Having first opened their doors in 2017 with their Stoke Newington nursery, located on Defoe Road, N Family Club's Church Street nursery joined the fold back in 2020. A mere skip from the original location, N Church Street marks a major milestone in their journey to create a nursery experience like no other. Discover a space purpose-built and dedicated to babies & toddlers, and their families. A place to meet and relax, learn and grow, with a nursery, parents' breakfast area, and a programme of events for all the family.

They’ve stopped at nothing to create a space where you and your child will feel right at home. It has been designed specifically for children under 3 years old, while N Defoe Road is dedicated to preschoolers. The nursery filled with light and clean air (thanks to a hi-spec air filtration system) and is packed full of features like a rooftop garden and specialist messy play spaces.

Their Defoe Road has been rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted since April 2019, and in April 2023, N Church Street was also rated Outstanding.

We are very happy to have chosen N Family Club for our two-year-old. Our overall experience has been excellent and we have been particularly impressed by the quality of care, communication from management and activities on offer. Our toddler has settled in really well and is coming on leaps and bounds
in his development. I would not hesitate to recommend!

My son moved into Crows Nest and the transition has been smooth apart from him getting emotional at pick-ups and drop-offs. However, I would like to say a huge thank you to the staff who have tried their best to make this period as smooth as possible, not only for the child but for us the parents too.
They have always asked how we are doing and always ready to give as much support as they can.

N Family Club is an exceptional nursery, I can find no fault. My child is always well cared for, clean and extremely happy.
The team in the Galley are brilliant. Always so kind and helpful. The daily activities are well thought out, engaging and fun. The daily trips to the park and rooftop are superb.
The
chef serves a variety of healthy and interesting food which my daughter loves.
The front-of-house team are flawless. Quick response time for all admin, helpful and polite. I'm always impressed they know every relative on a first-name basis.

We are really happy with our daughter's experience at N Family Stoke Newington. Her caregivers are exceptionally warm, attentive and dedicated to ensuring she feels happy and safe every day.
One of the best aspects is the variety of activities and outings. Our daughter loves the trips to local parks,
allowing her to explore nature and enjoy outdoor play. The nursery's outdoor space is great and promotes active learning in a safe environment.
The quality of food is also impressive; the healthy meals show a clear commitment to nutrition. Most importantly, the level of care each child receives is remarkable, fostering growth and development in a nurturing setting.
We wholeheartedly recommend N Family Stoke Newington to any parent seeking a caring and enriching environment for their little ones.

My daughter is in the Tower Room at Church Street N Family. She found the adjustment quite difficult at the start but the team have been absolutely amazing and this morning there was not a single tear at drop off and my daughter reached out for them at drop off! Amazing! They are always so enthusiastic,
kind and patient - it's obvious how much they care about the children and what they do. They have been fantastic at communicating with me during her adjustment to ensure my daughter was getting everything she needed and it also helped put me at ease. They put so much effort into making the days fun and interactive, I love seeing the pictures of the activities and my daughter's development has come on massively. They work so hard and I am so grateful to them for all they do. Everyone at the nursery, from reception to the managers to the chefs have been so lovely and the breakfast croissants are the icing on the cake!

We couldn't be happier with our choice of Family Club - Church Street for our daughter! After hearing rave reviews from friends, we signed up on the waiting list even before she was born, and it has truly been worth the wait.
Since starting at 1.5 years old, my daughter has thrived in this warm and
welcoming environment. She settled in remarkably fast - within just a week! Now, she attends five days a week and looks forward to the engaging activities in the Tower room.
She's formed a warm relationship with the room manager, and her key person. The entire staff exudes care and warmth, creating a nurturing atmosphere that makes us feel confident leaving her in their hands.
One of the highlights for us is knowing that my daughter enjoys freshly prepared meals every day. The menu is diverse and nutritious. We also love the regular updates and photos we receive through the app; it truly makes a big difference.

We started nursery for our 9-month-old in September 2024 and have been very happy with our experience over the last 6 weeks. I was initially wary about putting our daughter in nursery before she was 1 year old, but she has received excellent care and lots of attention from the lovely staff at N Club
Church Street. They have done fun activities with her focused on her age and development goals and also addressed successfully tricky issues like eating. I feel very safe leaving her at nursery and also know she is being exposed to activities and fun toys. The nursery is very well-resourced and the food is very healthy.

A good nursery with friendly staff and lots of creative ideas. The updates via the app work well and parents are kept closely informed. The daily food choices are well chosen, and regular trips to the park and surrounding areas are a nice addition to the program.

Incredibly caring and nurturing environment with amazing variety of activities for all round development. Excellent room staff, with consistency of team really helping with continuity of care - this is something the nursery has worked hard to address and has been a great step change. Instrumental to
this is the room manager who is fantastic and has built a great relationship with our daughter. We also benefit from very regular updates through the app (with photos), which is a great way of us seeing how our daughter is progressing and what fun she's having!

Our family joined the N Family Club over a year ago and they've quickly become an essential component of our tiny family of 3. Not only have they provided a safe and stimulating environment for our little one to spend his days whilst we return to work, but they have been there whenever we've needed
a bit of extra help or advice navigating the many challenges a little one can face at the very beginning of his life. Whether it was a friendly hello in a busy morning, a few extra cuddles during the very rough adaptation times, or the daily reports on naps, feeds and games, N Family has been able to keep our little one and also us parents at peace. At N Family Club, we've found a place we feel our little one is not only looked after and safe, but also happy and loved. We will be eternally grateful to each one of the members of N Family we have met and to all the love and hard work they put into what we feel is an invaluable and extremely demanding role. PS. We do miss the coffee machine.

Everyone who works at N Family Club is lovely and you can tell they really care about the children. My child loves it there. Daily updates and photos on the app are really useful. The children get outside time every day either in the rooftop garden or going on trips, which not a lot of nurseries do.

We love having our child at N Family. From the get go, we can genuinely feel the love and care the staff has for our child and all the children.
It wasn't easy from the start as my child had very serious separation anxiety as he was exclusively breastfed and has never left us. Hence when he started
at nursery, he was crying at the door and being sad throughout. The team at N Family have been nothing but supportive and encouraging. That meant a lot to us especially since it was very hard for us too seeing our child so unhappy every time we dropped him off.
Luckily, things started to change and he now loves nursery. He eats very well (often asking for seconds!), naps great and is very happy when we pick him up. This really wouldn't have happened if the staff weren't patient or caring.
We will not hesitate in recommending N Family to anyone who wants the best for their children. You can tell the staff really cares about what they do and that really matters to us! Thank you all!

Very responsive front of house and management, super friendly.
The educators are very creative and passionate about what they do. I really love the activity tables they prepare, the photos always look fab and they don't get enough hearts if you ask me! The activities are very thoughtful, cute and varied.
One staff member is brilliant, we're very happy with her as our child's key person.
Food: I love the menu, healthy, low carbon footprint with little meat and dairy, but lots of yummy dishes from all over the world. I think it's really outstanding.
Another thing we really appreciate about N is the activities for the kids and the events you organise for the parents, e.g. online events but also IRL parties and newsletters with lots of good tips, e.g. the last one was brilliant with tips on how to learn to ride a bike and make salt dough Xmas decorations.

Our overwhelmingly positive experience nonetheless started long before her actual first day. Like most nurseries of its calibre, it had a very long waiting list, which in retrospect makes even more sense. From the day we registered our daughter to the day we got confirmation, the process was seamless.
On induction, we were promptly greeted by her key person who assured all my worries and concerns, particularly as a first time mum, at our introduction. Her week of settling surpassed all our expectations. Her educators, every single one of them, facilitated a smooth transition not just for our daughter, but even for ourselves as parents recognising what a big milestone that is. She has since moved to another room and the exceptional experience continues. The activities are always creative and balancing the fundamental need of learning through play. The place is always immaculately clean. The cooking team is a personal favourite of mine. It’s also the only nursery certified as a B Corp.

10/10 staff, activities, food and environment. All of the staff are so warm and professional - they engage with all the parents/grandparents and learn everyone's names. The children go on to the rooftop garden every day and do lots of different learning activities. My daughter started at thirteen months,
always breastfed to sleep and quite an observant child. The staff were brilliant at settling her in. She now is much more confident, has learnt to walk and naps independently 2.5 hours some days! She smiles and waves to her friends and the staff every morning. The staff go above and beyond to help celebrate your culture/traditions. They have a different country to focus on each month and recording devices with words in different languages. We have brought in items from home that they have created activities around. They have thought of everything, from homemade breakfast for parents to a family wall of photos. I am envious of the menu and my daughter eats seconds every day! Thank you N Family.

Points = 1
  3. When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
  4. If a Day Nursery does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.
