Giggles Day Nursery - Gipton

Terri is the Nursery Manager at Giggles Day Nursery (Gipton). She has over 16 years experience of working within the childcare sector and has developed a wealth of knowledge, skills and experience. We are proud and honoured to share Terri's 16 years of service have all been within our nursery sites! Terri has her NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, Nursery management training and also Advanced safeguarding training and many other qualifications which contribute towards providing the highest quality care and education for your child. Terri has extensive knowledge of child development and experience of supporting children with additional needs, behaviour and EAL children.

My name is Holly. I am an enthusiastic and passionate person who has a wealth of knowledge and experience within the childcare and education sector. My career started more than 16 years ago, working at one of our other nurseries whilst gaining my Level 3 in childcare. I then progressed within my career and gained my SEND Teaching Assistant qualification and Qualified teacher status, teaching key stage 1 in a primary school. I am delighted my career has gone full circle, I am now back where my heart belongs, working in Early years at Giggles Day Nursery as Assistant Manager. I am really looking forward to the years ahead, working to build and secure positive relationships with the children, parents, our staff team and the community. I also eagerly anticipate supporting our staff as they progress your children’s early learning experiences to the highest standard possible and set them on their journey of development, learning and life.
