Kiddi Caru Day Nursery and Preschool in Fareham offers high-quality childcare for children aged 3 months to 5 years. Located in a large converted building near Hoeford Lake, the nursery has spacious rooms and a three-tiered outdoor area promoting exploration and learning.

They are proud to have achieved a ‘Good’ Ofsted rating (December 2024). Their curriculum follows the EYFS framework through their bespoke Pathways and Foundations for the Future programmes and the Curiosity Approach. Activities include Boogie Mites, Sing and Sign, and sports sessions such as tennis. An in-house chef prepares healthy, fresh meals daily.

Our daughter has been going to Kiddi Caru for just over eighteen months since she had just turned 2. She absolutely loves it. She started off in the Toddler room and then transitioned in October to Pre-School. The way the nursery is set up meant that the transition from room to room seemed absolutely
seamless, and she has a great relationship with staff; in particular, she adores two staff members who she is always talking about at home, and it's so lovely to know how much she loves them and how safe she evidently feels with them (and the other staff of course!).
She always looks forward to going in and always comes out grinning and saying how much fun she's had. Happy daughter, happy Mumma!
Since the introduction of the new app, communication has been even easier too.

Kiddi Caru Day Nursery have looked after my son in his first few months outstandingly.
He has been a challenging baby at times to settle in and they have shown him love and unlimited patience.
We feel so at home!

My child has recently moved to toddlers and has settled in so well. The transition was smooth and seamless and he has built fantastic relationships with three members of staff in particular. The nursery really cares for the children every day. My child is in preschool and will leave in August. The progress he has made, thanks to the wonderful staff here, is amazing. They teach him every day and inspire him to become a better child. He has thrived and grown and this is all down to the staff

Since day one the staff have been amazing with my daughter, and she settled in perfectly, they always ensure that her needs are met. Every morning the staff are very welcoming and my daughter always has a smile on her face. I was always anxious of my firstborn going to nursery but as soon as I dropped
her off on her first day I knew this was the best nursery she could be at. The staff are very professional, kind and caring and there is not one bad thing to say about them. I would 100% recommend this nursery!

Kiddie Caru is a nice nursery a child can attend, encouraging the children to do it yourself, especially in the aspect of personal care, which is very encouraging. The environment is clean, and the staff are doing really well in the aspect of feedback.
My child becomes alive, chatty and happy immediately
after he sees the gate of the school.
I would only expect the nursery to contact parents when a child is absent from school to check what is going on with them because calling the nursery to inform them about a child's absence may not be answered if the line is busy or the call gets transferred to another location.

I placed my only son her on the recommendation of a family member and I am glad I did. My son is in the baby room, it is a beautiful room, very well decorated and looked after.
His key worker is lovely and I drop off with confidence, on pick up I know all about his day and the fun he's had. He brings
home bits he has made.
The food is amazing, such a great choice and he loves his food - so this is a winner.
I would highly recommend this nursery.

My children would come home with injuries but no accident forms. They would come home dirty. My child choked, had to have back slaps, was told they didn't do an incident form as they hadn't bruised him. The manager had no idea this had happened. The nursery would have to regularly close rooms due to
short staff or electrical or maintenance issues.

My daughter has been at Kiddi Caru for the last two years and absolutely loves it.
I'm writing a review today because a few weeks ago we were invited to an open day at the nursery and it confirmed to me why my daughter loves it.
The set-up is brilliant, every single member of staff is super friendly,
which we already knew. Every day at pick up I have a detailed handover of what my child has been eating and up to. I am military so things can change at a fast pace for our family, but the manager is amazing and very approachable to help us if need be. My daughter has absolutely flourished being I'm nursery. I firmly believe, with the help and guidance of every single staff member at kiddo Caru, is why my daughter has great speech and a great understanding of things. I would definitely recommend Kiddi Caru, the setting and all its staff.

Kiddi Caru Fareham is an excellent nursery. My daughter has been attending for just over 2 years.
The staff love and nurture my daughter. My daughter has learnt to count, sing and play with other children. The nursery have advised and guided me and my husband with various things, but really helped
with toilet training.
Kiddi Caru also supported our family's choice to use cloth nappies.
I have a very happy, confident, smart and empathetic child and I owe a lot of that to them.

What can I say? We as a family love this nursery, my eldest daughter has just left to go to school. The nursery had a great graduation with some fantastic pictures.
We recently went to their open day and the ladies pulled out all the stops to offer everyone, parents and children, a great time.
My
youngest daughter is in the toddler room and loves the ladies in that room, she is offered lots of different activities and loves getting messy. I cannot speak or promote this nursery enough.
