nursery and he has never really adapted; the staff are rude to parents. I have never seen notes of daily planned activities (only toys around a room), and staff would refuse to give information about my son when I would pick him up. They have an electronic door (that was broken for a few weeks, so you would have to wait when they see you, to manually open the door - it could take a couple of minutes and afterwards they would charge a late fee, even for 4 minutes that you were waiting for the door to be opened). They did ignore my email with complaints for almost 3 weeks and only replied after I chased them. Not recommended at all.
