Our son has been attending kids planet for 2 years now and we have been so impressed. He runs in and doesn't look back and is always happy when we pick him up. Initially, he didn't like the food provided so after a conversation, the staff made sure he was given something he liked. He is non verbal and the staff are amazing with tending to his needs. In the 2 years he's attended, the SEND CO has been great with applying for additional help and has also helped us with the next steps regarding his future. If we ever have any concerns or questions, they're usually dealt with fast. Communication from the staff is great after every pick up and we're updated on the app during the day. He has learnt lots since starting and is coming on so much. We feel very comfortable leaving him there and feel we chose a great nursery to send him to.

The manager is so loving and welcoming-she greets us every single morning at reception, which instantly sets such a positive tone for the day. The staff are incredibly caring, not only with my girls but also with me. You can truly feel that they go above and beyond in everything they do. My daughters are always happy at the end of the day, and that gives me so much reassurance that they're being well looked after while I'm at work. The nursery app is brilliant, I receive daily updates and pictures, so I can see exactly what they've been up to and how they're getting on. Recently, they've been taking the children out more for park trips and community visits, which I absolutely love. I'm genuinely grateful for all the love, effort, and care they put into my girls. The nursery is amazing, and I would highly recommend it to any parent, it's a wonderful place

My little boy has just started this nursery, all staff have been amazing and helpful, I love how I get all the updates, communication is very good, nice and clean with good facilities. Am so glad I choose this nursery, I will recommend to others.

Couldn't ask for a better team to look after our little boy He has thrived in their environment, Meade lots of friends and his overall development has come on so much The team go above and beyond for both children and parents Thank you kids planet!

Staff are friendly however since my twin daughters have been in nursery for the past 3 months no one has bothered to set me up on the security system to have access into the building. I have asked multiple times and no one including managment know how to do this. Very frustrating when I'm having to drop my 2 babies off up on the top floor and I'm left standing around waiting by the door with one in my arms whilst her sister is left crying in the car. Managment here is very poor, useless Infact. They were the reason for my problems and then were unable to help resolve any of my issues I was having. Every time I would speak to them it was reflected by saying "phone head office". I've finally taken them out off nursery but unfortunately with my experience I wouldn't recommend this nursery to anyone.

It's a lovely nursery with the friendliest and most helpful staff. I can be at ease knowing they really care about every child they look after. Our son has come on in leaps and bounds since he started here. The range of activities they do with the children is fantastic, they are not only educational but fun too.

My baby girl started this nursery in February and it has been the best decision I made to pick this nursery. The girls are 100% with my girl and if any problems they ring me straight away. They are all so happy and friendly each day so caring and loving to every child, I am so happy with everything they do for my daughter. The management team is amazing

I have a 1 year old and 4 year old that attend Kids Planet and they both love it! The staff are friendly and attentive to each child and their needs, and they really seem to have a great bond with each child. It's always nerve-wracking sending your child to nursery, but the staff listen to your queries no matter how silly you feel and make you feel comfortable leaving your children in their care. The app is regularly updated throughout the day so that we as parents are kept informed of their day which is great. The menu is varied and freshly prepared and it is also very clean. The preschool children have sports sessions, dance classes, Spanish lessons etc. And lots of outdoor time. The nursery has a very warm feeling and I'll be sad to see my children leave when the time comes!

My son has been going to Kids Planet just before he turned 2. The staff are absolutely fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble. The love and care are truly felt and you know your child is in safe hands. My son is currently on the pathway for autism. The team have been great, they approached us so politely to ask us if we had an idea that our son may be autistic and all the way through to getting his referrals and so on. I cannot recommend this nursery enough. I look forward to my daughter starting this September knowing she will be in the best caring hands a mother could ask for.

Friendly and welcoming nursery. Friendly and caring staff, lovely and interesting activities for the children. Children feel happy and safe and are known and understood by the staff. I would highly recommend it.

My child has recently joined (baby room) and I can't praise the staff enough for guiding him, and us, through this transition. The room has plenty of different activities and areas for the babies, there's a good staff-to-child ratio and the communication from the nursery is great. My son is coming on leaps and bounds and I'm glad we chose to send him here.

My son absolutely loves his time at Kids Planet Leigh he is in the preschool room. All the staff are so attentive, friendly and caring. My son has been diagnosed with autism and his development has benefited so much by his wonderful SEND co-worker and also his key worker. We as parents have been so supported during our son’s journey with his special educational needs. The nursery has such great spaces aimed for the children to play and learn in their room, sensory playroom and also their outdoor area!! I highly recommend Kids Planet Leigh!

My little girl has been attending this nursery for over two years. She is currently in preschool and absolutely loves it! The girls are so caring and I know that my daughter is being very well looked after! You get a very warm welcome in reception from the nursery manager! The girls give her cuddles when she wants them and they are super compassionate. They treat her like their own and I honestly couldn’t ask for anything more! They regularly send pictures via the app to keep me posted on what fun activities she has been partaking in. My daughter and I adore all the girls in the nursery. They always have a smile on their faces and are very polite and welcoming. It gives out a warm comforting feel! There are three members of staff who are just amazing people and my daughter adores them! She does have a soft spot for two other members of staff, in particular, too! I would highly recommend this nursery to friends and family and anyone who is looking for a nursery that provides everything and more that you want for your child.

Lovely atmosphere and very caring staff. My daughter always comes home super happy after having a great day. The app is regularly updated with how she’s been doing throughout the day, which offers me peace of mind. Overall, a very positive experience. I would definitely recommend this nursery.

My little one loves coming to nursery! He has a great bond with all of his teachers in the toddler room! He has come on so much with his development and speech recently that we can't stop him talking now! Which is a credit to the nursery.

Amazing nursery. The team is really connected not only to each child, but to parents too. I know my daughter is safe and learning in a loving, supportive environment while I'm at work. Their activities are much fun and we get to do home learning too with the nursery's guidance. I also love receiving notes through the app of how my daughter's day has gone.

Our little boy loves nursery! He is excited every morning when he knows its a nursery day. He is met by happy, enthusiastic and welcoming staff members who seem to really care about the children they look after. The rooms are always clean and tidy and we always know our child is in a safe environment. The management are always approachable and seem to really listen to us if ever we have any questions. They should all be really proud of the work that they all do.

Couldn't recommend this nursery enough. My son has been attending since July 2021 and the progress he has made is incredible. Every member of staff is friendly, welcoming and knows what my son is up to. My son is partially deaf so requires more help than other children but the staff are so invested in being inclusive, learning sign language to boost his communication skills. The facilities are also brilliant, especially the garden and the fees are very reasonable, considering how much you get included in the price! I feel like we couldn't have picked a better nursery to send our son to!

Tender Years nursery in Leigh is a fantastic setting for babies and young children. The staff are warm, friendly and caring! They really do go above and beyond to welcome all parents/carers and most importantly the children that they look after. The rooms are beautiful and very well equipped to ensure they promote a happy environment and a safe and secure place for the children to play and learn. I can’t recommend this nursery enough and guarantee that you won’t be disappointed if you send your child/children here.

Tender Years nursery has honestly been an amazing nursery for both me and my little boy! When putting him in I was so nervous and really scared, as it was his first time going to nursery and my first time leaving him with anyone else other than family. The manager and the staff were absolutely brilliant in reassuring me and keeping me updated with how he was getting on. After his first couple of days, I already felt at ease as I felt constantly reassured he was being well looked after. I’ve had no problems whatsoever in nearly a year that he’s been attending. He absolutely loves it there! His key worker has also been absolutely perfect from the minute she met him! She is amazing at her job and I honestly couldn’t ask for a better key person for him. The staff at Tender Years are so lovely and fabulous at what they do!
