We love little pioneers Cheltenham. Our son is in Little Creators and asks to 'go to work' every day that he isn't in. Yesterday he said he wanted to see his friends and included Laura one of his teacher in his list of friends. He's so happy under their amazing care and support. Thank you everyone.

The staff are amazing. I was so nervous about my daughter starting as she didn't start nursery till she was 3. She was very upset at being left initially but the staff were all amazing with her, calm, encouraging, patient and kept me up to date with her progress. By the time she finished nursery she
was much more confident and ready for school

So proud of the confident caring intelligent little boy my son has become whilst he was at Cheltenhams little pioneers. He has the best start in life and is ready for his transition into school. I can't speak highly enough of the amazing staff and professionalism they have in childcare . My son has
made some great friends who he plays with outside of nursery and has surprised myself and his mother with the knowledge he has from his learning. If you are considering sending your child to this nursery I can't recommend highly enough.

The staff at this nursery are incredibly friendly and helpful. As a nervous dad, I was hesitant about my little boy starting nursery, but the team has been absolutely amazing with him - and with me! Their support has made us both feel confident and at ease. I can't recommend this nursery and its wonderful

After coming from holiday my daughter has been attending school more regularly. At first, she used to cry when we dropped her off and picked her up, but we believe she has overcome this issue very quickly. Now, she is very happy both when going to and returning from school.
Additionally, all her teachers
are very caring, and she loves them very much. She excitedly tells us all about what she did at school. As her family, we will do our best to support her in improving her English because she loves to talk.
Staff members personal effort in preparing the Turkish vocabulary file touched us deeply
and made us feel once again that our daughter is in the right place and in safe hands.
We would like to sincerely thank all our teachers, staff, and the chef.

Our son has been attending Little Pioneers for six months, since he turned one. He has Down Syndrome and the staff could not be more supportive of his additional needs. His key people advocate for him constantly and are so proud of the progress he makes at his own pace. They have always ensured he is
supported in the right way to join in with his stronger friends while also encouraging his development. They will always find a way to include him in activities and this has done wonders for his development. Little Pioneers is absolutely the right place for our son and I am so grateful to the staff for all they do for him and for us.

A genuinely lovely nursery with caring staff and a great atmosphere. Updates are given through the day and often there is a picture of what our little ones are getting up to. You can tell the staff work really hard to ensure the children are all having a great time and learning. The new-build layout
also means children with disabilities (both physical and mental) are able to participate just the same as everyone else. I never worry when I put my kids into little pioneers as all the children look happy and clearly enjoy being there.
Could there be more outside space? - yes.
Could it be closer to my house? - yes.
Are the constant roadworks a pain? - yes!!!
Could it be cheaper? - yes.. but I understand costs are going up and you need to pay for good staff. I don't feel that little pioneers are being unreasonable compared to other nurseries and the cost of childcare is a national problem!
But these are minor issues compared to all of the massive positives. I have no regrets!

My daughter initially went to this nursery she has now left and my son now attends. They have been absolutely brilliant with him! He has had some initially tough drop offs but the staff always reassures me that he settles quickly. They have had no problems supporting his contact naps and his general
need to be held as he settled into nursery life. He clearly is well cared for and the staff seem genuinely proud of his achievements! Would completely recommend this nursery!

My baby girl has experienced her first ever nursery settles within the baby room. She is due to start on Monday but we're very pleased with the care, she has received during those short settle sessions. All the staff have been lovely and welcoming. They updated everything on the app and gave me a handover
about what she has done and how she has been, letting me know the truth about her emotional state at the beginning and how they managed to calm her down through big cuddles. She has taken really well to all staff in the baby room, especially on the non walkers side. two members of staff in particular have done an amazing job, with encouraging her to lie down on a bed on her 3rd settle for a 2 hour nap! Thank you for taking such good care of my girl! She looks forward to starting her full days with you all next week! The baby room has such a friendly team across both sides and have wonderful activities out.

We have been more than impressed with the staff at Cheltenham park. Especially the room staff who really do pay attention. Our sons key worker has been brilliant. The facility is excellent, always clean and more importantly the children always seem happy. If there have been any issues, the nursery have
always contacted us immediately and done there up most to look after our son. Would highly recommend to anyone searching for a nursery.

Our little boy has really struggled to settle in nursery settings and by his 3rd day he ran in happily and hugging all the staff- I think this shows how warm and attentive they have all been to him.
The staff have high standards for themselves and the environment. This means they are really committed
to the children's experiences and learning opportunities. The communication through apps and handovers is excellent- we have been to other nurseries and this is the best we have had.
We are really grateful to have gained a space here; it is a little bit more expensive but it's
definitely worth it for the experience we are getting.

My daughter has been attending this nursery since she was 10 months old and she is now 2 and a half. She absolutely loves nursery and her development since she started has been amazing. She has been in the toddler room since she turned 2 and I can’t speak highly enough of her key worker and all of the
staff in that room. She talks about them at home all the time and is always happy to go to nursery in the morning. I love that we get to go into the nursery during drop off and pick up as I really appreciate seeing their environment and some of the activities they are doing during the day. There are great opportunities for parents to get involved such as parties and events. The observations and next steps we get via the app are always really detailed and helpful and we really appreciate the suggested activities to try at home. Thank you!

My son has been going to this nursery for about five months now and the experience has been incredible. His development and progress are just astounding, the staff are all helpful and wonderful and the facilities are very impressive. My little girl has been at the nursery since she was 13 months old, moving up to the toddler room at 2 years old.
She's so happy there that she asks to go even on the days she's not booked in and she comes away smiling every single time.
They adapt to each child's needs and will always make sure drop
off goes smoothly and hand overs are informative.
You get to take them into the room and also get let in to go pick them up so get to see them in their environment having fun.
The chef does a great job and the menus are varied with lots of fruit and veg, along with plenty of meals that are attractive to toddlers that can be fussy.
The review rules mean I can't make individuals but I want to say that the the toddler team is fantastic. My daughter's key worker and colleagues are brilliant, clearly care about the little ones under the care and go out or their way to make sessions fun as well as developmentally creative. I trust them with my daughter's safety and well-being completely.

I cannot fault the staff. Friendly, helpful and always updating me on progress.
The kitchen also does an amazing job.
The ability to accommodate over the whole year is excellent.
The outdoor space is brilliant.

After a difficult transition back to nursery after the Christmas break, the nursery team were really supportive in helping my child settle back into routine. Their gentle and understanding approach made it so much less stressful for both my child and myself. They kept me updated on her progress and

My daughter has been at Little Pioneers since she was nine months old; she’s nearly two and a half, and nursery has been a huge part of her life. Her development month to month has been amazing to see, and the staff are so nurturing of her individual strengths and needs.
The regular updates throughout
the day on everything - food, nappies, sleep and activities really help ease an anxious mum. I never have any concerns about leaving her in their care, and she happily runs in at drop-off.
Her key person is fantastic - very engaging and clearly cares a lot for the children. The other room staff are all lovely and always know exactly what’s been happening throughout the day.
I’m very happy we picked Little Pioneers and would recommend to anyone.

The entire team have got to know our daughter and they all make an effort to say hi and speak to all of us when we visit to drop off or collect. The facilities are great and it’s nice to see the children having fun and enjoying themselves on collection. There is plenty of available parking and the team

My son has attended Little Pioneers for over a year now, he has thrived in their environment. A fussy eater who now eats anything and everything nutritious thanks to the chef and encouragement from the staff. The rooms are always so clean and tidy and the staff are friendly, approachable and compassionate
towards every child. The online log keeps me up to date with activities the children engage in and are always varied and enjoyable. The office staff are brilliant and help me when I need to change days round etc and are very accommodating.

The team at Little Pioneers, Cheltenham, have been amazing with our daughter. Our little one has special dietary and physical needs and the team have taken on these challenges in their stride, learning how to feed her via NG tube, liaising with the NHS team to develop her abilities, and keeping us
updated with progress regularly.
The team have so much enthusiasm for what they do and the activities we see via the app and mentioned at handover are creative and look so much fun. Leaving your child in a care setting can be full of worry but we have open communication and trust the team to support and guide our daughter towards milestones. She is encouraged to be her own unique character and I feel she is in safe hands at the nursery.
