I’ve looked at a lot of nurseries, by far the manager at Perfect Start has been the most welcoming and friendly. All the staff at the nursery have taken such good care of my daughter. She loves going and actively waves me goodbye and doesn’t want to leave at the end of the day. Communication is great
and the app is a lovely way to see what your child has being doing and for you to read what their next steps are.
I believe my daughter is safe, well looked after, has fun and honest communication is what I wanted. It’s a truly brilliant nursery.

We have recently moved to the area and was looking for a new nursery. Perfect Start was just opening and sounded perfect for our boys. The manager was so helpful with answering all of our questions and doing a virtual show round. The rooms are nice and have all the toys and equipment to keep the little
ones learning and engaged. Our boys went to a settling in session where they really enjoyed themselves and the staff were so friendly and they warmed to them instantly. The garden is nearly finished and looks like it will be amazing.

The nursery has been so welcoming and friendly. I was very nervous about my son starting nursery but as soon as I met the staff I was reassured that I had made the right decision with Perfect Start.
They are professional and their daily updates make you feel you have not missed anything.

Charlotte Wilcox

Job Title: Nursery Manager

Hi, I’m Charlotte, the Nursery Manager here at Kids Planet Horsham. I’ve been working in childcare since 2014 and joined the nursery in July 2020 as a Room Leader. Since then, I’ve progressed through several roles, including Third in Charge, Deputy Manager, and now Manager.
I’ve always been passionate about working with children and feel incredibly lucky to be part of their early learning journey. Watching them grow, develop, and discover the world around them is the most rewarding part of what we do.
Originally part of the Perfect Start group, our nursery became part of Kids Planet in March 2025. Throughout these changes, we’ve continued to maintain our high standards of care and education, and I’m proud to lead a dedicated team that puts children’s well-being at the heart of everything we do.
