N Family Club - Brixton

Overall we love The N Family Club, the facilities are super and the educators and front desk staff are all amazing, helpful, friendly and caring. The only area for improvement is often nursury is understaffed which can result in a lot of agency/temp staff.

Two of my young children attend N Family Brixton, and they go in every day with smiles on their faces. The staff are very friendly and energetic and know each of the children from every room. Despite it being such a big nursery, there is a real sense of ‘family’. The activities planned for each day are thoughtful, fun and educational. From learning about the farm, under the sea or dinosaurs, to growing herbs and baking food. There’s always some messy tactile play focused on developing skills, understanding and experience, which suits my two so well. Both children are happy and come home satisfied with their day every day.

We've had a wonderful experience with this nursery. Always accommodating, good communication and most importantly, the children absolutely love it there. The staff are all lovely. The rooms are beautifully laid out and cared for. Activities are varied but tailored to the interests of the children in the room and there's always plenty of outdoor time in one of their two lovely play areas. The menu is creative but healthy and my children seem to devour it.

N Family Club has been a wonderful environment for both of our children for the past two years. The educators are so passionate about the kids, activities vary every week. We haven’t found another nursery that compares!

The staff in my daughter's room are great too - she clearly loves her time there and they foster a lovely culture of happiness and learning that is clear to see. She learns a lot each day and the team really listens to what she has been up to outside of nursery and development areas.

Communication with staff is excellent and the facilities are wonderful. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

I have two children at N Family Club Brixton and I am delighted with the care they receive there. They have both learnt so much and it is clear to see the staff love the children they look after. Everyone is great to deal with. I have no complaints and highly recommend it.

We are very happy with the nursery, the educators are fabulous and they pay lots of attention to the little ones and they give them so much love and cuddles. They do great activities and the little ones are always entertained. Since being there, our child has become much more confident and developed lots of skills. She loves going to nursery. The food is yummy and our little one eats everything. The management team are nice and they always say hello and remember who we are. We would highly recommend it.

Not an easy job to look after a room of children who have separation anxiety! My son is 16 months and settled very quickly due to the warm and caring team. Lots of activities, good food and genuine feedback from the team. Lovely space and community feel to the nursery too.

I am very happy with this nursery in general. I like that the staff are friendly, caring and give lots of feedback about my child's day and development. Activities are varied, interesting and focus on lots of learning. Healthy food is made in their own kitchen. COVID measures have been taken seriously, which is reassuring. The nursery isn't cheap, but it feels like you do get that little bit extra to justify this.

Great nursery. Staff are lovely and knowledgeable. We can really see the progress our son is making there. Activities are always fun, creative and informative. The food is fresh, delicious and healthy.

Really lovely educators, my son settled very quickly - both when he started, and when he has moved up rooms. The menu is great, and activities are engaging. Would highly recommend. Staff have been very accommodating throughout what must have been a difficult 18 months for them during the pandemic.

The team here is great. Always very professional, but also friendly, approachable and clearly all very passionate about the children and their experience at Nursery. Food is great, with menus issued weekly, and a great range of balanced meals served. The extended opening hours are so vital to working parents such as my wife and I and really help with the day-to-day juggle of being a parent to a young child. The front-of-house team are fantastic and are really an extension of the educators, not simply there to 'man the desk'. Throughout lockdown and into the relaxing of restrictions, the whole ethos of the Nursery team has been on ensuring the children were prioritised. A real pleasure to send our son here, and so great to see the updates on the app, knowing he is having a great time is a real weight off!

Our child joined 5 months ago, she was 8 months old at the time she started. Settling in days were very well run. Her primary carer was excellent in managing our apprehensions as parents and our child built a bond very quickly. Communication from her core team has been excellent, they have worked with us around our child’s nap routine and feeding schedule. They took the lead on transitioning her from two naps to one nap as she got older with great results. Management and Front of House have been quick to accommodate requests for more days and ad hoc days. I am always amazed by the Front of House’s ability to greet each parent and child by name every morning, a very personal touch. Our daughter has gone from a lockdown baby, ie apprehensive of anyone, to a socially confident toddler which I attribute primarily to N Family rather than my own skills. We were nervous about sending our daughter to nursery at first but she now gets her shoes every morning to get us moving.

This is a lovely nursery and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. I currently have two children there, one preschooler who has been there since March 2020 and a toddler who started there in January. Both are very happy indeed and have excellent relationships with their key workers. The activities they participate in are really magical - watching caterpillars turn into butterflies and ducklings hatch out of eggs, building space rockets, doing yoga, developing literacy and numeracy with games in the lovely outdoor spaces etc. I've also been impressed with the school readiness program. There has been quite a high turnover of staff in my older child's room, but that seems to have settled now and appears to be unusual.

Our daughter joined N Family Club almost a year ago at the age of nine months and has enjoyed a fantastic experience since then. The entire team at the nursery, from the management and front of house to the team in her class, have been consistently responsive and communicative to any queries we have had. The wide variety of activities and first-class facilities are great for our daughter's development and she has established strong bonds with her key people and educators. She also enjoys the different food options in their delicious and variable menu. In addition, the weekend activities are something we look forward to as a family and the evening talks for parents have proved to be informative and educational. All in all - it's a great place and we are really happy with our decision to choose N Family Club as our nursery.

We are delighted with how N Family Club - Brixton settled our son into the nursery. His relationships with his key people are amazing and they have truly taken the time to get to know him and his personality. The food is incredible and provides so much variety. All of the grounds and resources have been planned and chosen carefully. The only downside is not getting to go into the nursery at the moment but hopefully as Covid-19 restrictions change this will too.

Very happy indeed.

The regular updates on the app are a really great tool for us to see what our son is getting up to day-to-day. We’ve also found it helpful to get to see some of the particular learning focuses which helps us to encourage the same developments at home.

I never worry that my children are in the best care, and they’re always happy to go in, which speaks volumes. I have already recommended to friends and would do so in future. The bar has been set high for my daughter's school next year!
