The nursery is well-managed, and communication with parents is clear and prompt. They respond to questions answered questions well. The nursery practitioners are highly skilled and competent. They are attentive to individual child's needs, highly nurturing and dedicated to learning through play. They create a wide range of. Imaginative activities for the children including outdoor play, themed weeks and outings. The only concerns we had are the lack of air conditioning in the nursery and we hope to see lots more work on preparation for school, for the rest of this academic year. I have recommended Monkey Puzzle to other parents as I believe it offers high-quality early years education and care.

From the start, we have been very happy with Monkey Puzzle. The staff listen to us and our concerns and help with our son's development. Our son is very happy to go every morning and we highly recommend this nursery. The staff are very kind and caring and our son immediately engaged with the activities at Monkey Puzzle.

My son has been going to Monkey Puzzle since he was 9 months old. There is a lot I could say but don't have enough space! I leave my child with the staff with a smile on my face. He loves everyone there and they love him back. They take such good care that sometimes he doesn't want to leave. He works together and he enjoys all the fun activities. I appreciate the touch of extra care provided for my son. Many mums feel guilty leaving their children at nursery to go to work but I leave mine with the staff feeling confident and happy. I am very satisfied with Monkey Puzzle. My son has developed so much and is ready to go to school now. The staff are very approachable and care about the children. Furthermore, I am very happy with the activities designed to support learning through play. Everything in the nursery meets my expectations and I will be placing my daughter as well Monkey Puzzle Southgate.

My experience with Monkey Puzzle has been amazing. I feel secure my daughter is always taken care of. Very friendly, consistent good communication which is pivotal for such young ages. Couldn't recommend enough. My daughter always comes home happy, clean and fed. The app is updated regularly so you can see your child's progress throughout the day and what they are getting up to. Also, my daughter has never come home with nappy rash.

The most perfect setting and environment for my little boy. Since he has started we have seen many positive changes. He is progressing and thriving so well and this would not be possible without the amazing staff. All staff including management are super friendly, easy to talk to and always go above and beyond. They keep us updated throughout the day on the app and organise lovely events for parents to get involved in. A huge thank you for all the hard work and for giving our children the best experiences and start in their early years.

Truly an amazing nursery. My granddaughter is always so excited to go to nursery and talks about all of her teachers with such love. I have had the pleasure of being invited into the setting for grandparents day and the joy staff bring to my granddaughter's day is beautiful. All staff are polite and attentive. She has been at the setting since she was 1 year old and has thrived during her time at Monkey Puzzle.

Monkey Puzzle has proved to be one of the best-hidden treasures amongst childcare in the area. The level of attention, detail, nurture and modern technology has provided our child with the best possible care we can imagine. The staff and management are always on point, showing high levels of transparency and providing us, the parents, with an abundance of helpful information that we can use at home with our child's development. My daughter has been attending the nursery since the beginning of the year and we are so pleased with the progress she's made so far and couldn't ask for a better nursery for her. The staff are so friendly and helpful and my daughter has really close bonds with them all. I receive updates on my child's meals along with photos on an app throughout the day which puts my mind at ease when I'm at work. My son adores his teachers and sessions at Monkey Puzzle - he is always happy when I drop him off and pick him up. The staff are all amazing, upbeat and positive. Since starting Monkey Puzzle Southgate, my son has continued to thrive and be confident and outgoing. He was late to start talking, but only a few months after starting, he was talking nonstop thanks to the support of his teachers.

We joined this nursery having just moved into the area with a 1-year-old and 3-year-old. Our children settled in very quickly given the warm and welcoming environment at the nursery. We found the quality of learning support very high and the team were excellent at providing feedback and keeping us informed. We've enjoyed a strong partnership with the nursery in rasing our children and helping them develop and progress. Our daughter (18 months) refuses to come home with us at the end of the day as she just wants to stay at nursery - that just shows how amazing it is! We love the daily activities which contribute to her development and are so age-appropriate - our daughter has learnt so many new skills and words from nursery! The nursery provides lovely meals - a large variety and very healthy. The app used is by far better than any other nursery - live updates with detail. Not only are the daily updates on our daughter's activities appreciated but the periodic developmental ones are fantastic. The best thing about Monkey Puzzle Southgate is the staff. Such loving and kind staff who genuinely care for the kids in the nursery. Seeing their relationship with my daughter gives me so much comfort she is in the best hands.

My 2-year-old started in the nursery 3 months ago and I was initially very anxious about sending him to nursery as he is a covid baby and spent a lot of his time at home with us and his siblings. I am truly thankful to all the staff at the nursery for helping my son settle in, they always keep me up to date with messages on their app (which is amazing!). I feel so comfortable leaving him in the nursery knowing he adores his key person and all the other staff, I go to work with peace of mind knowing he's given fantastic love and care. Highly recommended!

My child started a year ago and is leaving for school soon. She has loved every second and I can't praise the girls enough. Management are always on hand to help me and she loves the food. Would recommend the nursery to anyone!

I moved my daughter here from another setting and it’s the best decision I could have ever made. She has been here from the week the setting opened and has already come on leaps and bounds in her development. From the minute I entered the setting for the tour I knew this was the place for us! Management and staff are very professional and friendly, I couldn’t ask for better people to be taking care of my daughter. The settings resources, space and furnishings are truly amazing. These wonderful people really do go above and beyond. It’s a pleasure to be a part of the Monkey Puzzle Southgate family!

This new nursery has totally exceeded our expectations! My wife and I had to return to the office after working from home for just over a year and we had been up and down the local area in search for a nursery which felt right and suited our care needs. As soon as we entered we knew instantly it was for us! The high quality natural resources and furnishings, polite staff and knowledgeable management team ticked every box. Our son has now been at the nursery for coming to 3 weeks and he has settled in so well despite being in lockdown for the last 12 months. His teachers are great and we are kept up-to-date daily with what he has been getting up to. They have truly made returning to the office so much easier.
