Little Pioneers Nursery & Pre-school, Cheltenham Park

My daughter has been attending this nursery since she was 10 months old and she is now 2 and a half. She absolutely loves nursery and her development since she started has been amazing. She has been in the toddler room since she turned 2 and I can’t speak highly enough of her key worker and all of the staff in that room. She talks about them at home all the time and is always happy to go to nursery in the morning. I love that we get to go into the nursery during drop off and pick up as I really appreciate seeing their environment and some of the activities they are doing during the day. There are great opportunities for parents to get involved such as parties and events. The observations and next steps we get via the app are always really detailed and helpful and we really appreciate the suggested activities to try at home. Thank you!

My son has been going to this nursery for about five months now and the experience has been incredible. His development and progress are just astounding, the staff are all helpful and wonderful and the facilities are very impressive. Me and my wife have both just been so impressed with the service provided, I recommend it to anybody.

The review rules mean I can't make individuals but I want to say that the the toddler team is fantastic. My daughter's key worker and colleagues are brilliant, clearly care about the little ones under the care and go out or their way to make sessions fun as well as developmentally creative. I trust them with my daughter's safety and well-being completely.

The outdoor space is brilliant.

After a difficult transition back to nursery after the Christmas break, the nursery team were really supportive in helping my child settle back into routine. Their gentle and understanding approach made it so much less stressful for both my child and myself. They kept me updated on her progress and helped us both to feel reassured. Their continued support is massively appreciated and they consistently go above and beyond for us both.

The entire team have got to know our daughter and they all make an effort to say hi and speak to all of us when we visit to drop off or collect. The facilities are great and it’s nice to see the children having fun and enjoying themselves on collection. There is plenty of available parking and the team are always available to chat and give updates.

My son has attended Little Pioneers for over a year now, he has thrived in their environment. A fussy eater who now eats anything and everything nutritious thanks to the chef and encouragement from the staff. The rooms are always so clean and tidy and the staff are friendly, approachable and compassionate towards every child. The online log keeps me up to date with activities the children engage in and are always varied and enjoyable. The office staff are brilliant and help me when I need to change days round etc and are very accommodating.

The team have so much enthusiasm for what they do and the activities we see via the app and mentioned at handover are creative and look so much fun. Leaving your child in a care setting can be full of worry but we have open communication and trust the team to support and guide our daughter towards milestones. She is encouraged to be her own unique character and I feel she is in safe hands at the nursery.

Great setting, which my child loves going to and returns home telling me what fun he has been up to. They do lots of activities and my child seems to be learning so much. There is so much on offer for the children to do and seems such a relaxed environment. Food sounds amazing too. The ParentZone app is great to see some pics of what they have been up to and also if they have eaten all their food or not (so useful to know). Staff all seem so friendly and welcoming.

First, visit to my daughter's nursery and was thoroughly impressed with the facilities and staff. Plenty of areas and activities available for her to keep herself entertained. She returns well-fed each day too making my life slightly easier.

My son has attended for just under 12 months and we are very happy. The staff are amazing and make it a fun interactive environment. Food and variety is also excellent my son has asked for food we would have never expected him to eat. Thanks for all you do.

Excellent nursery with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Communication between myself and the nursery is amazing and I am kept updated throughout the time my son is at nursery with nappy changes, meals, nap times aswell as photographs of activities. My childs development has been widely recognised since he began attending Little Pioneers and he is always so excited to tell me about all the things he has done whilst being there when I collect him. There is a wide range of activities always on offer every day and staff are always happy to take some time to discuss at the end of a session how his day has been.

My son immediately enjoyed his time at this nursery. The rooms are lovely and large, with a wide variety of activities and toys to keep him occupied (it's so nice to be able to go into the rooms and see what my son is engaging with when I go to pick him up). The staff are warm and welcoming and would highly recommend this setting.

My son joined in January 2022 and absolutely loves it here. As soon as I visited this nursery and met the team on an open day I knew this was where I wanted to send my son due to the warm and friendly atmosphere. There are lots of toys and activities for the children to get involved with and the careers always seem to think of new things for the children to do. My son has such a variety of foods throughout the day made on site with the nursery’s own chef. Seeing my son interacting with other children and staff when I go to pick him up is lovely, and it’s great when the apps are updated with pictures and progress reports.

Extremely impressed with the Little Pioneers Nursery & Pre-school - Cheltenham Park. The cleanliness is spot on, with a varied menu by an onsite chef in a full chef uniform. The facilities are excellent, I'm guessing the building is purpose-built with all minor details covered. For example, all door handles are ultra-high up so curious kids can't escape. Mini bathroom and kitchen areas have tiny toilets and tiny washbasins, which are so cute. I'm very glad my toddler is being looked after here.

I viewed other nurseries in the area and I decided I wasn’t going to take my son to one as none stood out to me, until I viewed Pioneers! It has the best atmosphere and the staff have been amazing at settling my son right in, which was his first time being away from me. He told me right away that he wanted to go back which said a lot. They are all so friendly and my son really enjoys going. They learn so many things and have beautiful open rooms with all varieties of toys they can play with. The food is incredible and have catered so well to his dietary needs. They have boosted his confidence and I really couldn’t recommend the nursery enough.

My middle daughter is incredibly excited to start her adventure there this year, and we can’t wait for her to have the same experience as her older sister.
