We couldn't have wished for a better start for our daughter!

The biggest compliment we can give is how much he enjoys going. At just 13 months old, he's genuinely happy when we drop him off, and it's been lovely watching his confidence grow. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and it's always nice chatting at pick-up about his day. You can tell the team really care about the children, and we're so grateful for everything they do.

The only negative thing I can say is that we was quoted for the 30 hours free childcare which seemed reasonable, but I had quit my job so we had to pay the full price which we has never told about, that was a bit of a shock. As first time parents we just didn't know so I would have liked more clarifications/ Transparency.

Absolutely the best nursery my child has ever attended. He was not doing well at another nursery, and we moved him to The learning experience in leatherhead and he is thriving, happy and very content. The staff are very supportive, welcoming and very accommodating as well. Childcare and support is top notch.

My 4 year old son is in the pre school room at TLE and absolutely loves his time there. The pre school staff, Emma, Roxy and Holly are just wonderful and warm. The rest of the staff at TLE, Ella; Chloe (and Katie before) and so many others are equally as warm. Everything they do is so professional and makes me as a parent feel incredibly at ease. With my son going to school in September they have really prepared him well, though we will be so sad to be leaving TLE in a few months!

We had a great experience and would highly recommend The Learning Experience at East Finchley. All the staff, starting from reception, were friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. Everyone made us and our daughter feel comfortable and well cared for. The service was excellent, and we are very happy with our experience. Thank you to the whole team!

We've had a wonderful experience at TLE Leatherhead, we can tell how much our son loves the nursery. The team really made us and our son feel welcome from the start, with a smooth and communicative settling-in period. We get regular updates on the app with photos, and the team always provide detailed updates on pick-up. The value for money on funded hours is excellent. Thank you to Naomi and team!

The permanent staff in my child's room have been brilliant - really caring and nurturing. They really know my child and she loves Gyulbie and Orlane. It makes it a lot easier to drop her off knowing that she feels happy and safe there. Naomi is also a much appreciated member of Management - she makes an effort to know the children and families and her communication is so appreciated. My child has had some health issues and the staff have been brilliant in supporting her. My child has really benefitted from being at the nursery - her confidence and development has really developed since she started in September last year. We really appreciate the way the changing stations are set up and find this very reassuring. The photos uploaded each day to the app also help reassure that my child is having a great time! Ash was also great when we had our tour of the nursery and checks in when he is on site - his professional but friendly and cheerful demeanour are an asset.

I especially appreciate the clear communication from her teachers and the variety of activities that support learning through play. It's lovely to see how much she's grown in confidence and social skills since starting here :)

My wife and I are immensely pleased with the nursery. From the moment you walk in with your child, the staff is very warm and welcoming. They are always very attentive and provide the best of care. The curriculums are very thorough and staff always informs you of what's going on through the in-nursery app. The photos are always a highlight of our day. Our child always immensely enjoys going to nursery and has a very enriching experience there. When you pick your child up, you are given a very thorough summary of their day and what they've done and learned. You are given observations and reports every few months and it helps you see your child's progress. The nursery itself is very clean and spacious. The garden area is enclosed, which is very nice for peace of mind. We are incredibly happy to have chosen The Learning Experience at East Finchley and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nursery.

The staff are very friendly, warm and have a very high level of care for the little ones. The environment and activities are very engaging. The nursery overall is brilliant. My child has settled in wonderfully and looks forward to attending each day. The staff communicate well with parents and provide regular updates. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking for quality childcare.

Brilliant nursery! The facilities are lovely - bright, clean and beautifully designed for young children. Most importantly, the staff are fantastic - warm, caring and supportive: Samira, Karen, Nicola, Shanelle, Sharon, Ossie and Sonia, to name just a few wonderful teachers. There is also the excellent management team and the amazing kitchen staff who prepare delicious meals for the children who the kids new and talk about as well which I found fantastic. Both of our children have attended this nursery for several years now - my son 2.5 years and my daughter for almost a year, and I always recommend it to anyone looking for a nurturing and welcoming place for their little ones.

Very happy with The Learning Experience! All the staff work so hard to provide a fun and educational environment for the children. My daughter loves it there and the updates I get throughout the day make me feel connected and reassured. Highly recommend.

We have two daughters at this nursery and it is excellent. The staff are loving and warm and this is underpinned by excellent organisation. We like the fact that it is purpose-designed with safeguarding as the priority (eg all changing stations are with staff facing into the rooms, there are windows in all the rooms etc). It is thoroughly cleaned every night and in general well-maintained. The staff seem to have unending imagination and enthusiasm for the activities which they do with the children. There is a decent amount of outside space which because it is astroturf does not get the girls' clothing filthy. It's excellent - if we have a third, they will be going here too.

You can genuinely see how engaged the teachers are with the children, and how happy the children are in return. It was a joy to experience - I highly recommend this nursery.

We are really pleased with the standard of care our daughter has enjoyed at TLE. The staff put a lot of thought into the curriculum for the children and there is a great variety of fun activities to help the children learn through play. Our daughter has received multiple offers for selective independent schools following 4+ assessment which is a testament to the brilliant education she has received at TLE. The facilities are clean and spacious and the children are really well looked after - the always come out with a smile on their face!

I'm very happy with the development of my child. She looks forward to go to school every morning that tells how well children are cared by the teachers. Although she struggled initially her teachers ensured that she feel comfortable and welcomed.

It was the best decision to move her to The learning Experience, Weybridge.
