I do however think the system of payment needs to be reviewed if she is ill or I take her out of nursery due to a holiday etc I am still paying for that day. I appreciate that they cannot offer that place for another child but with the cost of living having a strain on families, it is a lot of money to practically give to the nursery for nothing in return. I understand that every nursery works like this so this is not directed at The Butterfly Patch, however even a 40% deduction would be fair. The daily rate is so high for her not to attend.
Our son and ourselves are very pleased by The Butterfly Patch Hampton Court. He loves going to the nursery and he is always happy when we pick him up. The team is friendly and professional. The app that is in use to keep us updated adds a lot of value, and the keyworker's progress reviews help us to understand the development of our son. So far, all medical issues have been treated it the utmost professionalism. We couldn't picture a better place for our son.
Our child has had an exemplary experience at The Butterfly Patch Hampton Court. He has made friends and settled into the nursery way of life brilliantly. The staff at Hampton Court have supported our child at every new challenge and continue to facilitate his development. I can't recommend this nursery enough, if only all were like this one.
This is my little boy's first nursery and he joined at 4 months old. Since he joined he has developed socially and physically, he enjoys it and also has some little friends. He is now seven months and still loving it. The staff members are very understanding and helpful with tips.
My little girl has been going to this nursery for over two years now and there are very helpful staff, very reliable and always here to help. My little girl loves going there and is always very excited in the morning. She’s going to be very sad when she has to leave to go to school.
Lovely nursery with fun and care at its heart - we feel lucky to have them for our little boy. The team are dedicated, hard-working and so friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would say, having visited alternatives, this is the best all-round early years provider in the locality.
Our one-year-old daughter started at a different nursery in November 2021 and we ended up moving her to the butterfly patch in January 2022. It was the best move we could have done; the staff have been incredible with her and are always so warm and friendly from drop off to pick up. She settled very quickly with them and they go out of their way to make sure she is happy and have a long list of creative and thoughtful activities for her and her peers. I am kept very well informed and they really listen each day. I am so impressed and my daughter absolutely loves her time there. She even brings her backpack and coat to me on weekends because she wants to go to nursery!
My daughter absolutely loves her nursery! She literally holds her arms out to the staff when she arrives. They know her so well and the amount of activities they do is outstanding. They also go out daily which really appealed to us. We also love all the detailed updates we receive via an app. This also includes photographs. We highly recommend this nursery.
Our daughter has been to another nursery and we moved her in September. Having another very positive experience to compare to, The Butterfly Patch Hampton Court has been far better on a lot of points. Our two year old goes in happy, excited and because the nursery is quite small, knows every one by name. The use of the app to track food, sleep and activities is brilliant so that we are able to vary her diet, especially during lockdown. The fact that they go out every day and do something varied in the local area safely, is also brilliant and our daughter is more confident for this too. The smaller setting means our daughter learns from older children and learns to be caring towards younger children too. The staff have been brilliant at settling our daughter and the nursery overall has dealt brilliantly with the changes to deal with the pandemic. Thank you to all the team who take care of our girl.
My son has recently started and struggled with the change, the manager and the team have been extremely understanding and allowed us to have additional settling sessions. This has made his transition to nursery fun and enjoyable for us both! He absolutely loves going to nursery now. Looking forward to the rest of his time there, so impressed with how the nursery is set up and run, every staff member has a smile on their face each day and interact so wonderfully with the children.
The Butterfly Patch Hampton Court are brilliant. It’s very hard to know what a great nursery looks like, but this is it. It’s mainly down to the staff working there, they are kind, thoughtful, proactive, energetic and focused on your child which is positive. They are truly a cut above the rest and have made my child’s journey into nursery a success. The day is full of activities inside and out, our son has a great time. The only word that I can find which comes close is exemplary. I would recommend this nursery to everyone.
Absolutely fantastic nursery. My daughter loves going to school and always goes on about her friends and the teachers. She really likes going out to explore. There is an absolutely fantastic connection between staff and parents.
My boys moved over to this nursery and they have settled in beautifully. The staff are always willing to go that extra mile and there is always support where required. Everything is very organised and my boys needs are always met.
The Butterfly Patch Hampton Court is such a lovely nursery and feels like a proper home from home for my eighteen month old boy. The staff are all so caring and because of the nursery’s small size, they all know my son individually. Staff are always available and happy to help. They use a fantastic app that means it’s really easy to see what my son is up to throughout the day, including how many nappy changes he’s had, when he’s slept and what food he’s eaten. This gives so much confidence as a first time mum sending her baby to nursery. As well as personalised feedback at the end of every day, we get pictures and a write up each week and a more detailed development one each month, which shows how much fun my son is having and how much he’s learning. The biggest tick for me is that he loves going each day and clearly is building some fantastic bonds with his friends and nursery staff. I’m so pleased I found The Butterfly Patch Hampton Court.
