The Green Giraffe Day Nursery - Cardiff Bay

Both of my children have attended Green Giraffe Cardiff Bay nursery with my youngest still there, the staff is great with my son and he loves his time there. He's always excited to go and super happy at pick up time. Everyone is very helpful if we have any queries or questions.

The Green Giraffe in Cardiff Bay has demonstrated exceptional childcare and development opportunities for my son. The environment is caring, the staff kind and nurturing and overall I could not have been happier with the service we as a family have received.

Our son has attended Green Giraffe since he was 9 months old and is starting school next week. It is a wonderful nursery with caring, friendly staff who seem genuinely invested in his development. He has thrived here.

I am really happy with the standard of care and communication from nursery. Management are excellent too and always happy to help. I feel comforted knowing that my daughter is safe and well cared for whilst having fun, learning and developing!

From pumpkins to apples my son has grown up with all the staff in Cardiff bay. Thank you so much we couldn't be happier on how you have all contributed to who he is today.

The whole staff been absolutely amazing. Very supportive and encouraging my daughter to develop. All teachers from day one were very helpful, informative and supportive. She absolutely enjoying coming to nursery! Highly recommended!

My son attends Green Giraffe Nursery in Cardiff Bay for over 7 months now. The staff are all amazing- you can tell they genuinely care for each child and take the time to support their needs and development. I get updates throughout the day with photos, nappy changes, food he's eating, and how much sleep he has. It's great to be kept updated especially when you first go back to work. I've been surprised at how quickly my son has developed and learnt new things and words since attending. I highly recommend this nursery.

And as a bonus - my child eats better there than at home! The fresh, organic meals must be magic, because apparently broccoli tastes better at nursery than it does in my kitchen.

Management is excellent - approachable, organised, and clearly passionate about maintaining high standards. My daughter absolutely loves going in each morning, which speaks volumes about the environment they've created. Our child has been coming to Green Giraffe for more than a year, starting when he was a little baby. He is so happy there, and wanders in with a smile on his face. He has grown in confidence and is learning new skills all the time, and we're secure in the knowledge he is being nurtured, brilliantly cared for and fed delicious, healthy food. We had some issues with potty training and the staff were trying everything to help, from prompts, flash cards to rewards. It really feels like we've conquered that now with help from Green Giraffe and a sense of team working between parent and nursery. We couldn't be happier.

We were really anxious about our daughter starting nursery but it's turned out to be the best decision we could have made. The manager and every single member of staff we've interacted with have been kind, enthusiastic and invested in the development of our daughter. She is so happy, kind, thoughtful and they are working to support our developmental goals. We love the values and mission of the nursery and whilst it was more expensive than other nurseries, we think the quality, care, curriculum and love they show the children make it worth it. Our daughter loves nursery and we'd send her more frequently if we could! I was so worried about sending my daughter to daycare but had absolutely no reason to stress. She loves it there and comes home a happy child. The staff genuinely love your child and go above and beyond to make sure they are cared for.

From the beginning my experience with the nursery has been exceptional. The management are so welcoming and help with anything that I need. It is a big thing to send your baby to nursery when they are so small but they made it so easy!
