I am happy my boy is happy to go in every morning and comes home happy. He especially loved doing the wood work activity the other day and couldn’t wait to come and show me! My wife says the safe are lovely and friendly and I know they notify her if there are any issues and accident forms are signed
if needed. I couldn’t be happier he’s happy there! Thanks a lot to all who work there.

I personally have loved my experience with these employees in the 3+ setting. Couldn’t thank them enough. They have really helped my son along with his transition from another nursery. They notify me if he’s under the weather or hurts himself. I feel like I could trust them with my child. He’s happy
there and the staff are friendly what else could you ask for!


The outside area is his favourite and reminds me of a forest school (or the closest thing to one around here!)

The person in accounts has helped me when needed and she’s always prompt in replying.

The staff cannot do enough to provide high-quality, person-centred care to the children. The staff are what make this nursery, the environment, food, etc come secondary to the quality of the staff at the nursery. I cannot fault them at all. They are caring, compassionate and actively listen to any feedback
or concerns that the children have as well as any concerns we have about our child. Since starting at little steps, I have witnessed our little one grow in confidence as well as in his ability to grow and progress massively. The staff work in a way which puts the child at the heart of everything they do. I wouldn’t place my child in any other nursery and would recommend little steps to anybody looking for a safe place for their little one to attend. My little one thoroughly enjoys attending nursery, both parents and children are welcomed at the gate with a genuine huge smiles each morning. I cannot thank little steps enough for their continuous fab care.

Appreciated the fact we could go and see the setting as restrictions lifted. Was a positive experience, really appreciated seeing how my son was getting on and the work he has done. The staff are very helpful and gave information regarding his progress. The setting was brilliant, loved the outdoor area
and the fact they do go outside daily - in all weather.

Excellent day care provider. Our daughter is extremely happy going in every day. She completes wonderful, age appropriate activities and enjoys spending time with the other children and staff at the nursery.

This is our first year with Little Steps and we started sending our child during the pandemic so we were a little nervous. However, we have been really pleased with our overall experience. The setting is lovely and our child has very quickly come to love it. The development has been clear to see. I
was very pleased to visit the setting on an open day recently as before that (due to covid) we had not really been in. My only area for improvement would be feedback and communication but I hope now having been in and met a lot of the staff this will improve. Overall we are extremely happy!
