Pippa's House Guildford, a GrandirUK Day Nursery

I've been debating whether to leave this review for some time. For full disclosure, my child is no longer at PHN as we relocated 1 year ago. At the time, we felt Pippa's House was a good nursery, it is only since leaving and experiencing a truly excellent nursery we have realised the shortcomings of PHN.

- Poor compliance with allergy requirements. Son was given cows milk by accident when had CMPA

I hope this helps other parents make an informed decision.

He always came home happy, well feed and surprising us with new things he had learnt.

My son attended Pippa's House in Guildford for the past year and they have been brilliant!! The staff are so kind and caring and each child is given so much attention, my son has thrived there and his social skills have come on hugely. They are always doing new activities to further their development and I'm kept very well updated via the app. They have also been really flexible about swapping days if needed. We are only leaving because we have moved further away but we're very sad to be leaving Pippa's!

We have always been very happy we chose Pippas House. The staff are lovely. The place itself is good with lots of toys and space. My son gets very excited to go in. Pictures and updates on the app are great

All staff members are like part of our family and we can ask them for help with anything! My son eating very healthy food and he is very happy with all activities that he does and progresses in his daily routine.

My son joined nearly a month ago. The settling period went really well - he managed to nap in his first afternoon settling in session. The team is really careful and friendly. They offer a variety of activities and the outdoor space is lovely.

He's been at this nursery since 9 months old and he will soon be starting school.

Such a wonderful nursery. Our little one has had the best time there since starting just over a year ago. He's made so many friends and feels so comfortable at pippas house. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Management is very approachable, organised and quick to help as they can. I would definitely recommend it.

Our son is always happy to go to the nursery and he loves his teachers. The staff is very friendly and supportive. The app helps us to stay informed each day. The rooms are spacious and bright with lot of facilities. The garden is well organised and my son loves the bike, the muddy kitchen and the little house in the corner. We have been already recommended this nursery to our friends in the past and we still do recommend it to anyone!

The variety of the activities they do is remarkable and something very important for our child growth.

A massive thank you to the Pippa's team! Our decision to put our little one to a nursery wasn't an easy decision to make, but since she started in November, we have seen so much growth on her. She started as a timid toddler who would just cling to us every time, but 3 months have passed and she is now more social and more engaged with other kids and people. We are very happy with the activities set every day; the arts and crafts, the singing and dancing and most especially the sensory plays we could not usually do at home. The updates thru the app is very reassuring and we always look forward to it. Our daughter is now always excited to go to nursery(sometimes still cries at drop offs) and that's how we know we chose the right nursery for her. We couldn't be happier with the progress she makes everyday and the credit goes to your team! Well done team Pippa's. Know that we appreciate all the efforts you put to keep our children safe and happy.

I am constantly amazed by and grateful for the range of fun activities the staff organise for the children, and I really love how much time they spend playing in the garden and getting fresh air!

I have been so happy with Pippa's House as a nursery for my daughter. The staff have been wonderful - really kind and nurturing and willing to take the time to get to know every child and their family. I think it strikes a lovely balance of being small and friendly but also providing care of the highest standard.

I really like the way that they treat each child as an individual. When staff members talk about my daughter, I always feel that they know her really well - and can tailor activities to suit her interests and personality.

They've also been very flexible on the few occasions that we've needed to change days - which has made a big difference to the smooth running of our family life!

We wanted to express our sincere gratitude for the exceptional care our daughter has received at Pippa's House Nursery. The initial transition was challenging, but the staff's patience, kindness, and professional approach made it a seamless experience. Now, our daughter eagerly looks forward to each day at the nursery, where she is not only happy but also learning and growing. We are truly impressed by the variety of themes and activities that enrich her learning experience. We are so fortunate to have found such a nurturing and stimulating environment for her.

An amazing nursery. The staff really care about the children, and always go the extra mile. They're incredibly hard-working, my daughter loves them. The facilities are great too. I'm about to send my second daughter there too, I'm sure she'll be as happy as my first.

Our daughter started Pippa's House in July, at 9 months old. The staff have been incredibly supportive with settling her in and also reassuring us that she is ok. We love how confident they have been with her and we can see how well they know her now. As we can see from the app, she clearly enjoys the activities and the meals provided! We love seeing photos of her throughout the day and have really noticed her development progress since starting nursery. We couldn't be happier with our experience at Pippa's House Guildford and would highly recommend to anyone considering this nursery.

My son started nursery back in April. He was very used to being with me all day every day so found it hard for me to leave him. Pippa's House staff have been amazing with him. They've helped him settle in so nicely and helped him make lots of new little friends. I love looking on the app and seeing the photos of how he's got on throughout the day and what he's eaten for his lunch! The chef is also amazing. My mother collected him for me one day and the chef took her time to talk to my mum and ask her what foods he's likely to eat (as he's a fussy eater). She also reassured my mum she'd always make sure he ate something even if it meant making him something different. I'm so happy with the care given. The rooms and play area outside are also wonderful with lots to play with and lots of different activities. Huge thank you to Pippa's House Staff!
