Busy Bees Edwalton provides warm and welcoming rooms dedicated to babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers and is wonderfully equipped to provide a stimulating environment; giving every child all they need to grow and develop with positive early years learning.

Busy Bees is the first childcare business that has its own curriculum which is designed by leading early year educators using the latest insight into cognitive science research from across the globe. Their new curriculum has been carefully crafted to give every child the best start in life. Children will be better prepared for school through imaginative, inventive and engaging activities with a focus on increasingly important subjects.

With exciting outdoor play areas there is plenty of room for inspiring outdoor play, with space to explore and take safe risks. There are also state-of-the-art resources to encourage and nurture your child’s curiosity and independence. Be rest assured that your child will have the best time at nursery, as the fantastic team support them in their nursery development, to ensure they are ready to take the next steps.

Good nutrition is supported at Busy Bees, with a chef on site preparing delicious meals that are part of the NHS accredited menus along with tasty snacks for your little one to tuck in to throughout the day, catering for individual dietary requirements.

Absolutely fantastic nursery. My child was made to feel welcome and settled in really well. Cannot praise the staff enough - friendly, engaged with the kids and parents, personable and caring. Love the activities and the app - good to see what they have been getting up to each day and that their development
is important and monitored. Brilliant location and facilities. I can go off to work reassured that my child is safe and will have a brilliant day. After viewing lots of nurseries - so glad we chose Busy Bees Edwalton.

We cannot fault Busy Bees. Our little boy loves going to nursery, he has made so many friends and and formed lovely relationships with the staff. All the staff are so welcoming and friendly, and management are so accommodating of any issues/changes. I put off my son going to nursery as I was so nervous
until he was over 2, but I have already signed my daughter up to go as I have such trust in the team that they will make it a positive experience for her. Also, a huge plus our son eats all of his dinners at nursery - including veg!

Both of my daughters attend Busy Bees Edwalton and have done for some time now. I can't praise them all enough for the support I have had from when my first daughter started. She didn't settle straight away but the staff went above and beyond to make sure she settled in, nothing was ever to much so
for that I am great-full. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking. 5* all round.

My daughter has been going to Busy Bees Edwalton for more than 6 months now. She transitioned from under 2 to 2 plus so I had experience of both baby and toddler rooms. The staff are very attentive, polite, caring and the management is excellent. There staff are extremely engaged with the children and
always participate in one or the other activities with them rather them just laying out the stuff in front of them which was quite different from my experience of a better rated and more expensive nursery in the same area. There rooms are very well stocked with multiple activities for the kids. Also I get regular and relevant updates on the app. All in all a very positive experience.

He has some additional needs and I must say the manager, the SENCO, his keyworker and two teachers, in particular, are the most amazing people I could wish my child to be around. They are all professional and at the same time have

Our time at Busy Bees Nursery has been nothing but a pleasure. My child settled wonderfully from day one and made strong attachments to staff members which made it an easy transition for my child and myself.
The staff are nurturing and attentive and we have appreciated the daily updates on how my
child is doing.
The varied meals are fantastic and always enjoyed by my little one.
The nursery always runs engaging activities suitable to the age and I have seen my child's development come along in leaps and bounds.
The location of the nursery is ideal for dropping off and picking up every day.
Busy Bees Nursery has ultimately felt like an extension to our family and we are so glad we chose to send our child here.

My son has been with Busy Bees since April 2023, aged 10 months old, he’s always been a clingy baby so no surprises when he didn’t settle straight away. Busy Bees handled this so well, always meeting his needs and keeping me in the loop. A year on, my son sometimes doesn’t even look to say bye to me
as he’s eager to get in! I can’t sing the staff's praises enough, you can tell they really care about the children and love to update me about my boy, whether it’s through the app or a chat when picking him up. The facilities are great but it’s the staff who make this place the one to choose.

My daughter started Busy Bees Edwalton when she was 9 months old, we were so nervous, as first-time parents, but as soon as we walked in, we knew she would be okay. The nursery itself is beautiful, so clean, well looked after and for every event/special occasion, the staff go the extra mile to set the
nursery up to embody the theme which is always exciting to see. Even from the first tour, I knew the staff were going to care for our daughter as if she was their own and they have exceeded our expectations. Now, our daughter runs into nursery every day without turning to say bye, she is so excited and so comfortable here and that is credit to the staff, the learning environment and the overall atmosphere of the nursery. The app was everything we needed whilst she was settling in as they update you on meals, naps, bottles and amazing photos capturing her day, even now when I get the photo updates they make my day. I can’t recommend this nursery enough. 10/10, thank you!

This is an amazing nursery. The manager and the staff go more than an extra mile for the parents and children there. My child was slow to transition into nursery life with being very dependent on me which proved difficult with going back to work, and this nursery gave my daughter lots of patience and
reassurance for myself and her dad. We are extremely sad to have to withdraw her from the nursery as we have had to move out of the area otherwise we never would have taken her out. They have set the bar so high for her next nursery I'm not sure how they will compare. Thank you Busy Bees Edwalton and to all the staff!

My little girl was one of the first children to attend this nursery as soon as it opened. From the moment we stepped inside, met the team and saw the facilities, we knew this was the perfect place.
The facilities are second to none - beautiful, new and airy, with a beautiful outdoor area.
The team,
right from the centre director through to the apprentice educators, are so warm, friendly and helpful. Dropping the most precious thing you own into someone else's care is terrifying and you need to be sure the people looking after them are the best. The guys at Edwalton really are the best.
There is a virtually non-existent turnover of staff, which I think is indicative of a happy place to work and means that strong bonds and relationships are made with my girl.
My daughter cannot wait to get to 'bees' every day, and that makes me so happy.
I cannot rave about this place enough and have recommended it to multiple friends.
I couldn't wish for a better place to drop my daughter!

Amazing, fantastic and brilliant! As a first-time mum, when I was returning to work and registering my daughter at a nursery, I naturally felt nervous - all of that went away within two minutes of meeting the centre director. The nursery itself is very clean, welcoming and lovely. You can tell the facility
is respected and loved by staff, parents and children alike. The whole team are friendly and really gets to know you as a parent/carer aswell as your child. My daughter loves it here, and when we arrive outside, she starts dancing with excitement, and I know she will be safe and happy all day which is a huge comfort. The staff ensure that all children are having fun and learning throughout the day. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds since starting here. The variety of food she has throughout the day is great too. We are so happy we chose this nursery. Thank you to all the staff for making us feel so welcome.

My son has been at Busy Bees, Edwalton since July 2022. I was really nervous leaving my son with basically strangers, but I can honestly say the team at Busy Bees, Edwalton are truly amazing! We did the settling sessions which we both loved to the point where my son cried when we had to leave which
made me feel confident that this was the right nursery.
On my son's first session by himself the care director called me to let me know my son was fine and doing well which meant a lot as it settled my nerves, thats when I knew she cared and put herself in my shoes from a parent's view.
They also keep you updated throughout the day via the app so it gives you peace of mind that your child is okay.
My son absolutely loves this nursery and it's a shame he will be leaving to attend school.
I would 1000% recommend this nursery and I can honestly say they truly care and it shows!

All the staff at Busy Bees Edwalton Day Nursery have really helped my son settle into nursery. He gets the opportunity to try a variety of foods and play with many different toys which are both stimulating and educational.
The app keeps us up to date with is progress and activity throughout the day
which is useful. We couldn't be happier with how he has developed since starting nursery.
