Both of my children have attended this nursery, and I truly couldn't imagine sending them anywhere else. I even drive out of my way every day because it is genuinely the BEST nursery around.
The staff are absolutely amazing - they are kind, patient, and incredibly dedicated. It's so clear how much
they genuinely care for every single child. They take the time to understand each child's personality, needs, and strengths, creating a warm and supportive atmosphere that feels like a second home.
Communication is always brilliant. I'm kept informed about my child's day, their progress, and anything they might need extra support with. I've seen both of my children grow in confidence, develop socially, and really flourish thanks to the nurturing environment they provide.
And as a bonus - my child eats better there than at home! The fresh, organic meals must be magic, because apparently broccoli tastes better at nursery than it does in my kitchen.

My daughter attends Green Giraffe Nursery in Cardiff Bay full-time, and I couldn't be happier with the care she receives. The staff are exceptionally warm, friendly, and professional, always attentive to her individual needs and wellbeing. The nursery provides a great variety of healthy, nutritious
meals and snacks every day - something I really value as a parent. Communication is outstanding: I receive regular photo updates and prompt phone calls throughout the day when appropriate, which keeps me fully informed and reassured. Management is excellent - approachable, organised, and clearly passionate about maintaining high standards. My daughter absolutely loves going in each morning, which speaks volumes about the environment they've created. Overall, Green Giraffe Nursery Cardiff Bay is the perfect place for any parent looking for a safe, caring, and well-managed setting for their child's development and happiness. I cannot thank the staff enough for all they do!

Our child has been coming to Green Giraffe for more than a year, starting when he was a little baby. He is so happy there, and wanders in with a smile on his face. He has grown in confidence and is learning new skills all the time, and we're secure in the knowledge he is being nurtured, brilliantly
cared for and fed delicious, healthy food. We were thrilled when we found Green Giraffe in the Bay on our hunt for a nursery, we love their values, the vibe and the clean, friendly setting. We couldn't recommend them highly enough.

My experience here has been exceptional.
Sending my son to nursery was a decision I didn't take lightly, but every step of the way my experience of this nursery has been brilliant. My son was helped to settle into the nursery setting by a team of dedicated and caring staff, in truth they got me
through it too. My son now loves his time here, he is supported developmentally and emotionally and experiences so many fun, creative and educational play scenarios each day.
The food is excellent, the nursery setting is clean, welcoming and age appropriate. Thank you so much to the great team here.

Green Giraffe have been nothing but exceptional since our little man has been with them from the age of 9-10 months. He is now 3 and a half and is thriving. From coming home and singing the alphabet, to creating stories based on his experiences that day using his imagination.
We had some issues
with potty training and the staff were trying everything to help, from prompts, flash cards to rewards. It really feels like we've conquered that now with help from Green Giraffe and a sense of team working between parent and nursery. We couldn't be happier.

We were really anxious about our daughter starting nursery but it's turned out to be the best decision we could have made. The manager and every single member of staff we've interacted with have been kind, enthusiastic and invested in the development of our daughter. She is so happy, kind,
thoughtful and they are working to support our developmental goals. We love the values and mission of the nursery and whilst it was more expensive than other nurseries, we think the quality, care, curriculum and love they show the children make it worth it. Our daughter loves nursery and we'd send her more frequently if we could! Everything is clean, looked after, communication is excellent and the input of parents is wanted and reflected in the nursery. Thank you so so much.

I was so worried about sending my daughter to daycare but had absolutely no reason to stress. She loves it there and comes home a happy child. The staff genuinely love your child and go above and beyond to make sure they are cared for.

From the beginning my experience with the nursery has been exceptional. The management are so welcoming and help with anything that I need. My little boy settled in really well and the staff are so lovely and nurturing with him. You can tell that he is loved and happy within the nursery and I can't
thank the staff enough for making my little boy so happy and content. The care and attention that is met for my little boy is amazing from the daily diaries, observations and daily feedback. I am so happy with the Green Giraffe at Cardiff Bay and I can't recommend it enough, thank you so much for everything you do!

I can't speak highly enough of all the staff at Green Giraffe. Over the last 3 years they have got to know my daughter and tailored their support to nurture her in the best way.
The fundamentals go without saying- she is well fed with lovely healthy food, had her changing needs met promptly and
the range of activities are fantastic.
They supported her and us so well during potty training and I credit their dedication for how sociable and bright she is becoming.
They are accommodating and communicative.
It is a big thing to send your baby to nursery when they are so small but they made it so easy!

I'd love to recommend this nursery. We have had nothing but a positive experience with them. Our eldest thrived and we will definatly put in our 2nd child as soon as needed.

The facility is extremely well kept in term of uptake and tidiness. All the rooms, from little toddlers to grown ups are very broad, full of light and pleasant to the eye. Food menu is well communicated, healthy and varied
The staff is very attentive and supportive to parents' requests. They
track children's progresses with the app and they can provide detailed summaries of children's day upon collection.
All in all a very good experience for both parents and children.

My son thrived under the care of Green Giraffe. The staff were attentive to his needs and the communication was prompt and effective. We moved from England and were nervous for our son to start a new setting, but the staff went above and beyond to make him feel welcomed.

I am so grateful to have found such a fantastic nursery for our little one to attend. She has been to Green Giraffe Cardiff Bay since she was 10 months old, and the care she receives is incredible. They really love the children, providing a home from home environment but really developing them with
age appropriate tasks/play/craft/outside time etc. Our little one loves going in, which is the greatest test and gives us comfort that she's happy. They also deal with food allergies really well, updating care plans, providing her with safe alternatives of the meal so she's not excluded, but they keep her really safe which is such a relief for us. The meals are nutritional and varied too, and sound delicious. Updates are great through the day via the app, and verbally on collection. I would always highly recommend the nursery based on our experience to date. Thank you,

My son has attended this Green Giraffe Cardiff Bay for over 3 years and i'm so happy that we chose this nursery. The care is excellent and from so many of the staff, particularly one member, who has gone the extra mile with in caring for him for the past 18 months - my son always talks about her at
home! They have done so much in developing his speech, problem solving, emotional intelligence and humor that I cannot thank them enough!

I could be happier with the care and attention my child receives at this nursery. From day one, the staff have been warm, welcoming, and incredibly professional. It's clear that they genuinely care about every child's wellbeing and development.
The environment is safe, clean, and filled with fun
and educational activities. My little one comes home smiling every day, full of stories and new things they've learned. The communication from the team is excellent & I always feel informed and involved.

My son absolutely loves going to nursery at the Cardiff Bay Green Giraffe. As a parent I could not be more content with his care there.
The app gives me regular updates to let me know how he has been and what he has been getting upto which I find extremely useful especially for what food he likes.
Now for the Staff. The staff are the most lovely and supportive bunch of people I could ever leave my child with, regularly staff members i see outside of the playrooms ask after my son and are always smiling and welcoming.
Recently my Son changed rooms and the communication from the Staff and way it was handled so as to minimise his discomfort cannot be faulted in anyway.
Thank you Team, I am extremely happy with every aspect of Green Giraffe Cardiff Bay, especially the Staff.

My child has been at Green Giraffe since September 2024. We looked around for a long time for nurseries and felt that this one met our requirements. It's far surpassed our expectations and we're delighted that we chose it. It's always a nerve racking experience for any parents when their children
start nursery but he runs in to see his key workers and comes home happy and smiling after a fun filled day. We love how "on it" with sharing his day with us they are, and how well they know him. My son genuinely loves coming to nursery and the staff are kind, empathetic and real professionals. They have always been so open and receptive and I feel they genuinely love our little guy. We're so grateful for the care they give him. Our little girl will be attending when she is a little older and I have no doubt she will have the same experience.
