• The new nursery is purpose-built with indoor and outdoor spaces designed for inquisitive little ones. There’s stimulating environments and calmer spaces for when they’re on the go or needing to recharge their batteries.
• There teams are carefully selected and trained to become part of your extended family. They get to know you as a family; listen and work in partnership with you to make sure you’re all getting the best from nursery life.
• They are always available to talk to you about your child’s progress, from toilet training to food, friendships and sleep patterns.
• Their holistic approach helps children love to learn as well as building friendships, confidence and independence - they help all children fulfil their potential.

It's so hard to put into words how grateful we are to this nursery and the incredible team who have cared for our little girl since she was just 11 months old. Now, as she gets ready to start school, we feel incredibly emotional looking back at how much she has grown.

It's so hard to put into words how grateful we are to this nursery and the incredible team who have cared for our little girl since she was just 11 months old. Now, as she gets ready to start school, we feel incredibly emotional looking back at how much she has grown. The care, kindness and support she has received has been truly amazing. From day one, the team gave us the confidence and reassurance we needed as parents to leave our little one in their care, knowing she was safe, happy and loved. They have played such a huge part in helping her become the happy, confident and independent little girl she is today, and we will always be so thankful for that. When we had our second baby, there was never any question about choosing another nursery. We knew exactly where we wanted him to go. That level of trust says everything.
Thank you for being such a special part of our family's journey and for giving our little girl such a wonderful start.

We couldn't be happier with Little Pioneers. From the moment we visited, we knew it was the right place for our daughter. The team is incredibly warm, caring, and welcoming, and they have created such a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn, play, and thrive. The management team are fantastic - approachable, supportive, and genuinely passionate about providing the very best care. They always take the time to communicate with parents and make us feel involved and reassured. It's clear that every member of staff truly cares about the children, and seeing how happy and settled our daughter is gives us complete confidence that she's in the best hands. We love the range of activities, the focus on development through play, and the positive atmosphere throughout the nursery.
We would highly recommend Little Pioneers to any parent looking for a caring, professional, and nurturing nursery. Thank you to the whole team for everything you do

A fantastic, safe, and supportive environment! Choosing a nursery for your child is such a huge decision, but this nursery has been absolute magic for our family. The staff are amazingly helpful, kind, and genuinely supportive. They have been fantastic with my son on a 1-to-1 basis, and the change in him has been incredible to watch. He used to cling to my leg at drop-off, but now he just runs straight in to play with his friends! His confidence has grown so much.
The nursery itself is always clean, tidy, and packed with brilliant activities to keep the kids engaged. On top of that, the management team runs everything so efficiently, creating a safe, welcoming environment where I feel 100% confident leaving him every day. I can't recommend them highly enough!

As the carer and brother of a child who attends this setting, I can honestly say I have been amazed by the care and support they provide. The staff know him so well, understanding all of his individual needs, personality, and little quirks, which gives our family so much confidence that he is in the best hands. The management team are always friendly, welcoming, and approachable, creating a positive environment for both the children and their families. Watching him grow and thrive here since he was a baby has been incredible, and it's clear how much the staff genuinely care about every child.
It will be a very sad goodbye when it's time for him to leave, but I have no doubt that I'll be bringing my own children here in the future. I couldn't recommend this setting highly enough!

When we had additional support from the early help team the management engaged and supported my son but as soon as they discharged the case the management have been disengaged, been lied to and completely deceived. If I could go back I wish I never encountered this childcare setting. My son has been let down massively.

Such an excellent nursery. Staff are caring, go above and beyond to ensure my daughter's happiness while she is with them and they take the time to know her really well. They are gentle with the children and encourage their interests and growth. The handovers are excellent, the food is gobbled down (not at home though!!) and the management team take on board all comments and act upon them, usually immediately. I am super happy with the transition from toddler to preschool and very grateful for all the effort that they put into my daughter.

Little pioneers Cheltenham has been incredible. My little girl started in January, and has loved it. The staff have been amazing in settling her in and making sure she is well cared for.

So proud of the confident caring intelligent little boy my son has become whilst he was at Cheltenhams little pioneers. He has the best start in life and is ready for his transition into school. I can't speak highly enough of the amazing staff and professionalism they have in childcare . My son has made some great friends who he plays with outside of nursery and has surprised myself and his mother with the knowledge he has from his learning. If you are considering sending your child to this nursery I can't recommend highly enough.

At first, she used to cry when we dropped her off and picked her up, but we believe she has overcome this issue very quickly. Now, she is very happy both when going to and returning from school. Additionally, all her teachers are very caring, and she loves them very much. She excitedly tells us all about what she did at school. As her family, we will do our best to support her in improving her English because she loves to talk. Staff members personal effort in preparing the Turkish vocabulary file touched us deeply and made us feel once again that our daughter is in the right place and in safe hands.

Our son has been attending Little Pioneers for six months, since he turned one. He has Down Syndrome and the staff could not be more supportive of his additional needs. His key people advocate for him constantly and are so proud of the progress he makes at his own pace. They have always ensured he is supported in the right way to join in with his stronger friends while also encouraging his development. They will always find a way to include him in activities and this has done wonders for his development. Little Pioneers is absolutely the right place for our son and I am so grateful to the staff for all they do for him and for us.

A genuinely lovely nursery with caring staff and a great atmosphere. Updates are given through the day and often there is a picture of what our little ones are getting up to. You can tell the staff work really hard to ensure the children are all having a great time and learning. The new-build layout also means children with disabilities (both physical and mental) are able to participate just the same as everyone else. I never worry when I put my kids into little pioneers as all the children look happy and clearly enjoy being there. Could there be more outside space? - yes. Could it be closer to my house? - yes. Are the constant roadworks a pain? - yes!!! Could it be cheaper? - yes.. but I understand costs are going up and you need to pay for good staff. I don't feel that little pioneers are being unreasonable compared to other nurseries and the cost of childcare is a national problem!
But these are minor issues compared to all of the massive positives. I have no regrets!

My daughter initially went to this nursery she has now left and my son now attends. They have been absolutely brilliant with him! He has had some initially tough drop offs but the staff always reassures me that he settles quickly. They have had no problems supporting his contact naps and his general need to be held as he settled into nursery life. He clearly is well cared for and the staff seem genuinely proud of his achievements! Would completely recommend this nursery!

We have been more than impressed with the staff at Cheltenham park. Especially the room staff who really do pay attention. Our sons key worker has been brilliant. The facility is excellent, always clean and more importantly the children always seem happy. Our little boy has really struggled to settle in nursery settings and by his 3rd day he ran in happily and hugging all the staff- I think this shows how warm and attentive they have all been to him. The staff have high standards for themselves and the environment. This means they are really committed to the children's experiences and learning opportunities. The communication through apps and handovers is excellent- we have been to other nurseries and this is the best we have had. We are really grateful to have gained a space here; it is a little bit more expensive but it's
definitely worth it for the experience we are getting.
