Funding & Fees
Full day from £72.50
Morning session from £43.50
Afternoon session from £39.50
We do not charge registration fees, only a £100 deposit which is refunded against the first month’s fees. We don’t charge for settling in sessions, but we do expect payment for all nursery fees to be paid up front at the beginning of each month, which is standard practice for all childcare providers. We do not charge for bank holidays, our four training days each year, or for the three days closure between Christmas and New Year. We do, however, charge for days children don’t attend through illness or holidays, apart from exceptional circumstances.

Very good nursery. My child has improved a lot more since one of the staff members has been there, understands things a lot more and starting to eat which he never would whatsoever. Always doing different activities for the children, forest school is really good also, would definitely recommend this nursery.
It's a great place to take your kids. My son loves every minute he is there.
Hedgerow nursery has filled me with such confidence that they look after my boy with the highest standards. Our child is 14 months old and has recently started in the Acorn group. Our key worker has really helped him develop his skills in socialising and communication and has pushed him to eat more which was our biggest concern. The nursery is very clean and highly equipped to keep the children entertained. The app is very reassuring to keep you updated on the little ones during the day. Thank you to all the staff for the hard work you d; keep up the good work!
Absolutely fantastic Nursery. My son has been coming here for the past year, he loves it soo much. My daughter was at the nursery two years before him and it is mostly the same staff, albeit new faces. All I can say is the staff are brilliant. It’s not easy to leave your child in the care of anyone to go to work: but I have full confidence in them as they are just soo lovely and good at their job; as well as being so involved and provide the best experience for him. They keep me updated on everything he is doing and have a great routine in place; Aswell as pictures and updates on all that he has been doing while there. They have also been an integral part of getting him potty trained and fully out of nappies. Thank you for all you do!
With good staff and intelligent people, the kids always feel comfortable. I will recommend Acorn Day Nursery to everyone out there, to bring his or her children to Acorn Day Nursery and you will never be disappointed.
Nurseries facilities are always clean and tidy, and their Health & Safety regalements satisfy me as a parent. Their food menu is over the charts - the variety of meals and snacks is impressive.
Bonus to the amazing service is the app for the individual child where parents can monitor their child's activities and routine - that helps to be up to date with everything.
I highly recommend this nursery to everyone who wants to send their child to Acorns at Hedgerows.
Amazing nursery! Really good with my kid especially when they were first settling in and got upset. Lovely staff as well! Very helpful and they are very reassuring. I get updated on how my kids progressing all the time and they have so many good resources and a range of things for the children to do there. 100% would recommend
My kids are happy. Acorn is always looking to help families and children. My child has become more confident and his speech is improving. He enjoys coming to nursery and loves all the different activities put on daily especially the outdoors and bugs.
My daughter was attending another nursery and she was extremely unsettled so I decided to take her out and send her to Acorn at Hedgerows instead. Everyone at Hedgerows was so lovely and incredibly supportive to my daughter and she settled straight away. I highly recommend this nursery to everyone who wants a calm and homely feel environment for their child. Thank you ever so much.

Laura has been working in the Early Years for over 15 years and has recently graduated with a BA (HONS) in Early Years Studies. She also holds an Early Years Teacher Status and is passionate about providing better outcomes for children.
She strives to provide quality care and education to the families in her care. Outside of work, she loves spending quality time with her family and friends.
