N Family Club - Stoke Newington, Church Street

Team and management at this nursery are truly wonderful. They really looked after the child and parents from the moment we started settling in. The communication was great and management was very upfront with everything. Experiences set in the room for my son are engaging and the love and care he receives are just lovely. I also love that he gets varied home-cooked meals every day and they even provide eco-friendly nappies and wipes, so I don't have to. Pricey but the value is there, as they are better than others I've had experience with.

The staff are brilliant at N Family Church Street. They seem to really care about the children and their individual development. They do some fun activities and messy play. I wish there was more outdoor space at the nursery and that the younger rooms had direct access to the garden but the children get outside daily either to the garden or twice weekly trips to the park. It is an expensive nursery but costs similar to others in the area and the quality of education, facilities, food and support seems really good.

We feel incredibly lucky to have found this nursery-it's a hidden gem! Watching our little girl grow, learn, and thrive in such a nurturing environment has been a joy. The teachers are warm, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to each child's development. It's clear that every detail, from the curriculum to the activities, is designed to inspire curiosity and build confidence. Our daughter has blossomed here in ways we never imagined. We couldn't have asked for a better start for her, and we're grateful to have found such a perfect place. Highly recommended!

My child absolutely loves going to nursery! The activities N puts on are excellent (the team genuinely put thought into making them educational/development-supporting as well as fun, of course) and they go to the park at least twice a week (and my child isn't even two). The food is excellent - diverse, interesting, healthy and nutritious, as well as cooked fresh each day (I leave to drop off each morning with the delicious smells of their lunch!). We get several photo updates a day, which always brightens my day, as well as a detailed debrief at drop-off. But the thing I love the most is the staff. Everyone in the nursery seems to know my child's name (not just the ones in her room) and they are all so kind and warm. My child's key worker and room manager are just exceptional. They are fun, professional, caring and have formed a genuine bond with my child. I am so reassured leaving her with them each day.

We are very happy to have chosen N Family Club for our two-year-old. Our overall experience has been excellent and we have been particularly impressed by the quality of care, communication from management and activities on offer. Our toddler has settled in really well and is coming on leaps and bounds in his development. I would not hesitate to recommend!

My son moved into Crows Nest and the transition has been smooth apart from him getting emotional at pick-ups and drop-offs. However, I would like to say a huge thank you to the staff who have tried their best to make this period as smooth as possible, not only for the child but for us the parents too. They have always asked how we are doing and always ready to give as much support as they can.

We wholeheartedly recommend N Family Stoke Newington to any parent seeking a caring and enriching environment for their little ones.

My daughter is in the Tower Room at Church Street N Family. She found the adjustment quite difficult at the start but the team have been absolutely amazing and this morning there was not a single tear at drop off and my daughter reached out for them at drop off! Amazing! They are always so enthusiastic, kind and patient - it's obvious how much they care about the children and what they do. They have been fantastic at communicating with me during her adjustment to ensure my daughter was getting everything she needed and it also helped put me at ease. They put so much effort into making the days fun and interactive, I love seeing the pictures of the activities and my daughter's development has come on massively. They work so hard and I am so grateful to them for all they do. Everyone at the nursery, from reception to the managers to the chefs have been so lovely and the breakfast croissants are the icing on the cake!

One of the highlights for us is knowing that my daughter enjoys freshly prepared meals every day. The menu is diverse and nutritious. We also love the regular updates and photos we receive through the app; it truly makes a big difference.

We started nursery for our 9-month-old in September 2024 and have been very happy with our experience over the last 6 weeks. I was initially wary about putting our daughter in nursery before she was 1 year old, but she has received excellent care and lots of attention from the lovely staff at N Club Church Street. They have done fun activities with her focused on her age and development goals and also addressed successfully tricky issues like eating. I feel very safe leaving her at nursery and also know she is being exposed to activities and fun toys. The nursery is very well-resourced and the food is very healthy.

Since my daughter joined N. in July, she has come leaps and bounds in her personal growth. I have noticed a noticeable difference in her interactions with strangers and a surge in her confidence. It is a comfort knowing that whilst I'm at work she is being looked after with great care and in a safe and kind environment.

A good nursery with friendly staff and lots of creative ideas. The updates via the app work well and parents are kept closely informed. The daily food choices are well chosen, and regular trips to the park and surrounding areas are a nice addition to the program.

I truly think my son is in the best hands and he's so happy coming to the nursery.

Incredibly caring and nurturing environment with amazing variety of activities for all round development. Excellent room staff, with consistency of team really helping with continuity of care - this is something the nursery has worked hard to address and has been a great step change. Instrumental to this is the room manager who is fantastic and has built a great relationship with our daughter. We also benefit from very regular updates through the app (with photos), which is a great way of us seeing how our daughter is progressing and what fun she's having!

We love N Family Club. The educators are so nice, always loving to our children and we couldn't be happier. They are always doing great activities for the bubs, food is amazing and our child is eager to thank you for everything you do.

Our family joined the N Family Club over a year ago and they've quickly become an essential component of our tiny family of 3. Not only have they provided a safe and stimulating environment for our little one to spend his days whilst we return to work, but they have been there whenever we've needed a bit of extra help or advice navigating the many challenges a little one can face at the very beginning of his life. Whether it was a friendly hello in a busy morning, a few extra cuddles during the very rough adaptation times, or the daily reports on naps, feeds and games, N Family has been able to keep our little one and also us parents at peace. At N Family Club, we've found a place we feel our little one is not only looked after and safe, but also happy and loved. We will be eternally grateful to each one of the members of N Family we have met and to all the love and hard work they put into what we feel is an invaluable and extremely demanding role. PS. We do miss the coffee machine.

We wanted to single out and express my sincere appreciation for the wonderful care and nurturing environment that the Crow's Nest team provides for our son. Our son constantly talks about one staff member in particular, and the rest of the team, which demonstrates his fondness and the special bond they share. As parents, it's incredibly heartwarming for us to hear about the affection he has. Everyone who works at N Family Club is lovely and you can tell they really care about the children. My child loves it there. Daily updates and photos on the app are really useful. The children get outside time every day either in the rooftop garden or going on trips, which not a lot of nurseries do.
