I was so impressed today with the nursery when the in-house chef approached me asking what my grandson enjoys as she observed he is a fussy eater. We spent a good 20 minutes discussing the food he likes as she was so determined to help to get him eating at meal times. What thoughtful, kind, individualised care. It's so special to know my grandson is getting such excellent care at the nursery which in itself is exceptional. Thank you so much.

From the initial walkaround, we felt confident that Pippa's House would be a great choice for our two boys and that has continued. One of our children has additional needs which have always been put first and all the support that has been offered is invaluable. Both age ranges have great support for educational development as well as improving social skills.

It has been 10 months since my baby boy started in Pippas House Guildford as a 1-year-old. He began in the babies room and now has transitioned to the toddlers' Little Boppers room so I have experienced the different phases and changes. Both my husband and I are very happy with the treatment and service received. Despite normal rotation been occurring from time to time all the staff is great and for us, the most important is to see our boy is happy and healthy and learning so much in super speed. Definitely he is enjoying a lot his nursery and that means a big relief to us as parents that we made the right choice.

The nursery is very well-run and the staff are very caring and compassionate.
We receive a good number of photographs of her every day through the app, detailed information on the activities she has done as well as what she has eaten. We really look forward to receiving the updates each day!
All the rooms are spacious and bright with a lot of natural light and the garden is also lovely. Highly recommend!

Meet the Team (3)
Lena joined Pippa's House Reigate in April 2022.
She is originally from Denmark where she studied for a bachelor's in Social Education which is equivalent to a level 6 in childcare here in the UK.
Lena loves to travel and go outdoors so her goal is to give the children experiences that help them to achieve their full potential and understand the world around them.
Lena is our EAL Coordinator and will support children and families with English as an Additional Language within our settings.
Lena started as a Nursery Practitioner but has since progressed to Room Leader, Deputy Manager and is now the Nursery Manager at Pippa's House Guildford.
Georgia has been working in childcare for over 12 years, doing her level 2 and level 3 qualifications as well as mental health first aid and mental health in the workplace training.
Georgia has worked hard with all different ages, starting as a practitioner and working up to being a room leader and now a deputy manager.
Georgia loves coming up with fun ideas for everyone to get involved with at nursery, from dress-up days to fundraising to family picnics in the park. She also has a young daughter who is absolutely thriving since starting at Pippa's house and loves coming into the nursery each day.
Our wonderful nursery chef Karen is a wonderful part of the team who loves making delicious food for the children to enjoy. She likes to try out different recipes from around the world and when she does try something new she loves to visit the rooms at meal times and see how the children are enjoying their food.
Karen enjoys making healthy and varied meals and changes the menu each term to try different meals, with the menus being on a 3-week rotation.
Karen has a higher national diploma in hospitality management and a level 3 in food handling and hygiene.
For the last 12 years, Karen has worked in educational catering, working within schools and universities with people of all ages.
