N Family Club - Balham

3. A massive garden area

Would recommend to any parent.

Our little 2yr old boy absolutely loves going to N Family in Balham, he’s so happy there and always has a big smile on his face when we drop him off & pick him up. The facilities are fantastic with the most amazing garden - the best we could find in the area. The food is so good as well, we are very jealous of the yummy weekly food menus we see. The staff always go out of their way to make sure the children and parents are all happy, we have recommended all our friends send their little ones there too.

Our 11-month-old daughter has been attending N Family Club Balham for 2 months now. We are super happy with the nursery - the staff go above and beyond to make sure she’s happy and keep us as parents in the loop with her development. They have made themselves available to answer any of our questions/concerns during the settle process and beyond. The facilities are amazing - the children get to spend a lot of time in the garden, and the indoor rooms are lovely and very well equipped. We had our first family event at Easter which was so nice to spend more time with the educators and meet other parents and children too. Would recommend to anyone looking for a nursery!

We couldn't be happier with our experience with N Family Balham. Our son joined shortly after they opened. The settling in period was as stress-free as it could be and our little one quickly developed a relationship with the educators and his new friends. The nursery's approach to learning is exemplary and our son is thriving at the nursery. The children spend a lot of time in the large outdoor play area where they learn about nature and develop their gross motor skills. We get daily updates on the key learning areas and activities available to the children which helps us understand what our son is learning about and engaging with.

The educators in the room and management go above and beyond for our son, welcoming feedback to ensure all our needs with regard to our son's experience at the nursery are met. They truly care about our son and they each have their own special relationship with him recounting stories and exchanges they have with him during pick up. Highly recommended!

My son has been attending N Family Club - Balham since January 2022 and I could not be happier with the facilities, warmth of the staff, and overall care he receives at N Family. He has come on leaps and bounds over the last few months and I would highly recommend the nursery to prospective parents.
