Banana Moon Day Nursery Hamilton

My little girl started Banana Moon nursery in September 2020, with being a first-time mum I was so nervous and apprehensive on what to expect. All the staff was so friendly and helpful and eased my nerves of leaving my daughter. Banana Moon app through the day put my mind at ease, the photos are amazing as I can see she’s having a lovely time. Management are very helpful, no query is never too big or small. I would highly recommend this nursery to anybody. My little one runs in smiling and comes out smiling what more could I ask for.

I would have no problem recommending this nursery to anyone and nor would our daughter who absolutely loves it there. Thanks Banana Moon.

My Grandson has been at Banana Moon for a few months now and has developed so much in every way and he has lovely bonds with the staff. The nursery is very clean, well equipped and welcoming. I like that there is an app which gives a report on my grandson's day - so I know how much sleep he’s had, what he’s had to eat and drink, whether he’s had soiled / wet nappies and what activities he’s done, sometimes with photos. I would definitely recommend Banana Moon as my grandson is always happy when I take him or pick him up.

My daughter's first term at Banana Moon, transitioning from a childminder to a nursery has been made so much easier thanks to all the staff. She has the best time and has created a great bond with all of the staff, they’ve been brilliant with her and she’s already progressing so amazingly with the help of them all. The parent app is brilliant, keeping me up to date with what she’s eaten, been doing throughout the day and how she’s getting on as well as receiving ‘gold star moments’ when she does something great to give her extra praise. Couldn’t recommend this nursery enough, from viewing they’ve all been brilliant, knowing they will work alongside me to get the best progress from my little one.

My daughter loves her days spent at Banana Moon. She has settled in so well and made lots of friends (including the staff), she really enjoys the variety of activities that are provided for her to do. I like that the children can also spontaneously decided what they want to do and that making their own choices is encouraged. They offer a variety of different foods at mealtimes and sometimes the children even get involved and make their own, such as pizzas. My daughter loves to be creative and has a wild imagination, I really like that all the staff embrace this and even encourage it with their interactions with her and the activities that are available for her to take part in. Playing outdoors is not off-limits even if the weather isn’t the best they just wrap up and put on their wellies. I am happy that my child is in safe hands whilst she is at Banana Moon and the extra measure that have been put in place due to COVID-19 are more than sufficient to protect both the children and staff.

My daughter loves this nursery. She settled in nicely at the start of September and I strongly believe this is due to how welcoming all the teachers were. Her communication skills have improved as well, thank you all for that you do.

My girl started at Banana Moon Nursery in early September and after months of being at home during the lockdown, she absolutely loved it. When we came to view the nursery before she started, I immediately liked the look of it and had a feeling she would settle in quickly. Thankfully, she settled in without any fuss. She didn't eat much food in the first month but has now started to try and eat almost everything; it's so good to see. She constantly talks about the staff and other kids when she is at home, and actually looks forward to the next day she is attending. The nursery itself is very spacious, clean and the staff very friendly. I like the Banana Moon app where you can view what she has done in terms of activities and also what she has eaten. The photos uploaded are a nice touch. Would highly recommend.

My little boy has been going to this nursery since the start of September. The staff are so friendly and always so welcoming. My little boy absolutely loves going to nursery and always tells me about the fun activities he has been doing. The food is always so varied and nutritious. The daily app is brilliant to tell me what my son has been doing throughout the day, showing daily pictures of him enjoying himself at nursery as well as to tell me what he has eaten. Already, I can see a change in my little boy's behaviour, he seems so settled in this setting even though it is his first time at nursery, his speech has come on leaps and bounds and after a choice of a couple of local nurseries, I am so glad I chose this one as I have nothing negative to say!

Amazing place for kids. Highly recommended because my daughter absolutely enjoys every moment of being there. Friendly and professional staff, easy communication with nursery through emails and they are always quick to respond.

My son absolutely loves going to Banana Moon nursery. He has settled really well and is really happy there. The nursery is well equipped and very clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and always happy to help. Since starting, my son's development has really come on. I love getting updates of my child’s day while I’m at work through the Banana Moon parent app. They send me what he has eaten, nappy changes and photos of things he has done throughout the day. I would definitely recommend this nursery to my family and friends.
