Quays Park Nursery & Pre-School in Portishead has 122 children's places and is open Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 6:30pm.

Offering care for children from 6 months to 5 years old, the nursery has designated areas inside for different age groups; babies, toddlers and pre school children. This ensures the team of experienced, inspirational practitioners are able to offer each child the care and attention they need in an environment purposefully designed to promote children’s development.

Outside there is a large adventure garden, with many opportunities for fun, engaging physical play, allowing children of all ages to enjoy some time in the fresh air. With plenty of trips out in the community too, the team work hard to plan regular activities outside, there are always opportunities to enjoy the great outdoors.

We have been using this nursery for our daughter since it opened back when she was one years old. We have had a outstanding experience in all 3 rooms. All the staff are so welcoming, friendly and always so good in their communication and ready to help with anything, and ready to answer any questions.
We actually considered a nursery that is closer to us, but turned it down due to how accommodating and lovely this nursery is. Very sad for her to start school and have to leave this place. Highly recommend.

My daughter's been at the nursery now since she turned 2 years and 4 months - currently 4 years and 2 months - she has loved every second of being at Quays Nursery. Her development has come along in leaps and bounds and her curious nature has grown even bigger. She adores the staff members who make
each day just as exciting as the last for her. Alongside that the staff have been amazing with communication, support and reassurance as a parent. The overall experience has been fantastic.

Our son Edward has been with Quays Park Nursery since he was 8 months old, and we've watched him absolutely flourish! Now 3 and thriving in preschool, he truly loves learning thanks to the team's incredible creativity and engaging approach.
We particularly value the varied trips, the freedom to play
in the garden twice daily, and the many opportunities for him to interact and build friendships. The nurturing environment has made a huge difference in his development and happiness.
We wholeheartedly recommend nursery - a wonderful start to any child's educational journey

The staff are lovely, and we are always greeted with a warm welcome. Both our children have built positive relationships with the staff, and smile when we mention them outside the nursery setting. Highly recommend this nursery. They are really flexible for how and when you use the government funded hours. All the staff are wonderful. My son struggled a bit with the transition to nursery aged 20 months and they were fantastic at helping him settle in and now he loves it. Lovely space and great
activities. I can't believe it's not oversubscribed, it won't stay this way for long.

Quays Park has been a fantastic setting for our daughter for the past two years. She enjoys the relationships with the adults and other children and takes part in engaging activities indoors and outdoors. Our child has gone from nervously entering nursery in the first few weeks to running in without

My son started at Quays Park Nursery in May and I have been very impressed so far. The rooms are lovely and bright, with lots of space and the staff are friendly, caring and approachable. I have been so happy with how my son has settled in.
The drop off and pick up process works well and my son has
always been ready to go home, clean and tidy, at the time we said we'd collect him. The app is really useful in knowing how he's eaten, slept and what he's been up to.
From an admin perspective, the sign up process was stress free and any queries I have had are answered promptly.
I would highly recommend.

My daughter has attended Quays Park for a few months and I have been very impressed with how consistent the nursery has been. The staff are very nurturing and supportive. The staff are lovely and caring. There are always lots of different activities for the children to do and plenty of time is spent outside. The app is great for keeping you up to date on your child's day and the staff always let you know how they've got on at pick up. I'd really recommend it!

The nursery staff have been amazing at helping my daughter settle into her new surroundings. They are so friendly, caring, professional and great at communicating with us about our little one.

We are so happy we chose Quays Park for our son. It was really tough for us at the start with lots of tears, (from both him and me!) but the settling-in sessions were great and the staff are so lovely and supportive, and clearly really care about each child. Any queries we’ve had have been listened
to and dealt with quickly and kindly, which is so appreciated. We feel completely comfortable and secure dropping our son off knowing he’s going to have a great day with everyone! We also love seeing the photos and updates on the app, his key keyworker is brilliant with her observations, and the communication is fab. Thanks so much for your hard work guys!

My daughter started at Quays Park Nursery back in July at 12 months old. She was very teary to start with but with the help of the staff in the Cottage Room she settled within a few weeks and is now happy to go in on a morning. All the staff have been really friendly and informative at all times. My
daughter has made a strong bond with her key worker which is fantastic. They provide me with great feedback when I collect her and information and photos of her day on the app which I love to see. It has made going back to work so much easier knowing my daughter is in safe caring hands at Quays Park. The setting is always clean looking and there seems to be a wide range of resources available to the children along with a great outdoor area which my daughter loves to explore. Would highly recommend and can't thank the staff enough especially my daughter's key worker in the Cottage Room!

Brilliant nursery with brilliant staff. The nursery rooms are big, with diverse activities for the children. The staff take the time to provide detailed reports and observations. My eldest has really developed her confidence in interacting with her peers since starting at Quays Park. Would recommend
