N Family Club - West Hampstead

My son has really flourished in his time at this nursery. He looks forward to going in the mornings (and is even keen to go on weekends). The staff are caring and really take the time to adjust to the needs and interests of each child. I’ve been especially happy with my son’s relationship with his key person. As a parent, it makes you feel at ease when you leave your child at a nursery where he is happy and well cared for.

The food is delicious and my son loves it. The menu is very diverse and healthy - I wish could eat there as well.

N Family Club arrived in West Hampstead at the end of 2019, a time when we struggled to find suitable nurseries for our then 1 year and 6-month-old daughter. We love everything about the nursery: the building, the rooms, the staff, the food served to the kids, the activities and the learning experiences. It is the best nursery.

We couldn't be happier with the nursery! As a parent, there are things you expect, like making sure it's a safe, caring environment that helps your children develop. And then there are things you hope, like your child feeling the same warmth as home, that their education feels tailored to their interests and they develop as you hope they may do with you there.

N Family Club West Hampstead really does deliver on our expectations and exceeds our hopes – our toddler moved over from a different nursery around 9 months ago and we feel so lucky. The care from his key worker has been exceptional – at one stage we told her he had an emerging interest related to volcanoes and a few days later she tailored a science experiment around just that!

Would recommend to all parents in the area!

Even through the pandemic they've been incredible and keeping us in touch with all that's happening in our child's day which has been so important to us as parents.

We have two children of different ages at the N Family Club and are feeling very lucky to have found this perfect nursery! The attention given to each and every detail, varied activities as well as diversity awareness are of the highest standards, alongside well trained and excellent staff are wonderful. The facility itself is amazing, the food menu incredibly accurate and the pedagogical approach very impressive.

Our daughter has been at the nursery since September 2020 and we have been incredibly impressed. We were very worried about her settling in, as she had never been looked after by anyone other than her parents, but the nursery handled the whole process very sensitively and patiently and now she absolutely loves going in each day. All the staff that we have come across are fabulous and clearly genuinely love being with the children. She has developed and progressed so much in a relatively short space of time - the nursery has exceeded our expectations. I am usually very difficult to please and I genuinely could not be happier with N Family - I just wish they did primary and secondary schools too!

Unfortunately, due to Covid, we have not been able to take advantage of some of the other N ‘perks’ but we are looking forward to being about to interact more with the staff and see more of the facilities when we are able.

I am extremely happy with this nursery. I am very impressed by the work done by educators. My son is learning a lot of things and the educators always make sure they share feedback with me on a daily basis and give suggestions on how to support and extend learning at home as well. I am impressed by the breadth of activities they expose the children to. I love the variety and I love the fact that they use top quality toys and materials. I can tell that they care about the children a lot and they know them very well. The facilities are also great which is definitely a plus.

N Family Club at Woodchurch Road is a fantastic nursery. The staff and educators are all caring, nurturing and clearly take an active interest in the welfare and development of the children in their care. You're kept informed of all the activities your child has done each day as well as how their development is coming along. Our daughter has developed a great bond with her educators and is always keen to head in each morning. The facilities are fantastic! Each room is filled with a variety of toys, books and educational activities. The outside playground is amazing with climbing frames, sand and water features as well as big chalkboards to practice their mark-making. The menu is really impressive with nutritious meals and snacks that are prepared fresh on-site each day. 2020 has been a huge upheaval for many, but the nursery has always kept us well informed of their policies and we feel in safe hands. We love being part of the N Family and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We moved our daughter from another nursery to N Family West Hampstead as soon as it opened. Their reputation from their other locations was excellent and I’m pleased to say it is the best decision we have made. The facilities are excellent; the staff polite and professional (take their time to learn who all the parents are by name) and my daughter has loved it from day one. The structure of the classes is a great mix of activities and there is also a good focus on being outside. We’re kept regularly updated via the Famly App which makes all admin very easy to deal with. Our daughter loves the carers and has made a lot of friends. Worth a separate mention - the food and the children’s weekly menu is absolutely amazing! The food is top quality right down to the choice of smoothies. Additionally, you get access to a whole range of N Family club classes (outside of nursery hours) a lot of which we have taken up - cooking; parenting classes; arts and crafts.

I simply cannot praise this nursery enough. The staff, the thoughtful design that allows seamless indoor and outdoor play, the research put into the toys and books plus the fact that N Family has created their own curriculum based on the best bits of different educational methodologies (Montessori, Reggio Emilia, Forest School etc) - all have me convinced that my son is in the best hands. We joined in February 2020, and the communication throughout the Pandemic has been flawless. The CEO of the company over-communicated regularly on policies and laid out a path for return and securing staff stability. N Family really led the way here, including sending out daily activities and videos to do with our kids so they keep developing (and we would know how to entertain them!). N Family is in a league of its own when it comes to childcare but also creating a community between staff, children and parents. Happy parent and child!

N Family Club West Hampstead is just that, an extended family! We are beyond happy with the care our 2 year old little girl gets. She is so excited every day to go to "school" and is always smiling on pick up. We get updates via the app through the day which keeps us connected to her learnings. Her growth in language: social skills have been so wonderful to watch - we couldn't be more thankful to be apart of this wonderful community.

I cannot speak highly enough about N. You truly do feel like you, and more importantly, your child, are welcomed into a wider family. The educators take great care and really do cater to the needs of your child, understanding that each are unique and are developing at different paces and in different ways. My child is truly thriving and is developing fantastic social skills which are undoubtedly a result of the bonds made with other children and educators alike. Thank you, N for creating a home away from home for my little one.
