The staff are incredibly caring and attentive, making me feel confident leaving my child in their care. The activities are clean, organised and stimulating, providing a perfect environment for learning and play. My daughter absolutely loves going to Monkey Puzzle and I have seen tremendous growth and development since she started attending. I highly recommend Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Tunbridge Wells to any parent looking for a nurturing and enriching environment for their little ones.

Since my daughter started (in 2022), she has gained so much confidence and thoroughly enjoys going to nursery. She has made lots of friends and loves all the staff (especially her key worker). I feel happy to leave her in the care of the staff at Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery. Everyone is kind and helpful. I'm particularly happy with the home-cooked food, my daughter almost always eats all her meals. I would definitely recommend Monkey Puzzle to others, I have signed up my other child to start next year.

Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Tunbridge Wells has been amazing with my son, from his initial settling sessions into the baby room to moving up a class to join toddlers. His key workers have always been so kind, caring and supportive, my son loves all of the staff. You are always greeted with a personal and warm welcome at pick-up and drop-off and we love hearing about the huge range of activities the children have done. We are kept up to date throughout the day via an app and we are sent the best photos! The food for the children is freshly made at the nursery and my son loves it. We have also noticed a huge advancement in my son's speech and understanding which is a testament to everyone at Monkey Puzzle. Thank you so much!

Our son has attended Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Tunbridge Wells for a while now. 7:30-18:30 makes it suitable for hours required for our jobs. The manager is amazing. Our son absolutely loves her! Always has to stop by the office and say goodbye with a special hand shake! Then we have two staff members who our son has warmed to so much. They go above and beyond! Our son was shy and would take a while to settle in each time, but now he is confident and loves his time at Monkey Puzzle Tunbridge Wells. Well done boys and girls. Great effort! We can't wait for our next pictures to pop on the fridge and to hear that Fraser has been chatting more and has developed his social skills. They have a garden for outdoor play, they do cooking, sticking, painting and everything in-between. Very satisfied with this nursery, recommended to every parent especially those who work and need the hours provided.

My child has been at the nursery for over 18 months and loves it. He has made great friends and is leaving ready for school in September.

We've had the best experience sending our daughter to Monkey Puzzle - all of the staff have been so friendly, helpful and accommodating. The nursery has a really friendly feel, and our little one took to it right away at a year old. She's been attending Monkey Puzzle for eight months; she loves it, and we couldn't be happier. The outside space at the nursery is fab and has been well thought through. It has great, sheltered spaces for the younger children and babies, plus plenty of space for the older toddlers and children to do all sorts of activities.

He loves it when they have song time and comes home doing the moves he has learned at nursery.

As a family of 5, we have experienced several nurseries. We made the decision to move the boys to Monkey Puzzle a few months ago and we could not be happier. This is not a nursery where you simply leave the kids, they do their hours and goodbye. They truly care for the children and also their parents, they always go the extra mile to accommodate any needs or requests, but also really support us when we share our struggles, worries and thoughts. A nursery is much more than a 'kid's parking', and Monkey Puzzle truly understand the importance of the nursery for families. Staff are amazing, always welcome us with a smile and lots of energy. Overall a wonderful nursery.

I moved my son to Monkey Puzzle two months ago. The changes in confidence, language and relationships I have noticed in such a short amount of time fill me with such confidence in our decision to move him. The team at Monkey Puzzle in Tunbridge Wells are amazing. My daughter was born at the beginning of lockdown, so hadn't socialised at all. She is now nearly 2 and is such a sociable girl! She loves coming to nursery, she has made lots of friends! Before she started, she was pretty much non-verbal, but now she doesn't stop. She knows all the animals and can count 1-10 on her fingers. We are so proud of her. The team at the nursery are so patient, positive and thoughtful. There are always various activities going on each day, always something for everyone. I can't say enough good things about this nursery. Every morning my son excitedly asks if it's a Monkey Puzzle day? He is so happy coming here. The staff are amazing, they clearly care so much about the kids. The staff are excellent and the place is fabulously well run with all sorts of events, parties and fun activities laid on. The kids have an absolute blast together and now my son is old enough, he's coming home telling me all sorts of things he's learned each day too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this nursery to anybody.

My son started in the pre-school room at Monkey Puzzle just after it opened. He absolutely loves his time at nursery. It is a delight to see him bound into nursery in the mornings and come out beaming. The activities on offer are fantastic, and even include yoga in the mornings! There is a real family feel and it is so reassuring knowing my son is receiving such wonderful care. I would highly recommend this nursery.

My son joined Monkey Puzzle in September as has settled so well. His communication has massively improved and he made some friends from his old nursery.

After moving our son from another nursery we were unhappy with, we have been over the moon with Monkey Puzzle, Tunbridge Wells. The staff are caring, friendly and competent. Our son (3 years) is thriving in his new environment and cannot wait to get to pre-school in the mornings. Our daughter (1 year old) now also attends and had a fantastic settling in period. The staff were really supportive and responded to our daughter's needs throughout the whole period and she now comes home with a smile on her face. The facilities are amazing and the additional activities, like yoga and music classes, are fantastic for the kids and included in the fees. Cannot recommend Monkey Puzzle, Tunbridge Wells enough.

Our daughter started nursery when she was 18-months-old. Thanks to her key worker and staff in Monkey Puzzle nursery, she settled in, to our surprise and relief, very quickly. Teachers are amazing, friendly and caring. We are given feedback at the end of each session. Our daughter developed so much in the last few months. We feel confident about leaving here there, and she is always happy at pick-up. The nursery provides nutritious meals, and they have many activities and a lovely garden. Due to family circumstances, we have to change nursery. Staff played a huge role in our life, and we are grateful for their help and support. We highly recommend this nursery.
