Professional and friendly nursery. Wide range of fun activities with clear plan explanations as to how they help learning. Staff obviously really care for the children. Food looks excellent as well, and it’s great the children get to see it all being made. Our son loves going here.

My daughter loves going to the nursery and the staff and manager are very kind and positive towards to children. They focus on overall development of the kids and look after the kids with kindness and love. The activities organized by the nursery are creative and entertaining for the kids. I strongly recommend this nursery to any family considering new childcare option for their kids.

I'm thrilled to share my positive experience with The Orchard Nursery where my baby has been attending for the past months. I have noticed how he has developed not just socially but emotionally, physically and intellectually. I love how the staff teaches him to eat all kinds of food and how to feed himself. I also love that the nursery offers a diverse range of activities designed to stimulate my son's development and creativity. The staff are genuinely caring individuals that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all babies and children. The app they use is very convenient to keep us informed and involved. I appreciate they report any "incident" they notice with my baby as it makes me feel they are truly aware and concerned about my baby's health and safety. It's clear that the staff and management are dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for our children.

One of the best nurseries in the area, the management team are very good, and they make you feel very special and your child. We are very lucky our key worker and my son loves him, and the manager is also very professional. We are very happy. Thank you!

My son has been going to The Orchard Day Nursery Kew for a year now, and it has been wonderful for him. The staff a very friendly and deeply interested in the children - and we can see a record of what he has done each day, and some other updates, via the 'Famly' app the nursery use to keep us up to date. The children follow a curriculum, which I initially thought was a bit optimistic for 1 year olds, but has actually proven to be very sensible - I know what they have been studying each week as my son's limited vocab features words from the subject area of that week! The food is good, and they have catered to intolerances and encourage the children to eat sensibly and at the table by eating with them. We have had a parents' event where we got to see the children in their environment, and there are also parent partnership meetings to keep us informed of what's going on. In short, I have only positive things to say - my son loves it, and they care deeply for him!

The manager and the whole of The Orchard Day Nursery Kew team have been nothing short of amazing at looking after our daughter. She started nursery at 7-months, part-time and has absolutely thrived. Whoever is reading this review and is hesitant to send their young child to nursery shouldn’t worry. Babies adapt to their environment if they are met with love and care. This is exactly what was provided by the whole under 2's team and the manager. There is also an app which gives you updates all day long and you can use it to chat with the team. Two other members of staff are just brilliant, professional and so caring. I hope the team never changes!

I’m so happy we chose this nursery for our seven-month-old son. He is so happy when he goes in, has a whale of a time with the other babies and the staff, and comes home happy and very tired. The manager and her team are completely focused on the kids and their happiness and well-being.

Such kind and amazing people. We want to express how thankful we are to all the staff for how much attention and care they show towards our daughter. They are all so friendly and welcoming. Being first-time parents they have made this transition so easy. Our daughter now leaps out of our arms to go to all the staff! We wanted to say a big thank you to several members of staff. Our son started at Orchard Day Nursery Kew a few months ago, and he has settled in very quickly and loves going. The staff are very professional, attentive and caring, and quick to respond to any questions or requests. The facilities are new, and they have lots of activities to keep the kids entertained. We have seen our son develop rapidly over the past few months in a variety of ways, and the staff have encouraged him to try different activities, and they have provided us with updates on his progress too. His father always comments on how good the menu is, and it's always nice to see the updates that our son has eaten everything! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the nursery.

The most important point is, of course, that our son is feeling so well there, but I also think that we, parents feel safe and reassured to send our child to this nursery. The staff there are always kind and open to any discussion, and we are really happy that our son started his school life here.

My son started this nursery at the age of two and a half and it was his first nursery experience. He easily adopted to the nursery thanks to the friendly and warm environment and has developed himself in every aspect. The manager and the staff are so helpful and supportive. Children are always doing different activities, experiencing new things and are introduced to different cultures. There are plenty of books, toys and tools used in the learning activities, which attracts the children. The indoor and outdoor spaces are roomy and well-designed.

This nursery is fantastic! Our little one gets excited when she realises we arrive at the nursery. The place is charming, facilitates are good and I can tell they take care of all the books and toys, which means they show babies how to take good care of this stuff as well. They promote children's development in every aspect by doing different activities, I'm always informed about what was happening during the day and it's adorable to see how my little one has fun with her mates and the staff of the nursery. They are also doing a great job of getting parents involved and engaged with them. The manager is very professional and always willing to help, she and the rest of the team are lovely and take good care of the children. I'm pleased with this nursery, highly recommended.

My son started here at 11-month- old. I was very sceptical about his age and felt he’s way too young for nursery. I set out to find faults so that I could justify to my partner he was too young, but the manager and the staff at The Orchard Day Nursery have been amazing. Open communication channels with everything my son gets up to. He literally beams a massive smile when he realises he’s at the nursery, and when I collect him, he’s still smiling. I have felt nothing but reassurance, and I now feel very happy that he's attending The Orchard Day Nursery. He’s developing so quickly, and I get to see it daily unfolding on the app. Great wee nursery with dedicated staff. Thank you for everything you do.

The Orchard Day Nursery has been exceptional from the start. My little boy started quite young at nursery, and the manager and the team have been so kind, caring and understanding of all our little boy's needs.

They are so attentive, we are constantly kept updated on the app and with the most precious photos at the end of each day. They are constantly celebrating key days with us and with activities for the children. They put on themes that my boy has loved.

They have gone the extra mile to make us as parents feel so involved, given the restrictions Covid-19 has brought. The Orchard Day Nursery is a wonderful learning environment for my little boy, and I feel totally at ease every day I drop him off! I know that from the moment, they take him through their doors, he will be given lots of attention and food (!) until we can pick him up.
