Overall, a great place to apply, it’s clean, they maintain the nursery, I feel secure knowing my child loves it and that it’s a safe environment. Always great comments my daughter says when I collect her on the high of happiness every day. The staff are welcoming and supportive with my daughter and
I which is great due to health conditions and they keep it up throughout while being here. Definitely pleased, I made a great choice in sending my daughter and trying to get my other kids here too.

My daughter joined Canterbury Tender Care Nursery in February 2021 when she was just over 3 years. Like many parents we were very anxious to start sending her in since the pandemic and being new to the area, we visited quite a few nurseries virtually and onsite. Tender Care stood out to us as we visited
the setting after-hours and our daughter was able to take her time during the visit as the environment was calm and quiet with just us and the manager. It has massively helped prepare her as she looked for herself the activities, space, outdoor area in the setting. Due to Covid when we couldn't be in the room for her settling in the nursery staff made sure both the child and us are comfortable and supported. Our daughter has grown back massively in confidence and social skills and made good friends, thanks to the staff for all your brilliant support. We see her updates via an app and get to post activities done at home on it as well. The manager is always just a phone call away if I need to speak.

My experience with Canterbury Tender Care Day Nursery has been exceptional. I was extremely anxious and nervous about my 15-month-old starting nursery as we’d spent very little time apart. The staff at Tender Care have been so great with my son and have made me feel reassured throughout the whole process.
I’d like to make a special mention to the manager, the level two and the room manager, who have been looking after us and have been amazing. The baby room itself is one of the best I’ve seen in the area and every time I’ve visited it looks really clean and well maintained. My son has settled in really well and is already eating and sleeping better at nursery than he does at home! We would highly recommend Canterbury to everyone considering it for their little one.

We’ve see few nurseries before we decided to try Tender Care Nursery and we took with us our daughter as well. Tender Care Nursery was the only one she felt comfortable from the moment we stepped in, actually she has chosen it for herself. The nursery assistants are very sweet and well trained and really
made my daughter feel like home. A would like to thank her one more time for all her support and kindness. Inside is very clean, well prepared for each stage, endless possibilities to keep your child busy during the day. The workers are very flexible and will pay attention to the smallest details regarding your dietary or daily routines requiring. You can and you will find cheaper options as well, but the quality of the services will be cheaper too. Highly recommend it to anybody who’s looking a warm and safe place for children.

My little one started at the beginning of this year, after being very apprehensive about him starting nursery I was quickly reassured and felt confident that we had chosen the right nursery for him.
He has settled in so well with the support of his amazing key worker and all the room staff in the baby
room. He often asks for them at home!
I love being kept up to date during the day with personal photo updates showing my little one enjoying the fantastic activities on offer to him.
Would highly recommend Canterbury Tender Care Nursery.
