I have a son of 20 months. He started to nursery 6 months ago. I have been living here for 1 year and my English is not good. The manager patiently took care of me when I went to get information. She helped me. A very warm and friendly team. I am also very pleased with the development of my son.

My son started nursery two months ago and I was really pleased with the induction weeks. The staff really took the time to make sure he settled in and now he is doing really well with the supportive environment.

I was so grateful for the kind, warm and welcoming experience I had in getting my daughter started at Elan Day Nursery - Haywards Heath. I was lucky enough to be able to go in and meet the staff who would be looking after her and see where she would be spending her days, which was very comforting. Within
a few months of going to Elan Day Nursery - Haywards Heath my daughter had picked up so many wonderful skills that I know are down to her going there. The staff always seem happy to be working there which is reassuring. They are brilliant at keeping the children entertained with various activities and make a point of taking the children out for a daily walk which is fantastic. They have also kept on top of things with regards to the pandemic and have a good system in place. In the months that were plagued with pandemic uncertainties, my daughter has been fortunate to have had the constant of going to a great nursery, where she is very happy, settled and enjoys socialising with the children and staff.

My son has attended Elan Preschool - Haywards Heath for the past one and a half years and prior to this attended Elan Preschool - Haywards Heath from the age of six months. He really enjoys the preschool. They provide a broad range of activities for the children throughout the day, great facilities
and the opportunities to take part in additional sports and music activities. The setting provides a safe and happy environment for all the children, with wonderful and friendly staff. I would recommend this setting to others without any hesitation.

I absolutely love Elan Preschool - Haywards Heath. My daughter has a wonderful time there. She is excited when I drop her off and is absolutely buzzing when I pick her up. The staff are fantastic and clearly know the children well and really do love them. The variety of activities is outstanding and

Our little boy absolutely loves Elan Preschool - Haywards Heath, all of the staff are amazing, warm, welcoming and hugely generous with their time. They always take time to share stories of the funny things that my son gets up to each day. We were previously at a nursery in London and since joining
Elan Preschool - Haywards Heath have seen a significant leap in my sons learning. He loves writing his name, recognizing letters and singing the phonics song. The variety of activities are brilliant, with the staff making every effort to take the kids out on trips or spend time in the garden. I couldn’t speak more highly of Elan Preschool - Haywards Heath and would recommend to everyone!

My son started Elan Preschool - Haywards Heath in 2018 as an explorer and now he is in preschool. Very friendly and caring staff. He is so happy every day in the morning to go to preschool. Very positive attitude. I can't complain for anything. Highly recommended.

My daughter has loved Elan Preschool - Haywards Heath from the minute we moved her to there in January 2020. The teachers are all fantastic and she speaks of everyone of them so highly. My three-year-old daughter attends Elan Pre-School three days a week, having moved up from the nearby nursery site last year. She is delighted to go each day and comes out at the end of the day full of smiles and stories of what she's been upto. Her language and reasoning have clearly come on since
she has been there. Overall, the most telling thing for me though leaving my child at Elan while I'm at work is that she talks about the staff at home and refers to them as her friends, and is clearly very happy there. Our new baby will go to both sites in due course, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Elan Pre-School to others. My thanks to the staff.

Pre-school has felt like an extension of our family - both boys have loved attending over the years and we will be so sad when our youngest leaves to start school this September. The staff have been so supportive and encouraging with their development, they always go the extra mile to help the children.
In our personal experience, we feel they dedicated a lot of one-to-one time with our children and really got to know them. The facilities and range of play areas within the pre-school and garden area give a lot of variety and our son is always so excited to share what he has been up to and learnt each day.

My son has been at Elan Preschool after moving over from the nursery setting, and he is having the absolute time of his life. After just 3 months he is recognising letters and spelling his own name (he had no interest in this before!) He comes home leaping and bounding, singing songs about different
continents and telling me all about what he has done with his friends and different members of staff that day. The staff are all so friendly and have always been available to answer any queries or concerns I've had. They have a wonderful play area outside and more activities planned every day than I could ever think of. I couldn't recommend Elan more highly!

Elan Preschool - Haywards Heath is such a great place for kids. My daughter absolutely loves going there and comes home everyday excited about what she was up to that day. They are not only about childcare but big on learning too. Staff is doing amazing job looking after and teaching our next generation.
They should be all very proud of themselves for what they are doing and achieving everyday. If you are looking for childcare Elan Preschool - Haywards Heath is place to go.

We have found Elan Preschool to be extremely caring and nurturing for our 3-year-old. After recently relocating to the area we were nervous about how our child would settle in a new environment. We found the staff to be very proactive, encouraging and stimulating which has made for an easy transition.
Our child seems to be learning a great deal and is full of tales of the activities he has completed at home time. We would definitely recommend Elan to other parents.

Both my children went to Elan and I cannot rate them highly enough. Elan has a knack of recruiting the most wonderful staff that are caring, fun and full of energy. Both my children loved every minute and have emerged as happy, confident children, ready for school. The activities are well structured
and varied and provide a lovely balance of free play, physical activity and learning opportunities. I've always felt the staff know my children really well and are tailoring activities to their development/ability. I'm told the food is better than at home.
More generally, the preschool is well run, with great parent communications, really efficient admin on the bills side, clear policies and management that really welcome and respond to parent feedback. I've even turned to them for advice when I've been worried about a parenting issue and they will always help. I asked my daughter 'Why do you like preschool?' and she said 'because I laugh so much.' I think that says it all.

My son has attended Elan Preschool for the past 18 months, and prior to this attended the Nursery setting too. He loves preschool and comes home full of excitement from the fun he’s had throughout the day. The setting provides a safe and happy environment for all the children, with wonderful friendly
staff who are professional and attentive to each child’s needs and development. The pre-school is managed really well, and we have been especially impressed with their approach during the Covid-19 pandemic, with clear communication throughout about the changes that have had to be implemented. The whole team have made coming back after lockdown a very easy transition for both children and parents alike. I would recommend this setting to others without any hesitation.

I can't rate Elan Preschool highly enough.
My daughter loves it there and is supported and nurtured there.
In regards to communication as a parent, Elan are open and understanding to family needs and change in circumstances and have been clear and reflexive throughout the COVID pandemic.
Food is
of a high standard too and my daughter will often request meals she has had at nursery at home.
My daughter will be sad to leave when she starts school.

My granddaughter began at this nursery, having pre-COVID attended its sister nursery at Horsham. By the end of her first week (4 days) at Elan she had settled in and already decided she liked it. My granddaughter has built a good rapport with her keyworker also likes another member of staff and has
a particular fondness for the chef. Happy and keenly confident to attend Elan speaks for itself.
