Situated in a single storey building in Bradwell Common in Milton Keynes, Hampstead Gate offers a welcoming environment where every child has the space to grow and learn as an individual.

Each day at the nursery is full of activities which have been carefully designed to suit EYFS principles and are delivered by a team who are highly trained and passionate about providing children with the best start to their education.

As well as wonderful enclosed individual gardens, where children's social, emotional and physical development are encouraged, Hampstead Gate also has a sensory room and a learning hub which includes a lovely library area.

Hampstead Gate Day Nursery also offer the extracurricular activity of Tiny Mites every other Friday between 9:30am to 10:30am for the Ladybird’s and Preschool rooms.

A fully inclusive service gives full peace of mind for parents and families, with everything from milk and nappies to sun cream and freshly prepared meals included.

My boy enjoys coming to Hampstead Gate Day Nursery, he looks forward to going every time with excitement. I like how staff engages with him as this is evident when he comes home talking about what happened in his day and how exciting it was. The nursery setting is fantastic, rooms are well stocked and
flow well into one another. Personally, I won't hesitate to recommend Hampstead Gate Day Nursery to family and friends.

Hampstead Gate Day Nursery is a beautiful new nursery. It is modern, bright and my daughter loves it. She has settled in so well since starting four months ago. Although the nursery is new, the team make it seem like it has been running for years. I can already see how much my daughters confidence and
character is building whilst being at Hampstead Gate Day Nursery. She loves all of the team members and nearly always gets very excited to see them.

Brilliant and friendly staff, which is always a great start. I always feel happy my little boy is in good and safe hands. He's always happy there and settles really quickly. Fresh cooked meals.
Secure, safe and clean place. I would highly recommend this day nursery.

Hampstead Gate Day Nursery has been a fantastic place for my son over the last two months. The setting is immaculate and full to the brim of all things a three year old could ever want or need! The staff are always so friendly and accommodating. My son is always so happy and wants to talk about his
day with us. Brilliant nursery!

Job Title: Nursery Manager Joined: 2010

Elkie is the Manager of Hampstead Gate Day Nursery in Milton Keynes and has a wealth of experience, having worked in the early years sector for 22 years. She has numerous qualifications, including an NNEB and foundation degree in Early Years, plus an Assessors Award and V1 Award. Elkie has worked at Childbase Partnership for 11 years and was previously Manager of Meadow View Day Nursery in Newport Pagnell.


What is your favourite feature of Hampstead Gate?
I love the layout of the building; it has a beautiful flow and access to individual gardens from each room. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow lots of natural light and an open feeling. The benefit of the art and woodwork room and the library is also a bonus.


What are you most proud of about your nursery/team?
Hampstead Gate already feels like an established nursery, and the team is like a family. The nursery has a very warm and welcoming feeling.
