From the initial walkaround, we felt confident that Pippa's House would be a great choice for our two boys and that has continued. One of our children has additional needs which have always been put first and all the support that has been offered is invaluable. Both age ranges have great support for
educational development as well as improving social skills.

It has been 10 months since my baby boy started in Pippas House Guildford as a 1-year-old. He began in the babies room and now has transitioned to the toddlers' Little Boppers room so I have experienced the different phases and changes. Both my husband and I are very happy with the treatment and service
received. Despite normal rotation been occurring from time to time all the staff is great and for us, the most important is to see our boy is happy and healthy and learning so much in super speed. Definitely he is enjoying a lot his nursery and that means a big relief to us as parents that we made the right choice.

Our son has been attending Pippa's House Nursery, Guildford for a year and a half. The staff is very friendly and caring. He loves going there. We have always been very happy with how everything is dealt with.

I am very happy with the nursery, the little one didn't speak when he started, now he has reached the point of understanding English in addition to the Greek he hears at home and he has learned several words in English as well! Thank you for that.

Our daughter absolutely loves attending Pippa's House Nursery Guildford and we would highly recommend the nursery. She is in the preschool room. The staff organise really stimulating activities for the children that are both fun and educational. For example, they had a whole day focusing on the solar
system, where the children built a pretend rocket. The nursery is preparing her really well for school - they organise lots of activities involving letters and numbers and sing a song about the days of the week every morning. They also do lots of painting, crafts and messy play.
The nursery is very well-run and the staff are very caring and compassionate.
We receive a good number of photographs of her every day through the app, detailed information on the activities she has done as well as what she has eaten. We really look forward to receiving the updates each day!
All the rooms are spacious and bright with a lot of natural light and the garden is also lovely. Highly recommend!

My daughter has been attending Pippa’s House Nursery for over a year now and she is thriving. She has created such wonderful friendships and has learnt so much. The staff are always so welcoming and friendly and tell me all about her day as well as all the information I get on the app throughout the

We have been over the moon with Pippa’s House since the moment our daughter started. They are well organized and always so helpful, keeping us parents well informed each day. My daughter wakes up so excited and will be absolutely gutted when she leaves for big school come September. We can’t thank them

Lena

Lena Nielsen

Job Title: Nursery Manager Joined: 2022

Lena joined Pippa's House Reigate in April 2022.


She is originally from Denmark where she studied for a bachelor's in Social Education which is equivalent to a level 6 in childcare here in the UK.


Lena loves to travel and go outdoors so her goal is to give the children experiences that help them to achieve their full potential and understand the world around them.


Lena is our EAL Coordinator and will support children and families with English as an Additional Language within our settings.


Lena started as a Nursery Practitioner but has since progressed to Room Leader, Deputy Manager and is now the Nursery Manager at Pippa's House Guildford.

Georgia

Georgia Hollington

Job Title: Senior Deputy Manager Joined: 2022

Georgia has been working in childcare for over 12 years, doing her level 2 and level 3 qualifications as well as mental health first aid and mental health in the workplace training.


Georgia has worked hard with all different ages, starting as a practitioner and working up to being a room leader and now a deputy manager.


Georgia loves coming up with fun ideas for everyone to get involved with at nursery, from dress-up days to fundraising to family picnics in the park. She also has a young daughter who is absolutely thriving since starting at Pippa's house and loves coming into the nursery each day.

Karen

Job Title: Nursery Chef Joined: 2023

Our wonderful nursery chef Karen is a wonderful part of the team who loves making delicious food for the children to enjoy. She likes to try out different recipes from around the world and when she does try something new she loves to visit the rooms at meal times and see how the children are enjoying their food.


Karen enjoys making healthy and varied meals and changes the menu each term to try different meals, with the menus being on a 3-week rotation.


Karen has a higher national diploma in hospitality management and a level 3 in food handling and hygiene.


For the last 12 years, Karen has worked in educational catering, working within schools and universities with people of all ages.
