N Family Club - Balham

Our son loves going to N Family Balham. Having been to a few nurseries in the area over the last few years, this nursery stands out. The staff is brilliant, the nursery is well-equipped and the garden is massive.

Our son started fairly recently at nursery and the transition is easier, which is all due to the incredible staff at N Family. They really listened to us when we explained his character, likes and dislikes, how he's developing, what comforts him and they planned the most incredible activities to help with the children's development. The facilities, and particularly the huge garden, are absolutely second to none, but they really make sure they use the facilities properly to ensure the children are stimulated and having fun. The food, all I can say is I wish my daily meals were as good as that, it comforts me so much to know how incredible the children's diet is. We have seen our son change in so many positive ways in the short time he has been there and I have no doubt this is due to all the wonderful, individualised hard work of the staff.

We have a 3-year-old and 1-year-old at N Family Club Balham and could not be happier with the care and opportunities provided for our children. My daughter comes home speaking Spanish and asking to talk about the solar system! I’m pretty sure my son prefers his educator to me. The staff are like family and make time for open and honest conversations for the support we need. We are so lucky to have found N Family Club Balham.

We love N Family Club so much! The facilities and staff are amazing - they take such wonderful care of our baby. He gets so much stimulation, fun and great food.

Our daughter has been going to N Family Club - Balham since she was 10 months and the development we have seen in her has been nothing short of remarkable. She has progressed so much with the help of her educators but not only that, she is so happy to go in every day. Each and every member of staff has been excellent and clearly cares a lot for her. The space itself is fantastic and having a huge garden is such a benefit.

We’ve had an excellent experience with N Family Balham. Our child is very happy there. They have outstanding resources. They are very thoughtful and the huge garden is a massive plus for children to get outdoors. The staff are incredibly friendly and caring. We had a few small issues at the beginning that were dealt with and resolved in a way that was very acceptable to us.

My child has been attending N Family Balham since April 2022, the campus is absolutely beautiful with a spacious garden with sections for each age group. The indoor space is brand new with clean and new equipment. The staff are all caring, friendly and knowledgeable. The education is at the forefront and their menu is fresh, healthy and nutritious. I highly recommend it to all family and friends.

Our daughter is very happy at the nursery and can't wait to go in. Credit to amazing staff, facilities (particularly the big garden), curriculum, food and all the happy happy faces there. I would highly recommend the nursery.

We joined N Nursery when it opened and have two boys there, aged three and almost two. It's been an overwhelmingly positive experience. The building is large, well-equipped and decorated to a high standard and the garden is particularly good, full of activities and is where the children spend a lot of time. We have been consistently impressed with the staff and the genuine love and care that they display for the children. In line with many nurseries, they've suffered a bit of staff turnover over the last couple of years, but have recruited to a high standard and crucially the management team has remained consistent. We owe them a particular debt of gratitude, due to their incredible patience and care attending to the special needs of one of our boys, which they could reasonably have declined to do. We also like the app, communication with parents, pragmatic approach to illness and the food is excellent and often better than what we eat as adults. Would highly recommend.

We love N Family Balham! We couldn’t have hoped for a better nursery to care for our child. The staff and management team are superb and our child runs into nursery every day, looking forwards to seeing his friends and his favourite team members. We’re thankful for all the hard work N Family do.

Overall a great experience. The staff is extremely attentive and has made great efforts to get to know my child. I appreciate the regular updates and evaluation of my child’s progress and feel confident my child is in good hands while I am working.

We chose this nursery because of the amazing outside space, the food menu and on-site prep, both of which I continue to be very happy with. Like most London nurseries there is a bit of staff turnover but the care and education has been wonderful. We are very happy with N Balham and would highly recommend it.

I have seen my child's confidence, social skills and knowledge flourish during their time at the nursery. The open communication and warm, welcoming atmosphere have always made us feel valued as a parents.

We are very happy with N Family Club Balham. It is very apparent that the management and staff genuinely care about the children. They make every effort to ensure your child is happy, learning and having fun and also try their best to put parents’ minds at ease. The facilities are impeccable, with the largest outdoor space of any nursery in the area, and the weekly menu for the children is impressive.

Our son started at N Family Club when he was 11 months old. The high standards the nursery holds were evident from our first visit. The staff are incredibly caring and kind, the environment created in each nursery room is beautiful and functional, the menu is inspiring, and the large garden is something that is very hard to find in London. In the first few months at nursery, our son has developed quickly in many new areas and we have to credit the staff and curriculum for this progress. On top of that, he LOVES his key worker and others in his room and is genuinely excited to be dropped off every morning.
