The team at N Family Dollis Hill have been lovely and has given me as a first-time mom confidence to leave my baby and be away at work full-time. My son found it difficult to settle in initially - they were very patient and loving in helping him get familiar and settled. I appreciate the N app which gives an hourly update on what he ate/when he napped/etc. He now loves all the staff in his room and some obvious favourites as well. Overall, our experience at N Family Dollis Hill has been great.

Great teachers, a fun atmosphere. We came here for the food diversity and the curriculum and have not been disappointed. Also, the management team is very warm and helpful to new parents - would highly recommend for parents in the area to bring their kids here.

Couldn't wish for a better nursery. My son loves his nursery and enjoys his time there very much. On top of that, I have peace of mind to go on with my day. The staff members are the most friendly, caring, and professional people I have seen around. I am sending my youngest one there as well when I go back to work. Incredible staff, engaging environment - I 100% would recommend it to my friends.

The frequent updates on the app are very useful and allow one to keep track of naps, meals and nappy changes throughout the day. The app also facilitates communication with the nursery staff (manager or room staff). As new parents, it has given us great comfort in the knowledge that he is happy and settled.
