The range of activities on offer is fantastic, keeping the children engaged, curious, and excited to learn every day. I especially love the emphasis on outdoor play and time spent outside, which has done wonders for my child's confidence, wellbeing, and love of nature. My child comes home happy, tired, and full of stories, which says it all. We're so grateful for the nurturing, stimulating environment they provide and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery to other families.

Staff go out of their way to ensure he is happy and settled and communication between family and the setting is excellent.

My child comes home after learning something new daily. He loves the setting and wide range of activities which has helped his development and confidence. Enjoys the yummy food and often asks for more. Changed regularly. Staff are always accommodating to requests and very prompt. Highly recommend, thank you.

My child only uses the setting for school holidays and always a little apprehensive going but the staff make him feel so welcome, keep the kids busy and ensure they have lots of fun when there. The food is always healthy which my child loves, surprisingly as would not eat it at home. Overall, a fantastic setting with fantastic staff

My son has been attending Little Steps nursery for over a year, and is a full time attendee to the under 2s room. He absolutely loves his time there, and I love seeing his daily diaries and reading about all the fun he has whilst at Little Steps, and always including great pictures. The staff are wonderful, genuinely adore the children in their care and it is such a happy place. My son is thriving at nursery, his speech at 20 months is great and his knowledge of numbers, colours and much more is all testament to the continued work the nursery inputs into daily care and activities. I also love that they go out on little walks and trips around the local community almost daily (weather permitting). I cannot recommend the nursery setting enough.

My son has only been in for a month now but everyday I see a drastic improvement including sign language and sentences. The staff there show love and care to the children and parents and want to do what is best for the pupils.

Amazing nursery and amazing staff.

In the 2 years my child has been attending, I have noticed a massive leap in her speech, knowledge and social skills. My child was welcomed with open arms, the setting has mirrored our home life with love and nurture. She looks forward to going to nursery every day. Every practitioner focuses on the child's needs from day one my child warmed one of the staff straightway, providing me with reassurance that she was ok. This staff member is an amazing practitioner and provided my daughter with invaluable skills and confidence, greeted her each morning with excitement and care, an amazing way to start the day. In the 2+ class, another staff member provided amazing support for my child's growing needs, she always has a smile on her face, recently we found out my daughter needs glasses, and after telling staff she has had chats with my daughter about wearing glasses, bought photos of herself as a child/teen wearing glasses and altogether made my daughter feel a lot better about wearing them. This staff memeber has gone about and beyond for the preparation of glasses.

Communication is great and the staff are always sending good communication of my daughter's day I cannot recommend the staff enough for their hard work.

Little Steps is a fantastic nursery all around. My child enjoys the huge range of activities that they provide for him and particularly loves being outdoors. It is great that they also have external providers to give them varied opportunities and nice that they have strong links with the community and are able to go on trips. It is clear that staff follow children's interests and he is always keen to tell me what he has been doing. Staff are friendly and approachable and any issues are dealt with promptly and reassurance is given following any concerns. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone. Thank you.

Helpful and friendly staff and a lovely nursery which my little one attends. Any problems are always resolved quickly. Could improve by sending menus to the parents of what children will be eating weekly.

A brilliant nursery. My son is always excited when we arrive and just as happy when he leaves. It's reassuring knowing he's spending his day feeling happy and safe. I always feel like I can talk to any staff members about anything and they are always really helpful. I feel like my son has come on leaps and bounds since starting a year ago and appreciate that the staff celebrate his achievements and milestones with us. Despite the fact my son won't be starting full-time school for a few years I already feel sad about the day he will be leaving as I think we will both miss it. Thank you to all the staff at Little Steps and I couldn't recommend it anymore!

Lovely nursery setting for my daughter. She loves attending school and loves the teachers and exploring all the activities that are set up for her. My daughter has been here since April and has improved so much in her vocabulary. She’s made lots of new friends and is enjoying meeting up with the children for parties outside the settling.

Fantastic setting and my son absolutely loves going. He adores all staff members and speaks highly of them, letting me know exactly who has done what with him throughout the days. I trust the ladies working here and am happy I chose this setting.

All the staff are friendly and all of them are great with the children. The meals are plenty and varied. She loves going to nursery and is excited in the morning.

We are absolutely delighted with the high standard of care our little one receives at Little Steps. You can tell she feels so secure and happy with all the nursery staff and she gets excited to go in the mornings! The amount of time spent on outings and enjoying the outside world is wonderful and has really fostered a love of nature in our child and allowed her to be her super active self. It’s such a welcoming, friendly and accepting setting and our little one is absolutely thriving. It’s lovely that they take on board our child’s own interests and incorporate those into the activities. I feel like the staff really care about her as a person and celebrate her developments. Absolutely would recommend to anyone!

The outdoor/practical activities the children are involved with are a real delight, especially when captured through photos and shared with their reports!

I would highly recommend Little Steps to anyone looking for a nursery in the area and I feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful and happy learning environment for my daughter.

My daughter loves coming to Little Steps Childcare. She has come on so well with socialising and communicating her needs. She is using a lot more welsh at home through songs and counting and has made great relationships with staff and peers.
