Both of my children attend this nursery, one in Pre-school and one in babies. I couldn't rate this nursery enough, the enthusiasm for their job, the love for the children and the care provided is outstanding.

Wonderful team in the nursery! Super helpful and reassuring as new parents when it came to settling in on those first few weeks. Couldn't fault the team in baby room at all! All amazing at what they do and my little one loves it there!

We have always been happy with the service, quality of people and facilities here. Its a really nice place for our daughter to come and she enjoys it which is the most important thing. She is happy to go to nursery and seems to have a good bond with all of the workers and always has a smile on her face when we pick her up. The feedback is good and updates are constant which is nice to see and read. Her confidence has grown and is developing week by week, she is always eating really good meals and there is always a good variety of activities for her to join in with. I would 100% recommend here

Kiddi Caru are absolutely fantastic, my child has been attending for 3 months now and doesn't want to leave when I pick them up they have such a great day. I love the app and that it tells me how much my child is eating and exactly when they wake from their naps. All of the nursery staff have been fantastic and I am always pleasantly surprised with the amount and level of good quality activities that are carried out with my child on a day to day basis. Honestly choosing this nursery for my child has 100% been an excellent choice one which I do not regret at all. I can not think of anything at all which the nursery would need to improve upon, other than the car parking facilities are slightly small and sometimes tricky to manoeuvre.

My child been going since he was around 10 months old and has absolutely loved it he's 2 now! He's always excited to go in and help himself to breakfast without being bothered i have to leave him! Absolutely love the adventures they go and how big the garden is! Staff are very friendly and his key worker is amazing. I do feel that more of a handover when day is finished is needed as would love to know what new things he's learnt etc but overall very happy with the service!

My son has been at Kiddi Caru Fareham for around 18 months and I couldn't be happier with the care he receives. The staff have become like family and take an active interest in his hobbies and interests. They incorporate this into their play and tailor activities in such a personal way. They are always open to feedback and are constantly adapting and updating the nursery to meet the needs of their current cohort. I would recommend this nursery to anyone.

Lots of engaging activities set up for the children, lovely staff and the environment is tailored to the children's interests. Staff show genuine compassion and care and there is a lot of parent involvement through special events, regular progress checks and observations. Both of my children have/had an amazing experience here and showed so much progress in terms of learning, confidence and social interaction.

Staff are amazing, and love the children like they are family. My little girl has been going since she was 9 months old - she's 4 years old now and the staff have watched her grow. She loves all her key workers and always has the best time.

My son has had a wonderful experience at his nursery. The staff truly have gotten to know him and his needs, likes, dislikes, personality as well as home life. He always is collected in a happy mood and handover is always thorough to understand how he has been and his mood. I do not worry about my child in their care and I am beyond grateful for the positive nursery experience he has had.

Staff is very friendly and communicates well. My son settled in just two weeks after starting. He enjoys his activities and is meeting his milestones. Remain cheerful and happy after pickups. Space clean and well looked after. Very happy with service.

My son has been with Kiddi Caru Fareham since he was 1. We moved from another Kiddi Caru setting due to personal reasons. I am very happy with the care he receives and I feel confident leaving him in their care. He settled quickly and was happy to go into the baby room. He is now in toddler and loves it. He enjoys the activities they offer and has made friends with the other children. Management has always been helpful and friendly. He has a great bond with his key worker and she always goes above and beyond to make sure he is happy. The nursery is clean and inviting.

My little one has been going to the nursery for six months and his confidence has just grown. He has a lot of dietary issues but the nursery and staff there are fantastic with making sure he is included at meal times but also kept safe. He has gone from someone who would cry when being dropped off to someone who now doesn't even look back at me when I bring him in. I get progress reports and photos of what he is up to which is lovely to see.

My daughter has been going here since she was 15 months old and I could not recommend the nursery enough! The staff are so friendly and can tell they really do care about her! I get regular updates on what she has been doing and feedback on her development which is fantastic! I can tell my daughter has absolutely thrived being here and she absolutely loves her days and nursery! My youngest daughter is about to start in babies and again have had a wonderful experience they have really listened to my concerns as I am quite nervous with weaning and made me feel so at ease!

My granddaughter has been attending Kiddi Caru for nearly 2 years and this past year she has come on so much, especially since moving to preschool. I know there have been some management changes recently but we have always been kept in the loop and communication has been great throughout and there have been many positive changes since the change in management they are much more approachable, friendly and professional. I definitely feel once my granddaughter arrives at nursery she is welcomed and cared for exceptionally the staff are so caring and lovely and passionate about the children. There always seem to be exciting new activities set up daily and my granddaughter is learning new things weekly it's amazing what she comes out with. Everything is uploaded on the app so can check her meals which the chef does amazing catering lovely meals for all. Overall Kiddi Caru really is a safe happy nursery and I wouldn't send her anywhere else the team are just outstanding in my eyes.

I have only had a positive experience. The staff are kind, caring and very patient. My son has warmed to the staff and I am seeing growth in his communication, socialising, and all-round personality traits. I am very very happy we enrolled our son in this nursery. I cannot recommend it enough.

My child was seen as an inconvenience due to their disability and extra needs. Instead of addressing the failings within the nursery, and offering appropriate support and guidance for my child, they excluded them. They do not cater for those with additional needs and do not take responsibility or accountability for their mistakes/failings. I was told that they were not teaching my child anything and that they were just crisis managing. When challenged, they put the blame on me or ex-staff members. They did not follow risk assessments or plans put into place and would make promises they did not follow through with. It is evident that proper and effective training is not provided to enable those with additional needs to be correctly supported. My child has since moved to a different setting and the positive change in them is surreal.

Last 3 months felt like my son had overstayed his welcome. Manager left and things changed. Communication went poor, at first I sent a message to my son's key worker and she totally ignored me until I sent a follow-up 7 days later to which she basically responded by rewording my question instead of giving me a proper answer. As a first-time mum, I really needed this information to help with my son's Grade R information pack. I then sent a follow-up message which she completely ignored which I really felt my GDPR rights were not considered. I wish she could have given me a better excuse than just ignoring me and smiling at me like nothing went wrong on the nursery app. I approached her thinking she'd explain in person but she gave me a hug and said "I guess you can do with one today". I complained to the regional manager who never viewed my messages at all (maybe left too?) and later to the other lady who was senior too. She asked for my email and never heard anything till to-date.

Excellent nursery with amazing staff members. They feel like part of the family and my son never hesitates to go in for the day. Good communication and management are always free for a chat if you need them.

My daughter has been attending this setting for a while now, she started off in the babies, moved to toddlers and is soon to be moving up to preschool. This nursery has been the best thing for our daughter, she is a massive character with a huge personality and this setting and staff let her shine! She is always encouraged to do what she is capable of and supported to do more! The level of learning and interaction the children receive is amazing, and they always have different activities going on for the children to take part in Our daughter never comes home sad, in fact, some days I think she'd rather stay! The staff at Kiddi Caru have been incredibly supportive and reassuring whenever we have had problems arise and have always been quick to action them with constant updates along the way. If we could keep her here forever we really would, I've never felt at ease being away from my daughter but when she is attending nursery I do, this is because we know she is in the best hands!

Such a lovely setting. Amazing staff who take great care of my daughter. My daughter absolutely loves this nursery, she has been here for over 2 years. She has always been very settled and happy here.
