The Butterfly Patch Hampton Court is a world school where children under five spend most of their days outside exploring the world around them. Open long hours from 7:30 am to 6:30 pm, with optional extended hours from 7 am.

In a great commuter location, the nursery offers full and half-day sessions all year with extra activities such as music classes and baby massage, as well as serving fresh, healthy food.
                                                                
The Hampton Court nursery focuses on being part of the world and the local community. Regularly exploring the local area, for example, visiting historical sites, farms and nature trails and small businesses such as dentists, shops and vets.

The nursery is also focused on cutting down its carbon footprint to protect the environment by using renewable electricity, water-saving taps and reducing the use of plastic toys.

Children at the nursery play with real-world, free and found items. The nursery places a large focus on cultural capital and learning about communities and how to protect the world.

All delivered under the new EYFS and OFSTED frameworks and inspected by OFSTED.

Lovely nursery with fun and care at its heart - we feel lucky to have them for our little boy. The team are dedicated, hard-working and so friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would say, having visited alternatives, this is the best all-round early years provider in the locality.

Our one-year-old daughter started at a different nursery in November 2021 and we ended up moving her to the butterfly patch in January 2022. It was the best move we could have done; the staff have been incredible with her and are always so warm and friendly from drop off to pick up. She settled very
quickly with them and they go out of their way to make sure she is happy and have a long list of creative and thoughtful activities for her and her peers. I am kept very well informed and they really listen each day. I am so impressed and my daughter absolutely loves her time there. She even brings her backpack and coat to me on weekends because she wants to go to nursery!

My daughter absolutely loves her nursery! She literally holds her arms out to the staff when she arrives. They know her so well and the amount of activities they do is outstanding. They also go out daily which really appealed to us. We also love all the detailed updates we receive via an app. This also
includes photographs. We highly recommend this nursery.

Our daughter has been to another nursery and we moved her in September. Having another very positive experience to compare to, The Butterfly Patch Hampton Court has been far better on a lot of points. Our two year old goes in happy, excited and because the nursery is quite small, knows every one by
name. The use of the app to track food, sleep and activities is brilliant so that we are able to vary her diet, especially during lockdown. The fact that they go out every day and do something varied in the local area safely, is also brilliant and our daughter is more confident for this too. The smaller setting means our daughter learns from older children and learns to be caring towards younger children too. The staff have been brilliant at settling our daughter and the nursery overall has dealt brilliantly with the changes to deal with the pandemic. Thank you to all the team who take care of our girl.

My son has recently started and struggled with the change, the manager and the team have been extremely understanding and allowed us to have additional settling sessions. This has made his transition to nursery fun and enjoyable for us both! He absolutely loves going to nursery now. Looking forward
to the rest of his time there, so impressed with how the nursery is set up and run, every staff member has a smile on their face each day and interact so wonderfully with the children.

The Butterfly Patch Hampton Court are brilliant. It’s very hard to know what a great nursery looks like, but this is it. It’s mainly down to the staff working there, they are kind, thoughtful, proactive, energetic and focused on your child which is positive. They are truly a cut above the rest and have
made my child’s journey into nursery a success. The day is full of activities inside and out, our son has a great time. The only word that I can find which comes close is exemplary. I would recommend this nursery to everyone.

Absolutely fantastic nursery. My daughter loves going to school and always goes on about her friends and the teachers. She really likes going out to explore. There is an absolutely fantastic connection between staff and parents.

The Butterfly Patch Hampton Court is such a lovely nursery and feels like a proper home from home for my eighteen month old boy. The staff are all so caring and because of the nursery’s small size, they all know my son individually. Staff are always available and happy to help. They use a fantastic
app that means it’s really easy to see what my son is up to throughout the day, including how many nappy changes he’s had, when he’s slept and what food he’s eaten. This gives so much confidence as a first time mum sending her baby to nursery. As well as personalised feedback at the end of every day, we get pictures and a write up each week and a more detailed development one each month, which shows how much fun my son is having and how much he’s learning. The biggest tick for me is that he loves going each day and clearly is building some fantastic bonds with his friends and nursery staff. I’m so pleased I found The Butterfly Patch Hampton Court.
