Overall just a brilliant nursery. Our little boys loves going is so excited everyday to see his careers, the way the ladies in little room look after him, teach him and genuinely look after all children is wonderful, can't fault the nursery in anyway so pleased our little boy go there. Fabulous nursery. My daughter loves spending her time here. The food and snacks are lovely and healthy and I know she's eaten well when she's here.

My son only started at Coughton Bright Kids in April & he has settled in with ease due to the amazing staff at the nursery. I feel he has come on so much in the short time he has been there. They are constantly changing the room around to make it interesting for the children & teach them every day skills needed.

My child is always happy to go to nursery and sings lots of songs she has learnt there.
She enjoys a wide range of activities and meal times there.

Parking can be a bit tricky sometimes.

Our daughter absolutely loves attending Bright Kids Coughton. She is always excited to see the staff, who are all so friendly, caring and supportive.

There are always lots of activities planned, so the children have plenty to do and are constantly learning through play.

It's such a reassuring feeling knowing our daughter is happy, safe and well looked after. We would definitely recommend Bright Kids Coughton to other parents.

My Granddaughter has attended Coughton Bright kids Nursery from a baby. Now aged 3 She absolutely loves the activities & the other children. (I adore how kindness to each other is a priority). Staff are so patient & kind & the team are professionally led by Holly. I love the way all the activities are fun but educational. I feel she has had a wonderful rounded experience at Coughton.

A really lovely close-knit nursery, the staff are friendly and helpful. They do some lovely seasonal activities and have open mornings for days like Mothers Day. I get regular updates and photos and my son enjoys his time there.

My son has been attending bright kids coughton since May when we moved from London.
We were impressed by this establishment from the very first visit when we were given huge amounts of time to meet the staff and familiarize our self with the building.
The company has made full use of the historic old school building they have inherited by installing a mezzanine floor,and and filling the two playground areas with as much equipment as possible under the circumstances.
My son only attends two days a week but in the time we have been here he's development has been astonishing and I know this to be largely driven by his interactions with the staff and fellow playmates.
The staff have been consummate professionals at all times especially handling his transition through toilet training which has been a great success, the tactile kindness and attention to safeguarding protocols are second to none.

There is nowhere else I would rather have my child cared for.

As soon as we visited Bright Kids we knew it was a lovely nursery. Our little boy had a hard time settling but the staff we great at helping him. We love the light, airy feel and nurturing environment. A lovely nursery with lovely staff. Thank you.

Very happy with the care and provision. My daughter is very happy at nursery. She loves the staff and will talk about them with affection when at home. She enjoys the food. Communication is very good through the app with daily/regular communication of my daughter's activities. We've only had one issue (re payment) which was actioned by management to have a positive resolution. Overall, very pleased!

Holly Burgess
Holly BurgessJob Title:Nursery ManagerJoined: 2024

Holly graduated from the University of Worcester in 2014 and has worked in early years ever since, gaining experience across both mainstream and special educational settings.

She is passionate about creating a nurturing, home-from-home environment where children feel safe, valued and excited to explore. Coughton is such a special and unique setting, and our team work incredibly hard to fill it with opportunities that spark children’s natural curiosity and create genuine moments of awe and wonder.

She said: "I particularly enjoy messy and sensory play, as I believe children learn best when they are able to investigate, experiment and discover things for themselves. Through play, children build confidence, develop new skills and begin to make sense of the world around them. I feel incredibly proud to lead the Coughton team and to be part of a nursery where children are encouraged to use their imaginations, follow their interests and build strong foundations for their future learning."

Alongside her role as Nursery Manager, Holly is also the nursery SENCO. Supporting children with additional needs is something she cares deeply about, and she is committed to working closely with families and professionals to ensure every child receives the individual understanding and support they need to thrive.
