Blue Butterfly Montessori (Stanmore)

We are so thrilled we chose Blue Butterfly Stanmore for our daughter. Born in the first lockdown, she began in Yellow Butterflies at 14 months. We were worried that she would find it particularly difficult to transition into a childcare setting having been born into a very isolated world. How wrong we were! Through her journey in the Yellow Room, the Green Room and now in the Blue Room, my child has experienced the highest quality of care, kindness and nurturing from the professional and compassionate team within each setting. She has flourished into an independent, curious, animated, well-mannered young girl, with her bubbly personality and confidence shining through. The management and specialist room staff have all been wonderful, professional, committed, and kind and we couldn't recommend the nursery enough. A big thank you for instilling in our daughter a strong love of learning in such an encouraging, inclusive engaging and fun environment!

The positive development in our child since we started 12 months ago has been astonishing. The staff helped my child settle in really well after transitioning from another nursery. He is now a confident 4-year-old. My child seems very happy when dropped off in the morning and has made some really nice friends. I cannot fault the teachers and staff. I would highly recommend this Montessori.

All the staff have been wonderful both in his room and in the office. We always get a good handover at the end of the day and any questions we have are always answered. Communication is always regular from the nursery, as well as regular observations with regard to his development. We recently, unfortunately, had a hospital stay with my youngest child and the staff were amazing at providing extra support to my son and us as a family, so grateful for their kindness.

I cannot commend the Blue room key workers and the special educational needs care coordinator enough. If I had more children I would definitely send them here and I would not hesitate in recommending this setting to any parent looking for a nurturing environment where children are encouraged to be the best versions of themselves and taught wonderful values. Our children love the delicious food also.

Amazing nursery. My daughter has been there for over a year now. Loves every day and happily strides in to join her friends. The staff are excellent, they are caring and attentive to her development. We are extremely happy and highly recommend this nursery.

The staff are very kind, courteous, and attentive, and I feel that has had a real positive impact on my child and us as parents. The facilities are excellent, having been purpose-built, everything has been thought of and I feel my child gets the best of the best. All clean and child-proof in a safe and welcoming, bright environment. I would highly recommend this nursery to other parents as well as for new staff. It has a real community feel about it.

My daughter started nursery at the end of October 2021, and at first, I was very nervous. However, I have been blown away by how amazing the staff are at looking after our wild little one! She has developed so much in the past month due to encouragement and various Montessori activities. She loves going to Nursery and now always comes back out with a smile. The Management team are also very helpful and prompt with sorting out any issues. I love that the Nursery has an app that they update throughout the day which tells us what our little one has been up to, which leaves us less anxious. I would highly recommend this Nursery to everyone!

Beautiful purpose-built nursery. My son has settled extremely well and loves attending. A wonderful caring team at hand to help support his needs throughout the day. I am kept well informed about his progress throughout the day and would highly recommend the nursery.

We absolutely love this nursery! Both our one and three year old attend this nursery and are doing very well there! The staff are excellent and nurturing, the nursery is brand new, really well kitted out, everything is so fresh, clean and new! There is lots of light and very large and spacious rooms. The children are thriving there, our 3-year-old did not talk much but since going to Blue Butterfly Montessori she really has become quite a chatterbox and she loves her nursery! We are very well updated about all aspects and the education and Montessori learning offered is absolutely fantastic. We have been very impressed with the level of teaching and commitment from the practitioners and highly recommend this nursery. We find the curriculum quite advanced and inspiring. Our daughter has attended other nurseries in the past and something never quite seemed right, however, we have 100% peace of mind with this nursery and that's why both our kids are in attendance!

Blue Butterfly Montessori is an outstanding nursery. Since my daughter joined, her confidence in interacting with other children and adults has grown. The staff members are wonderful, creating a secure and caring environment which my daughter feels safe at. They also encourage and promote learning through doing. I have definitely seen my daughter grow and develop her life skills. Staff members focus on keeping parents updated throughout the day which makes me feel at ease knowing my daughter is having a wonderful day!
