Monkey Puzzle Day Nursery Watford

Our daughter has been with Monkey Puzzle since September 2024. She has loved every second of her time there. She's been nurtured and cared for by a wonderful team and prepared for school with excitement and great skills. We are extremely happy with all aspects of her care and are so sad to be leaving this wonderful setting.

We are very happy with everything, our daughter loves to come at the nursery, she loves her teachers and the staff. I checked many nurseries around Watford before choosing Monkey Puzzle and this was by far the best one, very clean and organised. My second baby will start nursery from October, I can't wait for him to grow and learn in the same place his sister loved so much. Thank you!

We feel incredibly lucky to have found Monkey Puzzle for our little one. He settled in so well and that's all down to the amazing team. The room leader has been absolutely brilliant - so calm and caring and his key person create a lovely connection with him. It really put my mind in ease knowing he's in such good hands.

Our daughter have been going to Monkey Puzzle for nearly three years and during this time we have observed positive physical, emotional and social development in her. Initially, she used to be hesitant to go there,but now she really enjoyes it. She has become more confident, extrovert, made lots of friends and has developed new skills and interests. Our experience with the staff have been excellent since day one, they are kind, professional, approchable and individualise the care of our daughter based on her needs. We are grateful to all the staff at Monkey Puzzle and would like to thank them for looking after our daughter. We would highly recommend this nursery.

It has a great experience for my son who stayed there for more than 2 years, he arrived without speaking any word in English and all the staff was so nice and helpful, that he settled in very quickly. Definitely recommend this nursery

I'm constantly amazed by the variety of activities-just this week they've celebrated Valentine's, Chinese New Year, and Pancake Day! The food variety is great, and a special shout-out to Beth in management, who is always so warm and welcoming. Highly recommend to any local parents!"

My son has enjoyed his time at Monkey Puzzle. Everyday he comes back with interesting facts he's learnt like things fall down because of gravity force and kidneys clean our blood. It brings a smile to our faces every time he tells us about the interesting things he's learnt.

We are very grateful to the nursery for amazing year that our child spent with it. We appreciate all efforts of the staff to support the child's needs. There are a lot of activities in the nursery, children are well educated and entertained all the time. Our child was very reluctant to attend a nursery at the beginning, but staff did a great job to help him to adjust. Children are doing a lot of artwork, read books and do sports. The nursery organised school readiness period and helped pre-schoolers to get ready for school. We can recommend this nursery.

They have prepared my little girl so well for big school and she is really ready to make that transition.

The staff have been really supportive with my son, who has additional needs. They've gone the extra mile to give me the guidance and support I need. Monkey Puzzle has a warm and family- like atmosphere, where children bond with their key workers and peers alike. The key worker pours an enormous amount of effort into ensuring a safe, enjoyable and nurturing environment. The days are activity filled with a strong focus on development. The space is bright and airy, with a wonderful large garden for outdoor play and learning.
