Riverview Day Nursery & Preschool

Riverview Nursery has been a truly wonderful experience for my son. The staff are incredibly caring, professional, and attentive to every child's needs. The environment is warm, safe, and nurturing, and the activities are engaging and thoughtfully planned. I've seen such a positive change in my child since he joined-his communication skills have improved significantly, and he's become more confident, curious, and socially active. I'm so grateful for the role they've played in his early development. This place has truly made a difference in his life.

Friendly, enthusiastic and lovely staff. My child is really coming on at nursery, enjoys it and is well cared for. Sometimes their nappy doesn't seem like it has been changed for a while when we pick them up but that is the only negative I can think of because the care has been so good.

The nursery is absolutely fantastic. Been with them for 6 months and in that time, our daughter has developed so much since being there. She has a great bond with the staff who are amazing. They are very helpful and clear in explaining the day-to-day events and any changes to our child's well-being/behaviour. Can't thank them enough.

Absolutely Fantastic nursery, very well run. My daughter has excelled massively since attending for the past two years. Diverse changing food menu. I really can not fault the place at all. Very clean too and great staff.

My 6 month old son has only been attending very recently and already I can tell this nursery is going to be amazing for him. The management are happy to help me with my endless enquiries and calls and emails checking how my son has been in his first settling weeks. They never make me feel like I'm a nuisance and fully support my feelings. His key-worker has shown nothing but understanding, care and commitment to learning how my child is. The feedback I get at the end of the day is outstanding, and makes me feel like I have been at nursery with him. The car parking is great, never had an issue, I love the little waiting room. It's a fantastic nursery!

Incredible nursery. My daughter has been with Riverview since been 9 months. She is a shy child and has flourished in their care. The staff cannot been more kind and caring and always go the extra mile. This is my third child, therefore my third nursery experience and Riverview is definitely a set a rest above! Nothing has compared to Riverview! Absolutely outstanding!

The nursery has done a great job with my son who is autistic he's learnt to communicate through simple gestures such as hand leading and good eye contact. My child has learnt to repeat nursery songs with hand actions and can copy allowing him to socially be able to interact and be involved like other pupils. The senco worker has been a great help with the EHCP form as well as the manager having been there for me and my child during meetings and school intro. Riverview has a wonderful support team I'm not sure all of the staff names but I remember one of them as I went college with her. My child seems to really be in tuned with all the staff, I'm very grateful for all the support that my child has received as well as myself.

Myself and my son have had a wonderful experience with this nursery and staff. My son is extremely excited to attend and is very happy on arrival in the mornings. I would recommend any parent to choose Riverview nursery for both babies and toddlers.

I am so pleased with this nursery. My daughter has moved through from the baby room, to the toddler room, and now on to pre-school. My daughter has developed so well here. Her speech is advanced and she is confident and good at making friends. She loves the staff and nearly always runs in to see everyone, especially the guinea pigs! The staff are really helpful with support, and advice and are really flexible with days and times. I highly recommend this nursery.

It is a nice place to leave my kid.

Lovely nursery, my son has attended since he was 1. Staff are welcoming and friendly and communicate well, responding to any concerns we have very promptly. Also love the flexibility which is great for a working mother. I would love for my newborn to attend also when maternity leave is over.

I like the nursery overall and all staff are very kind and friendly. The only thing I would suggest to change is the food; to have meat and fish options and a bit more options for snacks (as my child is coming home very hungry after eating yoghurt in the afternoon). Also, to change the menu more often.

Lovely staff who are hard working and are dedicated to providing the highest levels of education and care for my child. I know he is in safe hands with the staff and they go above and beyond what is expected of them. The facilities are very up to date and my son has a good schedule of activities he can undertake whilst there, to keep him engaged and stimulated. He is offered a good variety of meals, which is good, especially with him weaning. I will definitely continue to take my son to this nursery.

Can not fault this nursery. My children absolutely love all staff here and I trust that both my children are being taken care of, to the best of their ability, here. Both children have come on leaps and bounds since starting here.

My daughter has attended Riverview since she was ten months old and I cannot thank them enough for all that they done for her. She adores going to nursery and has built friendships with both staff and also other children. They have wonderful leaders who are such a credit to the nursery and wider company. The children are all so happy when they are there. Now that she is in preschool, I am already seeing readiness for school being built into what she is learning. I never want my daughter to leave!

Very welcoming, friendly and supportive staff. Helped settle in my little girl and now she loves it. Staff in the baby room are very enthusiastic and I have received some lovely observations of my little one doing activities.

Our son started at Riverview Day Nursery & Preschool in September 2021 and we couldn't be happier with our experience. Everyone at Riverview is so friendly and welcoming. Our son has thrived here and we are genuinely sad to have to say goodbye when he leaves for school in September. We cannot thank the Riverview team enough, they have been incredible throughout our time here. We recommend Riverview to anyone looking for a friendly, happy and inclusive place for their children.

My daughter joined back in December 2022 and is in the baby room. As a parent you constantly worry about how your baby is feeling and doing when you’re not around them. She settled in immediately which was surprising as she wasn’t used to being around people. The staff have always reassured me of her happiness and are happy for you to call anytime. The baby room staff are extremely supportive and really show the love, care and attention they provide to the babies. Her key worker is remarkable. When we are close to the nursery and she can see the building she claps and gets excited. In fact most of the time she is reluctant to leave. This in itself shows how amazing the nursery is. I am so happy to drop her off and walk away every day with peace of mind knowing she will have a great day and be happy. They are very flexible when you need them to be and go above and beyond to support you and your child. I highly recommend Riverview Day Nursery & Preschool for any parents looking for high quality childcare

My son enjoyed his time at Riverview Nursery and the staff are really friendly. Only thing is, my son didn’t enjoy food there because it was the same variety every time, hope they can improve that in future. Overall experience was great.
