Our daughter is always very happy when she goes to this nursery. She enjoys her time there and comes home with a smile every day. The staff are very kind, friendly and welcoming, and they always make us feel comfortable. They are caring, patient and clearly know how to work with young children. Whenever we have a question, they are always happy to help and give us support. The nursery has a warm, safe and homely atmosphere, which is very important to us. We are very happy with our experience and would highly recommend this nursery to other families.

We are so pleased with this preschool nursery. The staff are caring, friendly, and always go above and beyond to make the children feel happy and supported. We've seen our child grow in confidence and develop so many new skills since joining. The learning activities are engaging and fun, and communication with parents is excellent. Overall Experience
We couldn't be happier with our experience at this nursery. Since starting, our child has come on so much in every aspect of her development. Her language, confidence and social skills have grown tremendously, and she often comes home saying or doing things that genuinely surprise us. It's lovely to see how much she has learned, not just academically but also in terms of independence, kindness and good manners.

The team are always friendly, approachable and quick to respond whenever we have a question or need support. We feel listened to and know our child is in safe, caring hands. We also really appreciate the healthy and varied menu. It's clear that a great deal of care goes into every aspect of the nursery.

It is a real pleasure to know that I can leave my child here with complete peace of mind. My daughter is genuinely happy at the nursery and enjoys it so much that even on weekends she says, "I want to go to nursery!"
The staff are incredibly kind, caring, and supportive. They are always accommodating and do their best to help whenever I have a request or need assistance. It is clear that they truly care about the children and create a warm, safe, and nurturing environment.

We have thoroughly enjoyed having our little one as part of this nursery. They have absolutely adored their key person in the toddler room, forming a very close bond, and have also developed wonderful friendships with other children.
The nursery manager is approachable, accountable, and addresses questions or concerns openly and promptly. We have always appreciated the transparency and professionalism of the leadership team.

While London is a diverse city, it was important for us to find a nursery that genuinely embraces diversity in its children, staff, and culture. We particularly value the way cultural celebrations and events are recognised and celebrated throughout the year, helping children develop an appreciation for different backgrounds and traditions. Our little one especially enjoyed the theatre sessions and Spanish classes. We also appreciate the outdoor space and the fact that meals are prepared by an on-site chef.

It appears that my Son is being very well looked after. He often doesn't want to leave when collected. He has improved in several aspects such as verbally, which shows that the staff are taking the time to educate him as well.

My daughter has been going to the Orchard Day Nursery in the baby room for 2 months now, and we are very happy with how warm and caring they are with her, and how they make us parents feel at ease! The communication through the app is very good, giving us updates throughout the whole day. The facility is also very nice. We are overall very pleased and we feel our daughter is really enjoying spending time there!

The Orchard Day Nursery has been like a second home for my child. He looks forward to going every day and loves spending time with his friends. I am incredibly happy with the nursery and the amazing baby team! They've been fantastic in helping my daughter develop, and l've seen tremendous progress in her. At just 14 months old, she has already learned at least 15 words, which is wonderful! She absolutely loves playing in the garden, especially with the sand, and it's heartwarming to see her so engaged. I also love the variety of activities they offer, as they support her growth in such a fun and enriching way. It's great to be kept up to date on her activities through the app as well as seeing photos. I'm so grateful for the nurturing environment they've created for her!
