N Family Club - Codsall is a stunning setting surrounded by nature, and is conveniently located within a short distance of numerous local business districts and Wolverhampton City Centre, ideal for working parents in the area.

The nursery has been freshly redecorated and features bright, spacious playrooms, a specialist sensory room to support yoga and mindfulness, and a huge natural garden to explore with a trained Forest School specialist. To make family life that little bit easier, N Codsall has a large car park to facilitate easy drop-offs and pick-ups.

All nursery meals are seasonal, cooked fresh on-site and have been designed with the help of Laura Matthews – formerly Head of Nutrition at Jamie Oliver. For parents, there is a dedicated front-of-house team, a parents’ area and breakfast bar and access to an online programme of events.

N Family Club are on a mission to rethink early years. They have designed their own curriculum, unique to N and totally bespoke to each child. N want to ensure that every child reaches their full potential and is prepared to thrive in this busy and ever-changing world. It includes subjects such as yoga, Spanish, cookery, science, art, and global citizenship. And, in order to provide the best possible learning environment, N invest in their team's development via their in-house training scheme, The N Academy.

We could not be happier with our experience of N Family. All of the staff are amazing - incredibly hard-working and truly care about your children. As a first-time young mom, I was very worried about where to send my 15-month-old daughter, due to not settling with certain family members we had to look for an alternative. As soon as me and my partner walked into N Family Club, we knew that’s where we wanted to send her. Everyone is so friendly,
2 months in and she’s absolutely loving it and I can already see the amazing difference in her. The app is amazing and so reassuring for you as a parent to know nappy changes, what they have eaten and more. Wouldn’t choose anywhere else to send my baby. I recommend it to everyone and will return to it in the future.

My grandson was recently quite poorly at nursery, the staff acted quickly and appropriately to call an ambulance and after a short spell in hospital was able to return home safely. He enjoys his nursery time which is varied and clearly aimed at enabling all children to reach their milestones in a friendly

Amazing nursery. Staff are so caring and reliable and very accommodating to parent requests. Our little boy loves it here. I was nervous about sending him to a nursery but he has so much fun, is learning so much and gaining so much confidence. The food he eats every day is so varied and restaurant quality!

Fantastic nursery, my daughter started nearly a year ago aged 3 and her development in that year has been fantastic, she loves coming home and telling us all about her day and what she's been up to, all the staff are very welcoming, friendly and they give great advice too. The food is absolutely amazing

We love this nursery. They’ve taken such an interest in making our daughter feel safe and secure in attending nursery. She was born during COVID and has trouble interacting with people so this has been so important for her development. It’s so lovely to hear her talking about how much she loves the

We absolutely loved this nursery for our two girls, who were there for more than two years. They have been fantastic and actively encouraged their learning and imagination. They loved their time there and have built wonderful relationships with their educators. The staff are accommodating, caring and
personal. They will go above and beyond and show excellence in their work. Management is responsible and approachable. Facilities are great with focus on outdoors and forest school. Food is healthy and no unnecessary sugars. The parents room is open for grabbing a drink and a snack at all times. We would recommend this nursery with no reservation.

My daughter attended this nursery from when she was 1 until she started school nursery. She has loved every second of her time there and we felt comfortable leaving her there from the moment we first visited. The staff are warm and welcoming and provide excellent care. We never had any issues with the
standard of care provided. Frequent snacks and drinks, prompt nappy changing and wonderful relationships between staff and children. A special mention goes to one staff member in bumblebees who was our little ones key worker. She put in the time and effort to get to know our little girl and helped her flourish. Thank you to all the staff.

A warm, friendly and happy environment felt as soon as you walk into the establishment, and are greeted with positivity from the N Family.
My eldest child at the nursery has only been with the N Family since April 23 and within 2/3 sessions she was settled and formed relationships and showed a sense
of belonging to the nursery. After pick up my child reminds me and talks about the N Family nursery wanting to go back almost immediately after an evening's rest. Testament to the staff who have made my daughter feel so welcomed and as a part of the family.
My daughter enjoys it all from the food to potty training with the team, she’s so happy in her setting that it’s actually unreal and overjoys my heart as leaving your child in someone else’s care is tough - but if you have to have some help and support - the N Family are the support where at least I know my child is having an amazing time through fun!

I can not rate this nursery enough. The staff are amazing. All are so welcoming and genuine. I have no concerns about leaving my children here. They really do go above and beyond. The activities provided for the children are amazing.

Lisa Reynolds

Job Title: Nursery Manger DSL Joined: 2020

I have been working in the Early Years sector for nearly 20 years. My passion and determination to offer the best in the Early Years are what have guided me through different roles within the nursery sector. Previous opportunities have given me vast knowledge and experience, which I am passionate to share with my team to help support their ongoing learning and self-development to ensure we can provide the best learning opportunities and create memories for our little superstars.


I have been a volunteer for the British Red Cross (less now I have my children) for nearly 30 years. I am frequently on the front-line offering transport and escort to and from hospitals for non-urgent patients, as well as providing medical cover at large concerts and events.


The skills I have learned in my time with them have been extremely transferable to my job, such as being a safeguarding trainer, having a high level of first aid knowledge and as an event manager I am able to take control of any situation, I am pretty calm in a crisis!


As a mum of 2 beautiful girls, I have a busy home life. But as a family, we enjoy camping, walking and a good movie night!


The Bright Minds family are all very dedicated to their roles, we pride ourselves on being the best we can possibly be. Being a Nursery Manager is not just a job for me, it’s part of my life, we are like one big family here!
