My son enjoys coming to this nursery. Going to the nursery has brought him out of his shell and is shaping him to be ready for when he goes off to school. Staff are great, really helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend.
My daughter really flourishes here. The activities available are changed regularly and the setup allows her to choose her own course of play. It's a relaxed atmosphere that allows her to concentrate on what she's interested in learning through play at any given time, while the daily routine/structure gives her reassurance and a feeling of safety.
My daughter attended Coughton for around 12 months and absolutely loved it. The staff really helped her to settle in quickly, her confidence grew immensely. Coughton were always very accomodating and always on hand to help. For a first taste of nursery, we can't fault them, just gutted to leave due to relocating home.
It was wonderful to be able to look after your little girl. I hope she has settled in well in her new home and is flourishing from the start we provided for her.
A beautiful setting that has gone above and beyond for our little boy. Our son loves attending nursery and has developed real bonds with all the staff and even the other children (of all ages)! He's developed so much in such a short amount of time and we cannot thank the staff enough for all they do. Would recommend this nursery to all.
Our son currently attends Bright Kids at Coughton and we are very happy. The staff are all fab and there is a very nurturing and family-like atmosphere there. Every staff member knows every child really well, so there is no issue on handover or collection if his key worker is unavailable. The curiosity approach that they follow is lovely and there is always a great provision for the children. He often struggles to separate from me but the staff are really kind and helpful and have put in place strategies to support this for us and are happy for me to call to check he’s settled ok (which he nearly always has two minutes later). We would highly recommend the nursery.
My son loves going to nursery here and is always excited to see the staff and his friends. He comes home each day with a new skill, song or story, telling us about what activities he has done in the day. Highly recommend.
On Monday mid-month of Feb, I called, as usual, to ask if my child could do an extra 2 hours and had previously spoken to two managers within the last two weeks which had confirmed this was fine to do. I got a response from the manager " They are stopping my child doing extra hours because of my account and that they want to make sure that I can meet my payments", I was shocked as I have not been behind in payments ever and they are trying to assume about my finances. I then had a meeting with head office and she told me "its fine if I take him out of the nursery!" I have complained to Ofsted as I only have 300 words to explain the end of this experience.
My child attends breakfast club, every morning we are greeted with warm, welcoming smiles. The setting is fabulous, inviting and interesting. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this nursery.
We are really happy with Bright Kids Coughton and the care they have given our little one. It was the nursery that topped our list when we first visited and we are still delighted with our choice.
Brilliant nursery, friendly staff and a lot of activities for the children to do and learn. Our daughter is very happy here which is the main thing. Would recommend this nursery 100%!
My son has really enjoyed the developments made to make the environment stimulating and ensure positive friendship groups, ensure he is happy after a busy day at school.
My daughter attends breakfast clubs and after school clubs, she loves coming here. The staff are very friendly and great with the children. It’s a lovely place for them to play with friends after school.
As a full time working parent, it is great to know that my 2-year-old daughter is receiving the very best care, 5 days a week. The staff at Bright Kids Coughton are warm and nurturing and put so much thought and care into providing stimulating resources and an exciting, ever-evolving environment. My 5-year-old son attends Wraparound Care and is well supported with a positive start and end to his day, he enjoys holiday club activities too.
Bringing my son to nursery, at just over one, made me feel nervous until I viewed Bright Kids and met the staff. A fantastic nursery, my son enjoys his time here and takes part in all sorts of different activities every day. I really like the fact they keep diaries on the children and inform you on collection what they have been up to.
Overall the transition into Bright Kids has been good. The nursery has improved lots and my daughter seems very well settled with the new staff. There is a lot more for the kids to do and we are happy with the staff too.
Chose this nursery for holiday cover and what a lovely nursery, with the friendliest of staff. At no stage were we anxious about leaving our Grandson in their professional care - from our initial visit we had absolute confidence. I would highly rate this nursery, the staff, facilities and the food. It was a delight listening to how much our Grandson had enjoyed each day he was there. We shall definitely use it again.
My granddaughter recently started at this nursery and I have nothing but praise for the setting and the staff. It is a beautiful nursery with an outstanding environment and the surrounding countryside just tops the homely natural feel.
From the minute you walk through the door, you are welcomed and staff make the welcome and handover feel personal and offer that sense of belonging from the offset.
The activities are something I've not seen before but they provide wonderful enriching learning for the children and I'm confident my granddaughter is going to thrive here.
I've been made aware there are plans to update the older side of the buildings which will make a massive impact and I cant wait to see it continue evolving!
Thank you for all that you do - we are very satisfied with the care that is offered!

I graduated from the University of Worcester in 2014 and have been working in early years settings, both in mainstream and special education ever since.
Creating a magical ‘home from home’ atmosphere for the children in our beautiful setting is something our team work so wonderfully hard to achieve. I enjoy messy play as I believe learning through play is such an important part of childhood development.
Seeing our awe and wonder filled setting spark the children’s imagination and their natural curiosity is something that fills our team full of joy every day. I am the SENCO at Coughton and have a real passion for SEN provision and education.
Coughton Nursery is a beautiful and unique setting which provides a lovely environment for the children to take part in a play based curriculum and a variety of activities to gain skills and knowledge needed as a foundation to their learning, it is also a lovely place for the staff to work!
