The Orange Tree Day Nursery @ Burnaston

Great nursery! Our daughter has been going for 2 years and the staff have been supportive with her development all the way through. Really friendly and attentive - she's warmed to them really well. Couldn't recommend a nursery more.

My partner and I are so pleased with the love, care and nurture that is given to our daughter at The Orange Tree. She comes home full of smiles after a day at nursery and I am so pleased with the progress she is making. The staff are superb; they show gentle care and attention every day. If I was asked to find a fault with The Orange Tree, I would not be able to find one. I would highly recommend this nursery. Thank you for everything you do.

A lovely nursery that had done so much to improve facilities and care for the children. The staff really care for our daughter who always goes in happy and comes out looking very well taken care of. Our son was also very happy at this nursery and made many good friends who he still keeps in touch with after leaving for school. They have encouraged confidence with kindness and good values which we appreciate.

My children are both so happy attending The Orange Tree Burnaston. The staff are so warm, kind and friendly. I am kept up to date with what my children have been up to and also what developmental goals they are working on and towards. The children are fed varied and healthy meals which my children always eat up. The outdoor space is great, my eldest loves the giant Teepee. The staff always have wonderful tuff tray ideas which help the children play and feel different materials that they may not usually touch. It really is fab. I wouldn't want my children to go anywhere else, I love it and so do they.

My eldest daughter has been attending Orange Tree - Burnaston for almost 3 years and we could not have picked a better nursery. So much so her younger sister started in the baby room a couple of weeks ago. All team members are welcoming and friendly and know every child's name whether they're their carer or not - a truly lovely touch. The chef provides excellent nutritious meals that I've even used as inspiration for our home dinners. Even our pickiest eater will clean her plate most days (something she definitely doesn't do at home). The children spend the majority of their day outside and completing fun and exciting activities so our eldest is never short of stories to tell us when she gets home. If you're considering sending your child to Orange Tree - Burnaston, you will not regret it.

The Orange Tree @ Burnaston gets 5 stars from me. It's a fantastic nursery and a great setting for children to be in. My son loves attending and he's developing so well and that's thanks to the way the nursery operates and all the staff there. There is always a warm welcome when attending and everyone is so friendly. I've always been made to feel comfortable and speak to staff and managers openly with regards to any feedback, or general advice and enquiries. I would 100% recommend Burnaston setting to anyone. Credit to all of you as you're doing an amazing job!

Child care is very expensive or my son would have more days at the nursery.

I have recently (7 months ago) changed my child's nursery to this one and I was anxious to do so. However, the staff have been fantastic and reassure me with updates and the second-to-none care they provide to my child. She comes home with smiles and arrives each day with enthusiasm. The learning skills The Orange Tree provide to my 20 months have been fantastic and she has come on leaps and bounds. Fantastic facilities and wonderful staff. Couldn't rate this nursery any higher.

My child absolutely loves coming to nursery. All the staff are extremely competent and know what they are doing. I always feel at ease when dropping my son off, knowing that he is safe and well looked after. My son has come on leaps and bounds since starting here at the Orange Tree.

Our son started nursery at 1 year old and is now 2.5 years old, so he has moved through a couple of different rooms as he has got older. In every room, the level of care he has received has been outstanding. He loves going to nursery and seeing his friends and carers, learning, and having fun. He's a very confident, happy boy and we believe this is in huge part thanks to nursery. He gets on extremely well with his carers, including his key worker, who has been with him throughout the majority of his nursery journey, which has been great for consistency. We wholeheartedly recommend the Orange Tree Day Nursery at Burnaston!

Unfortunately, we are having to leave the nursery due to them not accommodating shift patterns. This is my only criticism of the nursery and one which has affected us negatively as a family. The inflexibility has meant moving my child twice in 1 year. This has been inconvenient but also unsettling. I feel that given its location shift patterns should be considered and catered for. And this should be prioritised over and above the financial benefits that parents with regular shifts can offer.

They have gone above and beyond with updates, photos, meal times, activities and more. He always comes home happy, well fed and outdoor sleeping is a firm favourite!

The app the nursery uses is great to receive daily photos and videos of what they have been up. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending.

My son loves the Orange Tree Day Nursery and especially likes to spend his time with his key worker. the nursery involves the parents and it's lovely to go in on occasions to see how he interacts with staff and his friends. He has come on so much in the last few months with speaking and development and I really think this has helped with all they do at nursery. I would highly recommend.

I can't recommend this nursery enough. It's a tough decision finding a nursery for your baby, it has to feel right and everything about the staff here make the transition the easiest it can be. From the outside space to the activities my child can take part in, along with some little animals to look after and say hello to, this nursery really is the whole package. The communication from the nursery is especially good, I enjoy receiving my daily pictures and comments. The children have really enjoyed their weekly topics and telling me everything they have learnt. They are very happy here.

My 10 month old daughter loves her time at nursery, she always goes in with a big smile on her face! The facilities are lovely and clean, and they have so many fun toys and activities to entertain her. They have a great outdoor area too and always try to get the kids out in the fresh air every day. The staff are so friendly and take great care of the kids. The app is also good to keep updated on what they've been up to throughout the day.
