Quays Park Nursery

I was so worried about sending my little boy to nursery and leaving him for long period/a few days a week, but they have been amazing with him! His speech has come on incredibly, he has learnt so much, and the environment is great for him. The staff are so lovely and great with him - they adore the children!

We have been using this nursery for our daughter since it opened back when she was one years old. We have had a outstanding experience in all 3 rooms. All the staff are so welcoming, friendly and always so good in their communication and ready to help with anything, and ready to answer any questions. We actually considered a nursery that is closer to us, but turned it down due to how accommodating and lovely this nursery is. Very sad for her to start school and have to leave this place. Highly recommend.

The staff at the nursery are wonderful, committed and attentive to the needs of the little ones. We enjoy the regular updates from our child's key worker about our their development. The nursery is well equipped with indoor and outdoor spaces, and our little one thoroughly enjoys it. It has been great to see our child's development since they've started nursery.

My daughter's been at the nursery now since she turned 2 years and 4 months - currently 4 years and 2 months - she has loved every second of being at Quays Nursery. Her development has come along in leaps and bounds and her curious nature has grown even bigger. She adores the staff members who make each day just as exciting as the last for her. Alongside that the staff have been amazing with communication, support and reassurance as a parent. The overall experience has been fantastic.

The staff are lovely, and we are always greeted with a warm welcome. Both our children have built positive relationships with the staff, and smile when we mention them outside the nursery setting. They have a great indoor and outdoor space. The nursery staff have been very supportive. We also like the extra events that they hold for families to attend.

Highly recommend this nursery. They are really flexible for how and when you use the government funded hours. All the staff are wonderful. My son struggled a bit with the transition to nursery aged 20 months and they were fantastic at helping him settle in and now he loves it. Lovely space and great activities. I can't believe it's not oversubscribed, it won't stay this way for long.

Quays Park has been a fantastic setting for our daughter for the past two years. She enjoys the relationships with the adults and other children and takes part in engaging activities indoors and outdoors. Our child has gone from nervously entering nursery in the first few weeks to running in without giving us a second glance. We've always had confidence in the staff and they keep us well informed of her development.

My daughter has attended Quays Park for a few months and I have been very impressed with how consistent the nursery has been. The staff are very nurturing and supportive. The setting itself is laid out beautifully, always clean and plenty of activities. The garden aspect is brilliant. The team in the cottage room are incredible, my daughter loves her time here. I feel fortunate to have found such a wonderful nursery.

Friendly, welcoming staff and feel to the nursery. It is clean and tidy. The rooms and gardens are secure with plenty of space for the children to play. My son settled in really nicely. The app is great, providing peace of mind and keeping you up to date with what your child has done for the day, which is wonderful.

Very positive experience so far. Excellent staff engagement with both my girls. Lots of happy conversations with both girls on the way home regarding nursery and their days - they both want to go each day which is excellent.

My son started nursery at Quays Park a couple of months ago and they have been brilliant with him, the settle in sessions worked so well for him and me. The staff have made him feel really welcome. I would definitely recommend this nursery.

The staff are lovely and caring. There are always lots of different activities for the children to do and plenty of time is spent outside. The app is great for keeping you up to date on your child's day and the staff always let you know how they've got on at pick up. I'd really recommend it!

We love how the nursery is set up so nicely. It's bright and spacious with lots of different activities provided and to top it all, it has the best garden for the kids to run around and enjoy the outdoors. The staff are amazing! The children are clearly very happy with the staff and the settling-in process was made very easy by the team.

Staff were so welcoming and made a lovely effort to settle in my shy child. We have noticed a significant development in our child's education since they started. The outside play area is perfect with lots of space.

We are so happy we chose Quays Park for our son. It was really tough for us at the start with lots of tears, (from both him and me!) but the settling-in sessions were great and the staff are so lovely and supportive, and clearly really care about each child. Any queries we’ve had have been listened to and dealt with quickly and kindly, which is so appreciated. We feel completely comfortable and secure dropping our son off knowing he’s going to have a great day with everyone! We also love seeing the photos and updates on the app, his key keyworker is brilliant with her observations, and the communication is fab. Thanks so much for your hard work guys!

My daughter started at Quays Park Nursery back in July at 12 months old. She was very teary to start with but with the help of the staff in the Cottage Room she settled within a few weeks and is now happy to go in on a morning. All the staff have been really friendly and informative at all times. My daughter has made a strong bond with her key worker which is fantastic. They provide me with great feedback when I collect her and information and photos of her day on the app which I love to see. It has made going back to work so much easier knowing my daughter is in safe caring hands at Quays Park. The setting is always clean looking and there seems to be a wide range of resources available to the children along with a great outdoor area which my daughter loves to explore. Would highly recommend and can't thank the staff enough especially my daughter's key worker in the Cottage Room!
