The nursery and the staff is such a nurturing, caring place where my child has grown in confidence and enjoys her time so much and has gained amazing relationships with the staff. The staff all go above and beyond and deserve recognition. My child is very comfortable at the nursery and has learned a
lot from the staff and she speaks so fondly of everyone. There communication is always great and I can always rely on the staff to put me at ease and answer any of my questions. They have made a great impact already on my child and I wouldn't want my child to go to any other nursery as I know she is well cared for and nurtured here, thank you to all staff. The outside space and activities they have for the children is amazing and unlike anywhere else, my child loves being outside and they are always well prepared for the weather.

Our experience with heads of Ayr is month on month a joy and the encouragement and support our son gets on a weekly basis is amazing. They contain support his needs and requirements and challenge him within his capabilities.

We have found the nursery environment to be amazing, particularly the outdoor space which is really unique and gives lots of opportunities to explore in the outdoors in many creative ways.


The staff are lovely and provide a very nurturing environment for our child, they are always friendly and engaging.

Our child has loved attending the nursery over the past 2.5 years and we are very pleased with her progress.

The staff at Heads of Ayr go above and beyond to care for your child. They do their best to cater for any requests you make and it shows with big smiles from your child via the Learning Journals and when you collect your child at the end of the day.


My son attended HOA nursery from the day it opened

until he started school in 2023, and since then my second son has attended since May 2024 and my daughter due to attend from Oct 2025.


We travel over 30 mins to attend this nursery setting and wouldn't have it any other way. I would 100% recommend the nursery and all staff members to anyone putting my mind at ease, as I return back to work, that my child is getting the care and attention that I myself would give them on a daily basis.


In addition the food served to the children is 5 star! The chef must have some magic recipes as my 6 year old still talks about her famous curry he loved but refuses to eat at home.


I truly believe that this is the best nursery to attend in Ayrshire.

The staff are incredibly knowledge about children's milestones and social and emotional development. They are kind and caring and make my daughter smile daily. I can't rate the staff highly enough, each and every one of the team are stars.

This is my 2nd child at this nursery and I cannot fault them at all. We've been with them since they opened.
They have the most Fantastic staff, fantastic learning experience. Cater to all needs. Highly reccomended.

Settling my daughter into nursery last October was so seamless and the staff made sure the whole family was included in her settling in period and nursery plan for her. Since then the updates and communication has been outstanding. My daughter is always desperate to go to nursery as all the staff are
always smiling and caring. I can see such an improvement in my daughter's speech and social skills and it's all down to the nurseries huge input in her learning and nurturing her skills whilst teaching her new ones. We love it so much she won't be going to school nursery before school.

Heads of Ayr Nursery is a fantastic educational facility which supports the needs of all the children in its care.


The staff are very well educated in childcare and treat every child with love, compassion and understanding.


The facility itself is absolutely outstanding with an incredible outdoor

space where children can make the most of the beautiful surroundings and be introduced to the animals at the farm park located next door.


The indoor space is equally outstanding with a lot of thought and care having clearly gone into the set up of the rooms and the variety equipment and areas available to the children to allow them to grow and develop into well rounded, caring, loving and well educated little humans.


I'm always proud to tell people that my child attends Heads of Ayr. Sending my child there is one of the best decisions we have ever made.

The nursery is fantastic! My son loves going, he always comes out smiling and tells me about is day, mainly about the food he has eaten! He has become so confident since being there and now a proper chatterbox. 5 star nursery!

Our son has really flourished at Heads of Ayr Nursery. The staff in the Sunshine room are lovely and go above and beyond. Our son will now be moving up to the Rainbow room and everyone has been so helpful with the transition.

Heads of Ayr Nursery is fantastic all round. It is a new building and well kept, with wonderful outside play equipment which is where the children spend the majority of their time. Children's development is well supported including sharing, waiting their turn, eating meals together and becoming independent
in daily life. Our daughter ate very well at nursery and we particularly appreciated the daily learning journal. In this app, we could review what happened during the day and what food / drink was consumed / nappy changes as well as having the opportunity to add parent comments to the journal. We also enjoyed the times where parents were invited into the nursery to share events, such as the Halloween walk, Christmas fayre and parent play sessions. The EY Practitioners are all wonderful with the children, my daughter loved her key worker a lot as well as the other girls and we appreciated how kind and patient our key worker was with our daughter. I recommend Heads of Ayr Nursery as an excellent choice.

My daughter has been attending heads of Ayr nursery for the past 18 months. She loves attending the nursery and have developed positive relationships with both staff and peers. The outdoor space at the nursery is amazing, the children enjoy 70/80% of their day outside playing in the natural environment
with the animals nearby. The staff are great at keeping parents informed of the day’s adventures via the app and also during pick up and drop off. I am thankful my daughter has another year at the Heads of Ayr nursery before starting school.

Our little one has been going here for a year. The nursery is fantastic. The surroundings are brilliant, lots of natural beauty, space and animals around.
They have their own chef who makes brilliant food and snacks and is very much part of the kids day at nursery. She always chats and laughs with
the children. The staff are worth their weight in gold here. They genuinely care about the children and are so passionate about having fun and learning. My little one adores her key worker and that's very much reciprocated back. The warmth the staff have when telling you about their fab day at nursery is so reassuring. Other than the fab staff the other unique (and absolutely brilliant) key feature of the nursery is the outdoor space. It's so big with lots to do. It's beautiful and natural. There's no other nursery I know that has outdoor play space like it. They spend 70-80% outside. I love the focus on outdoor / play learning. I hate the thought of little ones cooped up in one room all day.

I couldn’t have chosen a better setting than Heads of Ayr Nursery! The setting is incredible and so engaging for the children. Since my daughter started in January 2020, her confidence has flourished and she has made lots of new friends. She absolutely loves the staff as well! Would highly recommend
it.

I would highly recommend Heads of Ayr Nursery to any parent all the staff go above and beyond for my 3 year old and she loves all the staff, especially her key worker who she loves to bits and has an amazing bond with. The facilities are the best I've seen and it's very spacious, the garden/outdoor
area is one of the best features and is what my daughter loves the most as it is much more advanced than any nursery I've seen, the space and all the equipment in it is of the highest of qualities. The food selection/chef is to the highest of standards and never disappoints, they even ask you in the forms what your child likes to eat so that if they don't want what is on the menu that day they have references to refer back to which in my knowledge is the only nursery to do so. The activities they have at the nursery are amazing as try to get the parents involved as much as possible. My Daughters confidence and skills have grown so much since attending the nursery can not thank the staff enough.

Absolutely five star nursery, my daughter went to nursery from six months and started Heads of Ayr Nursery when she was 3 and the previous nursery just does not compare. The confidence and abilities she has gained will last a lifetime. Every single member of staff is also amazing and I get told that
it's the best food in the world, I can't fault anything about the place. The best little nursery family you could ask for!

Where to start with Heads of Ayr Nursery. I feel very privileged and lucky to have had my son going to Heads Of Ayr for close to 16 months now. The facilities are absolutely first class, the surroundings are incredible but the real jewel in the crown are the staff members, they are terrific with our
son and genuinely care for, and about him.
His progression in that time has been remarkable and he absolutely loves his days there. He is always extremely excited to get to nursery and see all the staff, not just particular members, which indicates to my partner and I that he is safe, secure and really cared for by all at Heads of Ayr. My partner and I have a magnificent relationship with everyone there and we will be truly sad when the day comes he has to leave. All of them are heroes without capes.
Also, just to sign off, the meals the kids get are outstanding, our little man is always well watered and fed.

My son goes to this nursery and he absolutely loves it the early year's practitioners all do an incredible job he feels so safe and secure here. The amount of outside learning they do is fab as I work a lot and can't always be outside playing with the kids. He has learned sign language, numbers, songs,
and so much more it's a huge deal leaving your child in the care of someone else at Heads of Ayr Nursery make it so much easier.

My daughter has been here for the last two years and we are so lucky that she still has another year left before school as she absolutely loves it.
The staff are amazing at what they do, and every day is full of fun whilst learning. They are very accommodating and set out weekly/monthly plans so you
always know what’s going on. Nothing is too much trouble and they are very professional but also so friendly.
The in house chef serves a variety of food every day including proper meals and snacks which my daughter loves.
The actual nursery itself is awesome, from entering the driveway with the sea views and animals all around you, you are blown away, the open door policy where children can play outdoors as much as they like is perfect for a girl like mine and there’s always so much for her to do there.
I will be forever grateful to you all for assisting me in giving my daughter the best start in life she could possibly have.
