This will be my son's 4th nursery in just over 2 years. I've never compromised on the importance of education for my son. I've had to leave the other nurseries as they were just not doing enough to stimulate him. This branch is levels above the other places, and I feel confident leaving my son here knowing he will have a good day and learn many different things, not just typical ciricular but also about culture and the world

Very nurturing environment. The staff are great, and always ensure we are comfortable in addressing any queries or concerns. Our son is flourishing and clearly has a very good relationship with everyone there.

Since my daughter joined the nursery, I've seen such a wonderful improvement in her confidence, communication, and overall happiness. The staff are absolutely lovely, so caring, patient, and genuinely dedicated to the children. It's clear how much time and attention they give to creating a fun, nurturing environment. I couldn't be happier with the progress she's made and the support we've received from the whole team. Highly recommend!

We have been at N Family 18 months now and i am still very happy with the nursery, the staff are all friendly and accommodating. They are all in good spirits when i see them and they all work very hard. They have new play ideas daily, they send updates and pictures on the app, so you can figure out how well your child has ate and slept if they are still having naps. My daughter always comes out saying she had a great day at nursery that she was running and jumping and playing. The food on offer is of a great standard. they sent me home with a lunch for my daughter last week as we had an appointment and I was was very jealous of her pasta dish. they always have fruit on offer and the place is always clean and organised with the notice boards updated regularly.

I recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a safe, caring, and nurturing environment for their child. One highlight for me is that compared to other nurseries, this establishment has everything included in their fees from nappies, to formula to snacks to a parent corner! and beyond. They offer so much that many nurseries do not, bare this in mind when choosing N for your child so it is worth every penny. Another highlight which makes it so worth it is how attentive and caring the staff have been towards my daughter. She has built so many special friendships since baby room. My daughter has been attending this nursery since she was 5-month-old, she is now 2 year's and 2 months and thanks to this nursery and their staff, she has grown and flourished a lot. She's always talking about her keyworker Ana at home as well as other staff members. Management are not just the face of the nursery during drop offs and pick ups, they have built over the year's a good bond with my daughter.

Great nursery and staff. Hope the level of service stays the same as my child progresses to the different rooms. Would be great to have more events throughout the year to formally inform parents on the child's development.

Just like my first son, my second son is also attending this nursery. The spacious rooms and friendly staff continue to impress us. He particularly enjoys playing with other kids. We feel confident that the staff's dedication to each child's well-being extends to my son as well. In addition, we've noticed he is becoming more open and friendly with other people since starting at the nursery.

Lovely nursery, really accommodating and keeps parents informed at all times. Lovely welcome pack to help settle in, really well organised with an array of activities planned for each day. The outside garden isn't huge but they use it really well and because you can see it from the main room it makes the room look really bright and airy. The menu looks delicious and very nutritious. Kids are well looked after and loved.

Fantastic nursery. The staff are very kind and caring. Facilities are great, as are the activities they do with the children. After taking a few weeks to settle in, our daughter now loves going to nursery.

We honestly couldn’t be happier with N Family Club-Dollis Hill. Our son’s amazing key worker and the whole “Wildwood” room staff made my child quickly comfortable and after a few weeks, he’s been going into nursery so happily. It felt very hard to leave our 12-month-old after a whole year maternity leave and I can’t be thankful enough for the way N Family workers helped and reassured us. They provide fun, creative, holistic activities in a beautiful, safe, positive environment.

My daughter has settled in very well with N family, three staff members in particular are amazing and were so welcoming to me and my family. I honestly love everything about this nursery, from the daily updates on the app to the parent breakfast bar which is so convenient if you’re on the go. I will definitely recommend this nursery to other parents.

My son started in August (2023) and is still attending, since he has joined the nursery he has been so happy and I've noticed his confidence has progressed. All staff in N Family Club (Dollis Hill) are friendly and supportive. I'm happy with all the advice and support we get from the key workers and management team. The nursery is very clean, food for kids provided is well-presented and healthy. Reception area is very welcoming, coffee and breakfast provided for parents during drop-offs in the morning.

Our son has just started nursery at N Family Dollis Hill and has had a wonderful experience so far. The staff are friendly and professional and my son has responded well to all of them. They have great facilities and the nursery classroom is clean and well presented. So far they've managed to get my son to eat all of his food (which hasn't been achieved at home!) and so we are very impressed with that. We hope he continues to enjoy his time there.

All staff are very supportive and I feel my son is able to learn, play and explore well. There are always new and exciting activities going on at N Family. Nutrition is also very good, as there is a new menu every week.

A very nurturing, caring nursery. It is as if we are all family. My child loves it there. The food sounds delicious. My child enjoys the food. There is a wide range of activities they do with the children. All the staff are very caring.

Staff are unfailingly kind and compassionate. They provide high-quality care and know each child well. Learning environments are well-equipped, light and bright. Outside space is available but limited: greater use of local parks could be made in warmer months. Our child is happy and nurtured at N Family Dollis Hill. Communication from staff with parents via the app could be improved to provide consistently accurate updates relating to meal times and nappy changes. Persistent tech issues make parent-staff communications problematic. Company-wide changes affecting the whole N Family group could be communicated clearly to parents before policy changes are implemented.

My daughter started at N Dollis Hill when she was thirteen months and it has been amazing for her and our family so far. Her key workers helped her settle in much quicker than I expected. By the second week she no longer cried at drop off and now we are two months in, she cannot wait to go to the nursery every morning. She has always been a picky eater for solids. Her key worker suggested changes to her milk feeding schedule and now she eats much better than before. She has become a lot more independent, both in terms of feeding herself and play.

As first time parents, we were new to the world of nursery, however I’ve felt my family has been well looked after and reassured by the nursery staff since signing our son up. In the lead up to his first days the nursery shared plenty of information, including a gift box with some essentials, and set up a video call for us to speak with some of the staff to understand what’s to come and an opportunity for both sides to ask questions and get to know each other. The settling in days really helped us all ease into this new phase, staff were really kind and welcoming and made themselves available to speak to us. We felt comfortable and confident for the first full day, and our son seems to be off to a great start at this nursery.

The team at N Family Dollis Hill have been lovely and has given me as a first-time mom confidence to leave my baby and be away at work full-time. My son found it difficult to settle in initially - they were very patient and loving in helping him get familiar and settled. I appreciate the N app which gives an hourly update on what he ate/when he napped/etc. He now loves all the staff in his room and some obvious favourites as well. Overall, our experience at N Family Dollis Hill has been great.
