N Family Club - West Hampstead

Love this nursery, my baby started at the nursery a couple of weeks ago and is very happy there. The staff was so helpful and supportive and made me feel comfortable very quickly. They cared a lot about my baby which made it easy for me to relax into this new step. I love that the baby's room has windows floor to ceiling and a little covered outdoor space so they can enjoy fresh air and daylight. They also were very open to using the same nappies and formula brands I use at home. I love that they have a baby sensory room. My baby loves going there.

A very loving, supportive and sweet nursery. Our daughter has been at N Family Club for two years and has really enjoyed it. The team genuinely cares for your child and the food is excellent (something I am very grateful for as they get fed very well multiple times a day). Very grateful for the nursery and I have already put my other daughter's name down for next year.

Big shoutout also to their in-house chef - the menu is excellent and very balanced from a nutritional perspective, kids love it!

Friendly staff, if a few too many Arsenal fans! Kids seem happy there and activities and learning is varied. Very structured, ideal prep for school. Nice treats in reception. Flexible in terms of swapping days etc. Very comfortable with my kids being there. Good nursery!

My daughter has been at the nursery for about two months and it has been an excellent experience! N West Hampstead has an excellent manager, room leads/team and front-of-house staff. I am so glad to send my daughter to a place where she is well looked after, learning and experiencing new things, and all smiles at drop off and pick up! Great play facilities and activities for the children, as well as a very interactive app keeping parents up to date on their children’s day in real time! Feeling lucky to have got a place here and would recommend it to all parents.

N Family is the nurturing and loving environment that we looked for when enrolling our daughters into nursery. Each child is supported in a personalized way which enhances their self trust, curiosity and determination. As parents, we made great friends among the parent community not to mention that our daughters made lifelong friends. The hours 8 AM to 6 PM help tremendously when both parents work full time. We highly recommend N West Hampstead and are grateful for the lovely staff and management team which took great care of our family.

We joined the Nursery a month ago and although our little one has not been settled in yet, everyone is there to support us - from the lovely team in the babies' room to the management team! We receive updates on how her day is going and we love the pictures of her while she is playing/ drawing/ reading! The staff really cares about each baby individually and the constant update makes us feel that she is in good hands. We love all the activities and the things she is learning and we can see that it has a positive impact on her while she is at home showing us new things she learned at the nursery. Thank you very much to the whole team!

My daughter has been attending N Family Club, West Hampstead for over a year now. She loves going to school and is so well looked after by the staff and management. We love the N Family education philosophy and the range of activities for the children.

Our daughter has been at N Family West Hampstead for 1.5 years and has absolutely thrived during this time. She walks in each day with a smile on her face and she has made many friends there. She is always stimulated and learning with the many activities available to her. The staff are wonderful and caring, and always go above and beyond. We love the events they put on for Sports Day, Easter, Mother's and Father's Day, and Halloween. N Family have created a sense of community and we are very happy to be a part of it.

We are so incredibly happy with N Family Club West Hampstead. Our son is doing very well and has developed so much in the time he’s been there. The range of activities the brilliant nursery staff do with the children is fantastic and the staff are always happy to give tips on fun developmental activities items we can also do easily at home. The communication between staff and parents is exceptional, I always know exactly how he’s getting on and they make sure at every pick-up and drop-off there is a good amount of time to do a verbal handover. The Famly app is really good and I get lots of pictures and videos. The food is of exceptionally high quality and a real variety is provided, in fact, I wish they did takeaways for parents! We couldn’t be happier with N Family Club and would recommend it to any parent looking for a nursery in West Hampstead.

My son has really flourished in his time at this nursery. He looks forward to going in the mornings (and is even keen to go on weekends). The staff are caring and really take the time to adjust to the needs and interests of each child. I’ve been especially happy with my son’s relationship with his key person. As a parent, it makes you feel at ease when you leave your child at a nursery where he is happy and well cared for.

The food is delicious and my son loves it. The menu is very diverse and healthy - I wish could eat there as well.

N Family Club arrived in West Hampstead at the end of 2019, a time when we struggled to find suitable nurseries for our then 1 year and 6-month-old daughter. We love everything about the nursery: the building, the rooms, the staff, the food served to the kids, the activities and the learning experiences. It is the best nursery.

We couldn't be happier with the nursery! As a parent, there are things you expect, like making sure it's a safe, caring environment that helps your children develop. And then there are things you hope, like your child feeling the same warmth as home, that their education feels tailored to their interests and they develop as you hope they may do with you there.

N Family Club West Hampstead really does deliver on our expectations and exceeds our hopes – our toddler moved over from a different nursery around 9 months ago and we feel so lucky. The care from his key worker has been exceptional – at one stage we told her he had an emerging interest related to volcanoes and a few days later she tailored a science experiment around just that!

Would recommend to all parents in the area!

Even through the pandemic they've been incredible and keeping us in touch with all that's happening in our child's day which has been so important to us as parents.

We have two children of different ages at the N Family Club and are feeling very lucky to have found this perfect nursery! The attention given to each and every detail, varied activities as well as diversity awareness are of the highest standards, alongside well trained and excellent staff are wonderful. The facility itself is amazing, the food menu incredibly accurate and the pedagogical approach very impressive.

Our daughter has been at the nursery since September 2020 and we have been incredibly impressed. We were very worried about her settling in, as she had never been looked after by anyone other than her parents, but the nursery handled the whole process very sensitively and patiently and now she absolutely loves going in each day. All the staff that we have come across are fabulous and clearly genuinely love being with the children. She has developed and progressed so much in a relatively short space of time - the nursery has exceeded our expectations. I am usually very difficult to please and I genuinely could not be happier with N Family - I just wish they did primary and secondary schools too!

Unfortunately, due to Covid, we have not been able to take advantage of some of the other N ‘perks’ but we are looking forward to being about to interact more with the staff and see more of the facilities when we are able.

I am extremely happy with this nursery. I am very impressed by the work done by educators. My son is learning a lot of things and the educators always make sure they share feedback with me on a daily basis and give suggestions on how to support and extend learning at home as well. I am impressed by the breadth of activities they expose the children to. I love the variety and I love the fact that they use top quality toys and materials. I can tell that they care about the children a lot and they know them very well. The facilities are also great which is definitely a plus.

N Family Club at Woodchurch Road is a fantastic nursery. The staff and educators are all caring, nurturing and clearly take an active interest in the welfare and development of the children in their care. You're kept informed of all the activities your child has done each day as well as how their development is coming along. Our daughter has developed a great bond with her educators and is always keen to head in each morning. The facilities are fantastic! Each room is filled with a variety of toys, books and educational activities. The outside playground is amazing with climbing frames, sand and water features as well as big chalkboards to practice their mark-making. The menu is really impressive with nutritious meals and snacks that are prepared fresh on-site each day. 2020 has been a huge upheaval for many, but the nursery has always kept us well informed of their policies and we feel in safe hands. We love being part of the N Family and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
