Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery East Sheen

I remain a firm supporter of this nursery. Their management team is fantastic, as are the staff, and they've made even more improvements to the nursery with more play areas in the outside space, incredible activities that keep them engaged and even have duck eggs waiting to hatch into little ducklings this week! My daughter is very happy there and I can highly recommend this nursery.

I am so happy with this place because everytime when I been there I saw kids they are happy and clean I never see them dirty thats make me to love this place because the hygiene is the most important. And staff is completely lovely friendly I like all of them. Im so happy I've found out this place for my kid. Thank you Monkey Puzzle.

Our daughter has been at monkey puzzle since the end of February 2024! She has felt very comfortable from day one. This is probably due to the friendly way the children are greeted by the staff in the morning. The management is also friendly, hard-working and very helpful. When you drop off or pick up your child, there is always good communication with the staff. We are always well informed and receive regular reports on the children's development. Thank you very much for your efforts... keep up the good work!

Our daughter attends the nursery and we are absolutely happy about the progress she is making. We are amazed with the wonderful ideas the management team are working on. We believe it's one of the best nurseries which offer a great future base to the children. The nursery really focus on the major areas to build the right personality for each child and really work side by side with the parents to achieve the best outcomes.

I attended the festive open day on Saturday 7th December at Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery with my daughter and my son who attends Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery. It was an amazing day, we all enjoyed it, the staff were very helpful and polite, and there were so many activities and food to eat. It was also lovely to meet the other parents and children. I would like to say thank you to all the staff at Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery.

I've had 2 children in the nursery over the last 12 months and there has been a constant issue in resourcing and communication since they joined but it's becoming increasingly worse over the last few months. Sometimes the resourcing issues have been so serious that the nursery has opened late as a result. Children don't have key workers identified and there are serious safeguarding concerns addressed to senior management in the head office by parents and staff. Senior management was notified but did not seem to grasp the severity of the issues and often blamed the hard-working staff who were working despite all the obstacles they faced. After becoming aware of issues senior management didn't actively speak with staff to ensure they were supported but they did roll out a new payment system. Their priority is money and not the safety of children or supporting their staff.

The team at Monkey Puzzle East Sheen are amazing. My daughter is in the preschool class there and she loved it from the first day she went. They start you off with 3 settling-in days so your child feels comfortable in the environment and with staff, this was great for me as it was the first time I had sent my daughter to any kind of child care. The first day you get to stay with your child to see the activities they do and what the staff are like and how well the other children are settled. The key workers are incredible teachers especially, my daughter's favourites! Not only because they're so much fun and so friendly, but also because they genuinely care about the kids there and want to inspire learning. The manager is also a fantastic manager. Great with parents and children, I honestly can't fault the place, they have such a wonderful team which makes it the perfect daycare setting. I highly recommend and plan on sending my next child there when he's bigger.

Monkey Puzzle in East Sheen is a wonderful nursery. All the staff are knowledgeable, well trained and caring and our grandchild is very happy here and learning so much. I love the app that gives me information on what he has been doing each day and it's a joy to see the varying activities that are happening for his age group. Thank you so much!

My child started at Monkey Puzzle East Sheen a few months ago, and is so happy being dropped off, and we as parents feel so reassured leaving him. The staff have been so helpful in getting him settled in quickly, and he is so comfortable with all of them and everyone clearly is of such a loving, caring nature. The manager is always super friendly, cheerful and positive and a great person to be leading the team. The facilities are so clean and new, and there are so many beautiful toys. The children get to play outside in the well-equipped garden come rain or shine, giving them lots of fresh air! Thank you Monkey Puzzle for taking such good care of him! We would recommend this nursery to everyone in the area.

We truly love Monkey Puzzle East Sheen and will miss everyone when our little one moves on to primary school.

Monkey Puzzle is a gem for our little child, who's always excited to go each day. The staff's friendliness and readiness to help stand out immensely. They maintain exceptional cleanliness, ensuring a healthy space for all the kids. Festivities like Halloween are a blast, and we can't wait to see what they do for Christmas. It's more than a daycare; it’s a place where our child feels happy and cherished.

Our experience at East Sheen Monkey Puzzle has been positive since our baby started here. The transition from maternity leave to full-time day care was made all the more easier as our child loves going to Monkey Puzzle and comes home tuckered out from a day of playing and activities. The staff are also very thoughtful and show a genuine interest in his development and care.

My child absolutely loves Monkey Puzzle. All the staff are so warm and welcoming and it is such a lovely environment for the children. My child is so happy when I drop him off and it is nice leaving him knowing he is going to have a wonderful and happy day, playing, learning and interacting with the other children and staff. The staff all look after him and the other children so well and are so supportive of the parents and provide lots of feedback on how the child is doing etc. The facilities are brilliant, including all the toys and outdoor space. We are so grateful to Monkey Puzzle for looking after our son so well.

I am full of love for this nursery as it has exceeded all my expectations - I wish it had been around when my eldest was at nursery! The staff are all incredibly caring and knowledgable and go above and beyond to help make you feel part of a family. They have excellent facilities and lots of space in each room as well as outside for the children to play and take real dedication in creating exceptional daily activities based on a weekly focused theme. I would strongly recommend this nursery to other parents.
