Grimsbury Manor Nursery School

Grimsbury Manor Nursery School in one word is brilliant! My son is so happy here and loves going in. The staff are wonderful and really make the nursery special.

Our child started Grimsbury when it first opened having come from another nursery. One thing we love about Grimsbury is the open door policy which means you feel really part of your child day to day nursery journey. You get to know the staff & parents well. The staff members have been excellent throughout & our boy has come on so much during his time at Grimsbury. As a family we have had an excellent experience and that is all down to the staff members and friends our boy has made, thank you!

Absolutely love this nursery, wish I heard about it sooner. I wouldn't send my daughter anywhere else! My daughter absolutely loves going here! If you're looking for a nursery for your little one I 1000% recommend it! They really care about helping your child improve and learn new skills every day!

Friendly staff, comfortable environment, children seem very happy and making friends. Focused on development, though our previous setting seemed to progress my son's learning in a more tailored manner. Outside space is good, though limited equipment. Early drop off not regularly available.

Our son (15 months) has been attending the nursery since January and he absolutely loves it! As first-time parents it was all new to us and we were so grateful to the staff for such a positive settling-in period. We feel confident that our son is well cared for, learning new things and really enjoying himself. The communication from the nursery has been great and he is really thriving. My 2-year-old goes to the Grimsbury Manor Nursery and really enjoys it. Facilities are nice and the staff are really friendly too. The nursery also collects feedback from parents and implements it which gives you a lot of reassurance. A big thank you to all the staff at Grimsbury for working tirelessly and dedicatedly.

My boy started a year ago and he's been doing really well. We chose Grimsbury Manor even before we went to visit as we had heard great things. The staff are super friendly and it's a very clean and calm atmosphere. The kids also have great choices of food and our little chatterbox comes home with new words every day which I love. I like that we get both app and verbal updates but a minor suggestion is that it would be great to get more than 1 set of pictures across the day when possible which of course can't be all the time. The management are also very hands-on and keep us updated with newsletters and emails.

We attended Grimsbury Manor's Preschool graduation for our daughter. What a lovely morning it was. The children all looked like they were thoroughly enjoying their day. The song was absolutely beautiful and they all sang so well. The staff did a fantastic job in setting up some lovely decorations, it looked brilliant. An absolutely wonderful day to celebrate our preschoolers at the first Grimsbury Manor graduation.

Grimsbury Manor is a wonderful place to grow, the space is beautiful and clean, the rooms are new with Montessori-style toys and play areas, neutral colours and interesting different activities every day for the kids to explore. I cannot praise the staff enough, they genuinely care for my daughter and she is happy and thriving there, the menu is varied and she gets to try different food and flavours.

I often collect from the nursery and the staff are always so lovely and informative about how my granddaughter's day has been. What is lovely is Mum is also sent a snapshot on an app as she can't always collect like I can so we both get the same information. The setting is stunning and so clean and bright. It truly is a magical place to be a child in. She is always so happy to arrive and doesn't ever want to leave!

There are always great activities set up and he has learnt so much during his time there.

The nursery has been so lovely to my little boy. He absolutely loves coming into nursery and seeing all his friends and teachers. The nursery as a whole is like a home from home which is what I like about it. The cook makes really yummy food that my son likes and the ladies in Toddler 1 always come up with some really nice activities that challenge and adapt to my son's style of learning. The manager and deputy are very hands-on and always help with any queries along with one member of staff in particular who is also extremely helpful. Would definitely be recommending this nursery to family and friends.

Our daughter absolutely loves coming to nursery, all the staff are so dedicated to her learning, happiness and safety. As parents, we are communicated to very well by all staff but especially her key worker (who she adores) and the nursery manager is very visible and hands-on. The facilities, food and staff are superb - huge thanks to all at Grimsbury Manor.

Great school and staff! My child loves going and I know she is well taken care of. Wish we knew what they were eating on the app again. She learns a lot there and they have lots of different activities. I love that they teach her about different cultures.

My little girl started at Grimsbury Manor in February after having only ever been looked after by myself and her dad or grandparents, so I was a little worried about how settling her in a new environment would go. Needless to say I shouldn’t have worried so much, the staff are so caring, thoughtful and dedicated to the children, when you go in there is always an activity going on and everyone seems very happy! They guided me through the settling process with kindness and understanding, sending extra updates and putting my mind at ease. I have seen a real change in my little girl, even though it’s only been a month, she is more confident and outgoing and much calmer in busy social settings. She is also a champion eater at nursery where she tends to be a little pickier at home, so that has also been great as the variety of food offered is fab! Thank you to all the team and keep doing what you do so well!

My experience with Grimsbury Manor so far is good, my son (only child) attends and so I don't have anything to compare it too. I would say, at first I absolutely loved the app, but after a couple of weeks noticed that I probably get one picture throughout the day. It's not until I pick my son up that I get a verbal lowdown on his day and activities, and then once we're home I get a notification to reiterate that on the app. It kind of renders the app useless. You might as well have a camera, that way parents can login whenever they want, and the carer can just get on with looking after the child instead of sending updates to several parents throughout the day.

Grimsbury Manor is a lovely, modern nursery setting with a warm, welcoming feel. The staff are kind and caring and the manager is very hands on. My 15-month-old has been attending since he was 9 months old and loves it there. He enjoys the activities and is thriving there. The nursery offers a lovely home from home environment for children.
