I have been working in Early Years for 20+ years, starting my career as a childminder, before moving to a creche and progressing from assistant to manager. I chose Early Years due to my personal experience around safeguarding, I wanted to make a difference. I love being a part of the children's learning and development and being able to implement an outstanding service.

I chose Monkey Puzzle East Sheen because they appeared to have a great vision for the children, I felt it would be good to work together with the manager and staff to reach our goal.

I have been working in Early Years since the start of 2025. I chose this career path because it allows me to be more creative and make learning both fun and meaningful. It allows me to help a child build up their confidence. I love creating bonds with the children, engaging with them in different activities, playing with them outdoors and working as a team with other staff.

I have been working in Early Years since 2023. I chose this career path because I tutored children, from SAT level up to GCSE, and found I was always creative with my teaching, I loved being able to mould a child's ability and needs. I love to see the children grow, I love to help them grow throughout the day with fun and teaching mixed.

I joined Monkey Puzzle East Sheen because originally it was convenient as it was close to my house, however, I ended up enjoying working here.

My name is Mimoza and I am a Bank Staff at Monkey Puzzle East Sheen!

I have been working in Early Years since 2019. I chose this career path because I had a lot of experience doing nannying and babysitting. I'm very good at settling new children and doing activities with them and I love seeing them grow into their own unique personalities.

I joined Monkey Puzzle East Sheen originally because it was a short walk from my house, however, I ended up really enjoying my time here.

I have been working in Early Years since 2024. I chose this career path because I have always worked with older children and wanted to try something new - I absolutely love it! I love getting to know the children! Having moved from working with KS1 and KS2 to younger children, I feel as though I have progressed in my understanding of Early Years development and how to help children learn.
