Staff always go above and beyond for my daughter. Always friendly and she often talks about how good her day has been. During a scary time with covid-19 they ensure children can still enjoy their time at nursery safely.

Since the nursery opened in January 2020, my son has enjoyed every single minute. The facilities are new, clean and so exciting for children. My son always talks about the garden. The staff have always been incredibly attentive and supportive of his needs and I can't thank them enough for helping him get ready for school. He started school more confident, resilient and happy being with others. His fussy eating greatly improved, thank you for all the encouragement you gave him.

We desperately needed back-up care for our son and found Bright Horizons Hertford Day Nursery through my employer. From the very start, we were blown away by the calm, caring nature of the staff. Our toddler made instant connections and felt right at home. The team were pro-active in calling in the first few days to provide an update on his progress and always gave us weekly reports and photos to take home with us. The facility is brand new and kept to a high standard. This is an exceptional and well-managed centre. You will feel reassured and happy that your child is receiving the educational and recreational support they need.
