My son went here from one year till almost 4 years of age. Overall we had great experience, staff is very helpful and engaging with kids, nursery setting is very good, food options are great, outdoor play area is nice as well!

The orchard day nursery has been a wonderful experience for our 2-year-old son. The staff are caring and attentive, helping him settle in and thrive with engaging activities. The facility is clean and bright, with a nice outdoor area. Communication is good via their app.

We've seen such amazing progress in her confidence, social skills, and creativity. The team's communication and dedication truly made a difference in our journey. We feel so lucky to have been part of this special place and would highly recommend it to any parents!

The Orchard Day Nursery has been like a second home for my child. He looks forward to going every day and loves spending time with his friends. Over the past year, I have seen tremendous growth in him. The manager and her team have done a fantastic job in enhancing the nursery. A special shoutout to two staff members in particular for their exceptional care and support! The nursery app is also very useful for keeping track of daily activities. I am incredibly happy with the nursery and the amazing baby team! They've been fantastic in helping my daughter develop, and l've seen tremendous progress in her. At just 14 months old, she has already learned at least 15 words, which is wonderful! She absolutely loves playing in the garden, especially with the sand, and it's heartwarming to see her so engaged. I also love the variety of activities they offer, as they support her growth in such a fun and enriching way. It's great to be kept up to date on her activities through the app as well as seeing photos. I'm so grateful for the nurturing environment they've created for her!

We've had a very positive experience with The Orchard Day Nursery Kew. The management team is well-organised and approachable, creating a welcoming environment for both children and parents. Since they started, it's noticeable the progress and improvements on the day-to-day of the children. The staff are kind, patient, and genuinely care about the children's development. We couldn't be happier with Orchard Day Nursery! Our son has been attending for just over five months now, starting at nine months old, for half-day care five days a week. The staff are incredibly friendly and nurturing, creating a warm and welcoming environment. They're excellent at communication, providing regular updates throughout the day so we always know exactly what our son has been up to. We've seen tremendous growth in his motor skills, as well as his social and cognitive development. He starts each day with a big smile for the team. We are happy with the care and nurture provided by all the staff at The Orchard Day Nursery Kew. Our son's social skills have developed during his short time there and he always has a lot of fun. The facilities are great - they have enough to explore indoors, an engaging outdoors, and the chef is superb! It is a relaxed environment so the learning activities are enjoyable rather than intense. Communication through the app is great and we are informed promptly if there is anything wrong. Overall, it is a lovely community and we have enjoyed being a part of it. While they are clearly doing a great job, I'd appreciate more communication about the day-to-day activities and curriculum at the nursery. Regular updates through images and/or snippets would be helpful for parents.

Professional and friendly nursery. Wide range of fun activities with clear plan explanations as to how they help learning. Staff obviously really care for the children. Food looks excellent as well, and it’s great the children get to see it all being made. Our son loves going here.

My daughter loves going to the nursery and the staff and manager are very kind and positive towards to children. They focus on overall development of the kids and look after the kids with kindness and love. The activities organized by the nursery are creative and entertaining for the kids. I strongly recommend this nursery to any family considering new childcare option for their kids.

I appreciate they report any "incident" they notice with my baby as it makes me feel they are truly aware and concerned about my baby's health and safety. One of the best nurseries in the area, the management team are very good, and they make you feel very special and your child. We are very lucky our key worker and my son loves him, and the manager is also very professional. We are very happy. Thank you!

My son has been going to The Orchard Day Nursery Kew for a year now, and it has been wonderful for him. The staff a very friendly and deeply interested in the children - and we can see a record of what he has done each day, and some other updates, via the 'Famly' app the nursery use to keep us up to date. The children follow a curriculum, which I initially thought was a bit optimistic for 1 year olds, but has actually proven to be very sensible - I know what they have been studying each week as my son's limited vocab features words from the subject area of that week! The food is good, and they have catered to intolerances and encourage the children to eat sensibly and at the table by eating with them. We have had a parents' event where we got to see the children in their environment, and there are also parent partnership meetings to keep us informed of what's going on. In short, I have only positive things to say - my son loves it, and they care deeply for him!

The manager and the whole of The Orchard Day Nursery Kew team have been nothing short of amazing at looking after our daughter. She started nursery at 7-months, part-time and has absolutely thrived. Whoever is reading this review and is hesitant to send their young child to nursery shouldn’t worry. Babies adapt to their environment if they are met with love and care. This is exactly what was provided by the whole under 2's team and the manager. There is also an app which gives you updates all day long and you can use it to chat with the team. Two other members of staff are just brilliant, professional and so caring. I hope the team never changes!

I’m so happy we chose this nursery for our seven-month-old son. He is so happy when he goes in, has a whale of a time with the other babies and the staff, and comes home happy and very tired. The manager and her team are completely focused on the kids and their happiness and well-being.

Such kind and amazing people. We want to express how thankful we are to all the staff for how much attention and care they show towards our daughter. They are all so friendly and welcoming. Being first-time parents they have made this transition so easy. Our daughter now leaps out of our arms to go to all the staff! We wanted to say a big thank you to several members of staff.
