N Family Club - Brixton

The N team are amazing! From the moment we walk through the door, we are greeted with the best welcome, which our son loves, and it also brightens up our day! The staff at N are so caring and full of positive energy. The activities are thoughtful and engaging. My son loves every minute. We’re so happy we found N. Thank you to everyone; we would be lost without you!

This is a first-class nursery. The staff are lovely and take time to let you know how your child’s day has been. My grandson is really settled there and enjoys all the facilities the nursery has to offer especially the garden. He likes the food which is varied and nutritional. The nursery is very clean. It’s a comfort to know that my grandson is safe and well cared for and very happy at this nursery.

Wonderful friendly environment with proactive engaging educators who we feel really love our children. We get regular updates and the kids leave happy so something is going very tight at N Family Club-Brixton. I would recommend it.

An incredible nursery with superb facilities, freshly prepared food and lots of space! My son absolutely adores it! The staff are so friendly and professional and the curriculum is excellent - I would thoroughly recommend this nursery to anyone.

We’ve been a part of N Family Club - Brixton for three years now and have found it’s the most wonderful start for a child. Our eldest just started primary school and she’s well equipped with the skills she needs thanks to N. All the staff are great, they’re all fab.

Day to day they give good updates on the app and my son always seems to be doing something fun, but also learning too. The food choices are excellent as well and my son eats better than I do throughout the day! Although it’s one of the more expensive nurseries, it was noticeably better than the others we looked at.

We’ve been with N since our daughter was ten months old. I’m impressed with the activities they do for the children. She’s formed a real connection with her key workers and she always enjoys herself. They’ve been affected by talent shortages, like all in the sector, but the educators and front of house staff who are there permanently make such an effort with the parents and children. I still don’t know how the front of house manager knows everyone by name, but it’s certainly impressive. We’ve met other great, like-minded parents there and it has a strong community feel.

We absolutely love N Family Brixton. Our daughter started about a year ago after a bad experience at another local nursery. She struggled a bit with separation anxiety and the team really worked with her to build her confidence. She now walks into nursery without even looking back at me. The staff is so friendly and caring and they have built a really lovely community.

N Family in Brixton is an excellent nursery. We have been with them for almost two years and have never had any problems. Our child absolutely loves all the activities, the staff, and the yummy food.

Our daughter attended N Family Club - Brixton between the ages of 13-29 months. She was superbly taken care of in each of the two rooms she was part of, forming close bonds with her teachers, making friends, and growing into a confident member of her classrooms. Pros: Thoughtful, caring, nurturing teachers. Excellent curriculum with a wide variety of activities to stretch kids in many directions and allow them to find their interests. Clean, comfortable, safe and stylish environment. Absolutely brilliant front of house management who make drop-off, pick-up and various admin necessities a delight. Cons: Lots of staff turnover and short-staffing; not always clear why or when (good) employees have left. Heavy reliance on agency staff rather than full-time. Communication should be standardised and reliable, with info shared at regular intervals (eg. newsletters, which were inconsistent), invitations to events and room and staff changes shared in a standard way with enough notice, etc.

A lovely, caring environment! Such a warm welcome every morning and my son is excited to go to nursery. Each staff member makes a huge effort, not just his key worker, which makes a huge difference to the overall experience. The amount he’s learnt since being there is amazing.

N Family Brixton has provided fantastic care and support to my 2 children. Front of house staff are always welcoming and it’s incredible that they know every child, parent, sibling, grandparent etc by name!

My 2 children very much enjoy their time at N. I like the approach that the nursery takes in their education. The staff are enthusiastic and caring towards the children. The staff act positively on the feedback given from the parents. It's got good outdoor space. The food is healthy and varied. I find it worth paying the slightly higher price for this nursery.

The staff member at reception is incredible. He makes you feel like your every word and wish matters, that he knows you and your child from the get-go and will go out of his way to make you feel comfortable and looked after. He also has the most wonderful energy, instantly makes you smile and is super organised and efficient. Along with all the other amazing carers and staff, he makes N Family Club Brixton the nursery you want your child to go to, provides that little extra that you never knew you needed from a nursery.

We have had a fantastic experience with N Family Club. The staff are brilliant and have created a warm and loving environment. The daily activities are both fun and educational, with plenty of outdoor time. Communication is terrific and we love our daily updates on what the kids have been up to. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

We have had two children at N Family Club Brixton from 12 months through to 4 years old. Everything about the nursery has been exceptional. The facilities are excellent and perfectly maintained. The food is healthy and of a very high quality (and our children love it!). The curriculum has been supportive and stretching right from day one through to just before starting school. There are occasional trips out, usually to Brockwell Park but recently also up to the Tate Britain. Mostly, however, the staff are brilliant and absolutely lovely. The management and front-of-house team are so welcoming and approachable, and the room staff have so much energy, skill and love for the children. Our children have loved being at N and we’ve loved being parents - there is a really strong community and we’ve made long-term friends. The ‘graduation’ ceremony for our eldest recently was a highly emotional experience for everyone!

We have been with the nursery for a year and a half and our son is loving it! We both get welcomed every day and then he toddles off into his room, we get pictures and updates through the app. He has a great day and comes home happy and content.

Great nursery. The front-of-house manager is exceptional. The staff in the rooms are amazing, honestly don’t know how they do it. Such a good variety of entertainment and learning. Also, the on-site chefs are great.

Our little boy has been at N Family Club for 5 days a week for a year now - he started at 4 months old. He was so little when he started and I was quite heartbroken to be going back to work full-time. The team took such magnificent care of him and allayed all of my worries. He is so excited to arrive at nursery each day (giving hugs at reception!) The activities (indoor and outdoor) that are planned every day are clearly contributing to his speedy development. The quality of the food is verging on over-the-top; genuinely restaurant-worthy (but so healthy!) Couldn't be happier.
