The Learning Experience provides childcare for children aged 3 months to 5 years old in East Finchley, London.

The centre is purpose-built and features an interactive classroom, a colourful miniature high street, age-appropriate play rooms and a spacious playground.

The team follow the EYFS curriculum to support children to meet their social, physical and academic development goals.

The centre has its own unique animated characters, introduced based on scientific finding that characters help children to engage in learning. Each character has a particular strength to inspire children, such as Lionstein the lion who loves science and a fitness instructor flamingo. They even have characters to aid with language skills in Spanish and Mandarin.

I am happy to recommend this nursery. My child settled in very well and has a lovely relationship with the nursery staff. The staff are all very approachable and friendly. I feel completely at ease knowing he is safe, happy, and well looked after. He loves the food, and the updates throughout the day
are great. The activities are always changing and relevant to the current topic, and my child particularly loves the sensory tuft trays.

Our daughter has absolutely blossomed at The Learning Experience! A year ago, she was so shy and uncertain around other kids. Now, she has so many “best friends” and comes home every day with exciting new stories from the nursery. The staff are so attentive to each kid's needs and are super responsive
if anything does happen that needs adjustment. We get pictures throughout the day of what activities they are up to, and I love how much they focus on sensory play and balance educated learning with pretend play.
Huge thank you to one particular teacher and all the amazing staff at The Learning Experience!

After reading the excellent reviews, we enrolled our 9-month-old daughter in September. Although our daughter struggled to settle and would cry uncontrollably every day at pick up and drop-offs, we didn't think anything about it and assumed she is taking longer than other babies to get used to the new
surroundings.
Around 3 months from starting here, my daughter came home with a bloodied t-shirt and an open wound. She has eczema and I informed her key person about it. But that day they let my daughter scratch her arm till it bled. When I picked her up, I was told the usual "she had a lovely day". Nobody bothered to tell me about it and no incident report was submitted.
The next morning at drop off I brought it up to the staff in the room. She said, she doesn't know anything about it and to talk to the key person.
Luckily, we found another nursery. She is thriving. No tears at pick-up and drop-offs. The staff is caring and provide good feedback.

I could not be happier with The Learning Experience. All the staff are lovely, supportive and caring. My 8-month-old settled in and loves attending nursery. As a first time mother, I was apprehensive about leaving our daughter to go back to work. However, The Learning Experience have been really caring and supported me to settle her in. Now she loves it there and the staff are so lovely, they all know her name and make us all feel like part of the family!
She eats like a queen and sleeps well there, and has a good connection with her key worker and the other staff. The team are always smiling and seem to love their jobs which is a good sign! The app is also good at keeping us up to date. I would highly recommend.

A truly special nursery with lovely attentive staff and a well structured curriculum. My daughter was very uneasy in her first few weeks as she had never been apart from me and The Learning Experience
could not have done more to support her and us in settling her in and she now absolutely loves nursery

I really couldn't ask for anything more from a nursery. The staff are so helpful, friendly and really look after both of my beautiful girls. They make a fuss of them and ask us how we are. The girls are learning things all the time and making friends in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. They go out of
their way to treat your children as individuals and make sure they get all the support they need. I received updates throughout the day and know the children are kept busy with the activities that make up their wonderful curriculum. Thanks to everyone who works there.

I can't say enough good things about The Learning Experience. Our daughter loves it and always runs in without a backwards look. The building is incredibly well appointed with colourful spotless rooms full of fun toys, it's also lovely and warm in winter and air-conditioned in summer. Access is easy
with the car park. The staff are just lovely and really care for the kids. The curriculum is really amazing, I always see her doing lots of fun things every day even learning Spanish and yoga! Food is also healthy and yummy. The app is excellent. Honestly delighted with The Learning Experience.

Our son and niece are so happy at The Learning Experience. Our son runs in happily every morning and has a wonderful relationship with the staff. Everyone in the whole nursery knows every child's name, which is lovely and creates a warm atmosphere. He sleeps well there, eats well there and they have

My son attended The Learning Experience for almost a year until we moved to a different borough. I cannot emphasise enough how sad we were to leave The Learning Experience and personally, I found it the hardest part of our move for a number of reasons: the management and staff were like a second family
to us, always ensuring our wishes and concerns about our son were listened to and addressed swiftly; we loved the smaller classes as we felt our son received the right level of attention and engagement; the curriculum for every class was well thought out, interactive and interesting every single day; the management were very involved and hands-on and genuinely cared about the well being of the children. As a result of that, our son thrived there and his confidence along with his social and linguistic skills massively increased. I cannot recommend The Learning Experience enough and I couldn't be more grateful to the team for everything they have done for us.

We came across this nursery by chance, almost two years ago when it first opened. We enrolled our daughter and it was the best decision we have made for her. The team of management and her class teachers are truly amazing at what they do. Every one of them showed genuine kindness and you get a sense
of love and security for your child. The facilities in the nursery are of excellent quality and the activities are very well thought out. The curriculum is built around bubbly characters that young children can relate to and this is a great way to learn. The nursery chef cooks nutritious and tasty meals (so my daughter tells me!). She has thrived both intellectually and socially, became more confident and always comes out with a smile, buzzing to tell us about her day! I am proud to say that The Learning Experience nursery has been her home away from home. I would definitely recommend them to all parents who are looking for a safe, nurturing and fun environment for their child.

I can only say great things about this nursery. We moved to this nursery from a previous one and do not regret that move even one bit. My child has benefited tremendously thanks to his wonderful teachers who showered him with love, care and attention. The facilities here are magnificent, the activities
are engaging and the atmosphere is fun! The staff cook real yummy food which our child loves every day. All in all, under the stewardship of great staff, this is a fantastic place for any child to be in. Amazing experience with The Learning Experience. I pulled my children out of a previous nursery due to the lack of structure and education for children. The Learning Experience actually educates the children and has a structured curriculum. If my daughter didn’t start reception, I would have sent her
with my son because the experience is excellent. We get updates all day, so we know what he has eaten and pictures of what he has done.
